Boundary Labyrinth and the Foreign Magician

Outside 718, in the basement of Demon King Castle.

"Well, shall we come?"

I had a cup of tea and took a breather, and that's what Queen Meggiastra stood up.

The Queen, Bolkeor, and Enrika took us to the end of the road - a direct route that usually only demon kings can use.

On the upper level of Demon King's Castle, a lift set in the back that advanced down the corridor, when we all get in, we are wrapped in a ring of light and this time we descend slowly.

"Is it good for me to go the same way?

"I don't mind. Would Enrika be more concerned than to know the circumstances to some extent this way? Besides, it would be easier for the chief of intelligence to know."

Queen Meggiastra replied with a laugh when Enrika asked.

It seems that Enrika doesn't know all the circumstances, but she also tells Enrika the circumstances on a good occasion. Maybe Enrika will take on that role in the future when we get in touch.

That's how we get to the glowing floor of the lower level. There seemed to be a passage going on somewhere, but it didn't go that way, and when the Demon King touched the wall, the light ran from there, and the wall plunged into the back, and then slided sideways to reveal itself with a spiral staircase leading down to the basement.

"I see these tricks once in a while, but they're amazing, aren't they?"

When Ashley says it like she was impressed, Stefania nods yeah yeah.

I guess there's magic in the basement section. At the time of entering this spiral staircase, the temperature and humidity are different from elsewhere. According to Wiz's data, we found that we were building an environment that was very similar to the valley of spores.

"May I close the back door? We keep the temperature and humidity constant."

Everyone said as they proceeded to the spiral staircase side Bolkeor touched the wall. So this spiral staircase itself acts like an airlock.

"Of course you'll be fine."

When I answer that, Bolkeor narrows his eyes and sends magic to the wall. The light ran and the entrance to the passage was closed.

When it comes to temperature and humidity management, the robe that Volkeor is wearing seems to have that effect as well. So you look like an illusion and your body functions are protected by a robe.

As we went down the spiral stairs, there was a large door there.

"Well. Don't let anything you see first from here go out of your mouth without any extra permission. There are no crystal spheres... but let us believe them here."

"Okay."

When Enrika opened the door towards the inside - there was a sight that I didn't think was inside the building.

Slightly dim, but that's the same everywhere in the demonic world. In other words, the light intensity is maintained to a lesser extent than outside.

The sound of water flow. There's a little river in the basement. Forested trees and mushrooms of all kinds. mossy ground. The vegetation, the environment... you look just like the valley of spores.

"This is... pretty handy"

Says Grace as she looks around. Right. It's not like you have the help of a labyrinth. Is it more like making the botanical gardens bigger?

"It recreates as magically as possible the environment of the valley of spores where the sages lived."

Going through a pseudo-built forest trail suddenly opens my sight. There stood a giant mushroom in the square that looked up, not a big tree.

"Mm-hmm. Is that the mushroom palace?

Sheila, leaning her neck, asks, and Parteniara nods "close to what was in the memory of her concubine".

"It's not a palace... but it doesn't make a difference that it's important."

Queen Meggiastra says quietly.

"Ooh. This is Your Majesty. Thank you for your patience."

and the fangonoids show up one after the other from tiny houses built all over the place. Mushrooms with hands and feet are common, but colors, umbrella shapes, body shapes, etc. are very different. Brown, grey, brown, yellow, bluish ash. Individuals wearing reticulated vales….

"Hmm. I'm sorry you don't have a sense of unity. When we grow up to some extent, we build our bodies into shapes that mimic the mushrooms we like. It's easier to tell."

You saw the slightly confused reaction we had, and Volkeor told us that way.

"Could it be like changing your hair or wearing clothes?

"My Lord Left."

Volkeor snorts at the words of Illumhilt.

"His Majesty the Demon!

"Demon King!

And the little mushrooms rush in with a little movement of their short limbs. This one has a small head and does not significantly change his appearance at the individual level, but from his impression, he may be a young body of fangonoids.

"Mm-hmm. The kids seem fine, above all."

Queen Meggiastra laughs as she receives the child Fangonoids who jumped in and holds them in her hand. Parteniara narrows her eyes and nods nostalgically at the sight.

When Queen Meggiastra whined about something to the children, the children's fangonoids were also gathered at Parteniara's. The adult fangonoids are also "oh..." and "His Majesty the Partheniara..." leaking inspiring voices, and Partheniara still seems to be a special positioning for the fangonoids.

Seeing such a sight, Queen Meggiastra breaks up with each other. And "let's talk in that place," he pointed to a slightly larger cabin. For once, it's like a hotel in this compartment, apparently.

The hut had a large round table and when he calmed his hips, mushroom soup was served in a cup as a matter of course. They say mushrooms other than fangonoids in this compartment are mostly edible or medicinal ingredients. When I heard the story, Rosemary looked intrigued and nodded with her hands on her chin.

Where the soup has gone to everyone, Queen Meggiastra says.

"I've been interacting with the fangonoids since I was the first Demon King. Even though the Valley of Spores is not territorially part of the Demon Kingdom, it has always been a friendship."

"There were times when we knew what we were holding...... we were asked to send a warlord from the Demonic Kingdom. That's why the plan to emigrate to the demonic kingdom was originally under way...... It's such a fold. A demon and an evil assailant attacked the valley."

"Are you looking to our knowledge or have you bought a grudge somewhere? I didn't know what the purpose was, but both the martial arts officers and we did our best, and fortunately the first raid was repelled. His Majesty the Demon King decided he couldn't protect himself in the valley of spores on the periphery, and moved his plans to this place forward to execution."

A fangonoid similar to Shiitake told me that way, following the words of Volkeor.

He said he was only getting ready from the beginning and was quick after he moved on to action.

Apparently the decision was taken overnight. Queen Meggiastra, back in the figure of a dragon, digs back every fungus floor on the ground, holds those giant mushrooms on her back, and the fangonoids on that back.

The fangonoids stacked several illusions to hide the figure of Queen Meggiastra flying in the sky… using the technique to change the shape of a giant mushroom and bring it into the underground section of the castle.

At first, it was only the management of humidity and temperature, but then the environment was continuously improved to this day.

"Because His Majesty the Demon King is a dragon, that's the way you took it."

Claudia closed her eyes and convinced, nodding so. It's true... you can't follow footsteps after you realize you don't know where you're going.

"I would have officially welcomed the sages of the forest to my country and asked them to walk freely as a people. What the sages hold is what allows it."

She is Queen Meggiastra, who unfortunately waves her wear.

"We have fun in this place, too. Originally, there weren't many outside the valley."

That said the fangonoids nodded yeah and Queen Meggiastra laughed a little troubled. Apparently, the relationship between Queen Meggiastra and the Fangonoids is good.

But... what the fangonoids are holding, huh? Apparently it's medicinal herbs or magical knowledge... it doesn't seem to have the same atmosphere. Well.
