Boundary Labyrinth and the Foreign Magician
540 Misty Valley
- Misty Valley. It's a compartment where you can get off the branch of the 20th floor of the labyrinth.
The valley is divided into three main types of places. Upper level and valley bottom. It is the maze inside the shoreline that connects the upper layer to the valley bottom.
The upper layers of the valley are, of course, places with thick fog on the bottom of the valley. It's a bright compartment, like outside, but, after all, the fog isn't a good prospect. This also has a magical inhibitory effect. Life sensing magic doesn't help over the fog.
The ceiling is covered in fog rather than sky...... and I'm not sure what its internal structure is. Because in the BFO, there was a player who experimented with what was up there and flying towards the ceiling, but no matter how much he went up, he couldn't get out of the fog, and when he gave up and returned, he obviously came back at less distance than he had traveled up.
For this reason, it is said that there is an infinite loop somewhere regarding fog covering the ceiling, etc. There are other illusory theories about the senses… let's leave them at first because there is no direct connection to exploration about the fog covering the ceiling.
Mist can show phantoms all over the Misty Valley, so in the upper layers there is a risk of slippage if you are confused by it. Thus, the upper layer quickly found its way into the interior of the shoreline without wandering around too much, from which it was considered Theory to explore the valley bottom.
After all the attention in those valleys, we came down from the branch on the 20th floor to Misty Valley. I looked around the market because I didn't get the beans from Canon Beans.
"Sure... this is where the sprint birds I bought in the market came out before."
Grace tilts her neck.
Sprintbird is a big bird demon that appears in the Misty Valley. They look like ostriches, hiccups, and mores.
"Yeah. It emerges at the valley bottom of the valley. He rarely sees it, so I don't expect much."
"Mm-hmm. Sure, I don't see much in the market either"
It's called feathers and good flesh, it's valuable to use, but it's a percentage-rare demon based on how often it appears.
"This time I came looking for a plant demon."
"Canon beans, right? It grows to stick to the shoreline, launching ranged attacks on things close by. I hope you think of the Autumn Ibilweed as a multiplier enhancement."
Claudia answers Ashley's question. If it's a distance away, fly the seed and attack. At close range, I use a whip like a whip. The flying beans...... at least have the inevitable power and speed to travel just for levitation.
"Yes. Normally I can't get off the shoreline from the outside because there are cannon beans and other demons. If you want to finish the cannon beans, you just have to hunt for a range that reaches from the bottom of the valley..."
"In our case, we don't have to."
"It will. That's why I brought Lindblum in this time."
Nodding at Rosemary's words, Lindblum sounds pleasantly throbbing.
If you fly, you can make the shoreline itself a hunting ground. There is no obstacle to Lindblum's activities as it is also large enough.
The plan is to go hunting for cannon beans while moving outside without passing inside the shoreline.
"Shall we go then? Compared to the lower levels, the demons aren't that strong either, but don't be alarmed. Later, I guess, notice the fog and the phantom. You might want to move through the air now just in case."
Mallane snorted at my words. Everyone snorts and uses magic props.
Then we'll get ahead of you.
"Yeah, nice to meet you"
Illumhilt and Sheila step forward. My lord is Belius.
It would be safer to detect temperatures and sounds and move on than sight. Belius can also be alert behind him while looking forward, so as long as he is reliable as a lord.
So... let's move. The upper layers of the Phantom Mist Valley have a planar earth just like Table Mountain. It's in the form of a labyrinth stretching over the valley like a crack running on that plane. It was thought that if we went a little further, we would soon hit the valley.
Apparently, the estimate was generally a hit. He hit the cliff right away, while the demon didn't even come out as he was going straight. There's fog everywhere, and the prospects aren't good.
"What do we do?
"Because this time the purpose is to broil out the cannon beans...... Right. Let's get on Lindblum and get ahead of ourselves."
Because it looks like Lindblum is nagging for it. Let's try to determine the position of the enemy as it becomes too far ahead of time, while traveling and coming as good a distance.
Increase the range of travel. We dare to attract a wide range of enemies by acting in a conspicuous manner.
Across Lindblum, flying off a cliff. Circulating smell. Accelerate with intense momentum with the feeling of being united with the crossing Lindblum. Faster than the mist spreading in front of you trying to shape it - wind magic scattered it and plummeted down to the bottom of the valley. Flip with sudden braking, raising altitude at once.
"Ha ha."
Laughter leaks into what should be called a refreshing sensation that is felt from the speed at which it was unleashed. Lindblum laughed with pleasure, too.
At the same time something, a silver shadow popped out of the valley bottom. With silver covered hair, it jumps from cliff to cliff and makes a change of direction to show it, daring to storm this way.
It's a goat - a silver goat demon. It is a solid goat, a cliff, a demon that travels at high speeds without rock as objects to plant a head thrust with strong skulls and corners.
When Lindblum sees the angle at which the goat penetrates, he expands his shield at his feet and suddenly brakes by grabbing it. Suddenly stop and flip. Good timing. If you slap Uroboros to match the goat that's going in, he'll hit you straight to the flank. A blown solid goat leaves a spark crashing into the shoreline and crashing towards the valley bottom.
"Lindblum. Right."
Issue a warning to Lindblum. Bean shells that rip through the wind. Are they as big as baseball balls? Plenty of magic for hardening was put on it - it would be quite powerful if you hit it directly.
Lindblum avoided it by circling his neck without even looking. Because they are united by circular smell, they can communicate warnings and avoidance methods faster than words. Is it a form of following each other in their senses?
In the sight of the monocular glasses, he firmly captures the magic put on the beans. Life sensing doesn't work, but if it's a monocular, it seems to be possible to see beans flying at high magic concentrations.
If we identified the direction we had been firing and let the wind bullets scatter the fog, the demons of the plants appeared as they were trying to stick to the cliff.
Canon beans. Only hands and feet on the head and silhouettes are demons in human form. The hands and feet feel like a bundle, with a huge edama-like sheath on both shoulders. From there it is possible to release beans continuously like a series of artillery cannons.
But I won't let you shoot the next bullet. Lindblum's body rocks to the right and to the left. By kicking the shield and flying while reflecting, you scatter your aim. The cannon beans' cannon mouth moves to set a target point - but I'll delude you as you fly the phantom with your mirage body.
There...
It was Sheila who came right down from the top. Disappear with the power of your jacket and assault without making a sound.
The blade of water stretched long from the pearl sword flashed unequivocally. Lightly amputate the body of the cannon beans.
But is it also highly durable because of plant-based demons, even if the torso is cut into rings, it still moves? I tried to figure out who my half body had turned and attacked in the air...
"Right there."
There are shadows that have penetrated us at fierce speeds. A blow of an axe wrapped around purple electricity broke vertically from the part that now hits the head of the cannon beans to the torso. Focused his consciousness on Sheila ahead of him, then defeated him in Grace's assault from above.
One first. Only one bullet allowed him to use it, too. Let's just call it a bad achievement.
"Apparently, we can go."
Everyone comes down late, too. Claudia smiled when she looked at the topographic map.
My grasp is reflected in Claudia's cadqueus as a topographical map of the area. In Grantios we captured the enemy's movements on the battlefield in conjunction with Valor... well, does it feel similar to that one?
It is an operation to fly the cliff ahead with Lindblum, and further share information with everyone in the rear guard to hunt without letting the opponent waste their bean shells.
Hmm. I also feel like I could catch the flying shells directly if I did well... well, will I try this later?
Let's start with the goats we defeated earlier, stripping them, and then proceed with the hunt for cannon beans.
