41. Sea Dragon We meet again.

“Yes? Why? You can't hold out much longer? ”

“Heave-ho! ”

Sea Dragon slowly approaches right in front of his face. He showed me the scales on the back of his neck.

“Ah……. ”

I noticed a slight dry scale on the back of the Sea Dragon's neck.

“I see...... If you don't get wet, you'll wither like this. Too bad. I thought I could live on land. ”

“Shhh! ”

He was moaning as if he had something to lose.

“But... now that I know how to find you, don't worry too much. You'll be able to find it often. ”

Woojin stroked the sea dragon's head. Sea Dragon closing his eyes and feeling the touch of his hand.

After a while, Woojin bids farewell to the Sea Dragon.

“This better be the end of the day. It's getting dark.”

It's been five hours since I was with Sea Dragon. Meanwhile, the sun had already turned dark and turned dark. He was still wet, so his temperature was quite low.

“Now go. ”

“Heave-ho!" ”

The sea dragon shakes his head several times.

“It's not just today, is it? We'll meet again soon, so wait until then. ”

“Shhh……. ”

Sea Dragon looks down with dead grass. It was so different from what it looked like at first.

He seemed to remember them as if every time Woojin continued to speak, he was able to understand them somewhat later.

“Now go. Okay?"

Ujin gently pushes the Sea Dragon into the sea while still nudging it. You say you're pushing a huge chunk, but you can tell that Sea Dragon is pushing itself slowly.

The Sea Dragon, who was completely submerged in the sea, only held out his head. He looks at Woojin, then turns his head and disappears.

“Phew... ”

When the Sea Dragon disappeared, my heart became empty.

“Achoo!! Phew... Has it been too long? Ugh. It's cold. Let's go.”

After sending the sea dragon, Ujin returns directly to the camp on his way.

Glug-ug-ub!

After Woojin returned, a face appeared in the sea. It was a sea dragon, watching Woojin disappear until the end.

“What? Upside down again? ”

“That's right. The trade ship has turned upside down again for what is now thought to be a Class B monster." ”

“Dammit! This is crazy. So, what happened to the talents? ”

“Well…… everyone lost touch. The freighter sank, too. ”

“Damn it!! ”

The Korean Association of Monsters called for an emergency meeting with no news.

Since the emergence of sea monsters, the sea has been known to be more dangerous than land. To date, many talents have boarded trade ships and used to escort trade ships overseas.

Marine monsters mostly lived in the sea, but there were variants that could live on land, and they slaughtered humans as they boarded trade ships. So, to defend it, abilities were mobilized.

Up to 40 talents are distributed evenly on trade ships.

According to the story, there are as many as 10 to 20 monsters on the trade ship at a time. In the case of large trade ships, it is known that it can accommodate as many as 100 capable people to prevent it.

These costs have become indispensable to government-sponsored companies, as well as to trade organisers. However, in this situation, the government had to arrange for a slight tax relief.

The government and corporations had no choice but to hire capable people, as trading would result in significant losses.

After the sea monsters appeared, the trade was going well for a while. Many monsters rushed in, but the talents were able to work together to deal with it uniformly.

Since then, monsters of Class B started appearing, even though it wasn't a place where the black conjunctiva had been placed, and the trade ship is now in danger of sinking twice.

The damage alone was worth hundreds of billions of KRW. Even the loss of talented people is truly a tremendous loss.

The government ordered us to evade Class B monsters as much as possible, but we were unable to locate them on satellites because their travel routes were inconsistent. It was also because submarines and military vessels could not escort them into other countries' waters. Even submarines and military vessels can spot monsters with radar, but they don't have the destructive power to defeat Class B.

“Why don't you ask him? ”

“What's that?”

“Don't you think... … It's the best thing about Hrank. ”

“Hmm... But he's currently pissing off the monster nest, isn't he? ”

“That's right. A monster's nest and abilities are doing it for money anyway, right?" Wouldn't it be okay to pay a substantial amount of compensation along with the quest? ”

“Yes...... But will he accept the request? Sea monsters are different from land. You know that, don't you? ”

Marine monsters are said to be twice or three times more powerful than monsters on land. This is not because of the monsters' strength, but because of the conditions under which they can deal.

Even a huge trading ship, the location is narrow because it contains trade items. This would eventually be a challenge in hunting monsters.

“But just in case, I was wondering if you could do me a favor. If he can organize a few sea monsters, our country can not only become more active than other countries, but also have a greater interest in exporting. ”

“Well……. ”

Currently, all countries have seen significant damage in exports. The biggest damage was marine trade, and if it could be solved, it could quickly become a top exporter in an economic situation.

“Then we should contact him first. ”

“Very well. I'll see to him, then. ”

“Yes. Before you meet him, talk to the companies in advance and discuss the rewards you can offer him. ”

“I understand.”

They had no choice but to confront him with all their expectations of marine trade.

Woojin has been fighting monsters in the third place since he met the Sea Dragon. It was quite far from the coast, making it difficult to meet sea dragons easily. Thinking of him briefly, Woojin smiled.

“Phew... ”

Woojin relaxes and drinks in one place after a mole hunt.

‘Is it now level 112...? Not as high as I thought. ’

Every time level 1 rose, the level's EXP increased tremendously. That's why I was unable to level-up even if I subdue a monster's nest.

"We need to focus on the big ones, not the little ones... Damn it! Too bad. '

At the moment, there was no way to solve all of this. So it was his task to hunt monsters hard.

While catching a monster and resting, a government greeter came to you.

“Greetings.”

“Ah! Yes. Hello."

He was a person who came mainly when there was a government affair, so he already knew about it.

“What brings you here? ”

“Haha, I came to ask you a favor, but I also came here. ”

“Please... I don't think it's gonna be easy. Is that correct?”

“Well… if it's easy, maybe not. ”

“Let's hear the story first. ”

Government personnel began to tell Ujin stories about sea monsters and trade. And not only is the damage making it very difficult for the government, but companies are also facing a major crisis.

Currently, W.J. companies were mostly air transporting because they were selling items mainly. He didn't tell us this because he had never suffered a loss in marine trade.

“I see. So you want me to deal with the sea monsters after all?" ”

“Yes. How could I not?" ”

“Well… to be honest, I'm a little worried about the geographical requirements……. ”

I also know Woojin well. Selecting a location against a monster is a very important part. Moreover, if there is not enough room for him to avoid, he must bear the burden, needless to say.

“Can you tell me the approximate size of the monster? ”

“Well…… satellites haven't been able to determine its size, but it's probably some kind of octopus monster. ”

“A-are you? ”

“Yes, this is a satellite photograph. ”

I received a picture from him. Octopus bridges with giant red boards surround the trade ship, captured by satellites.

“Huh? It's huge. I thought the size of the trade ship was enormous. ”

“Yes, I don't know because I can't see my head exactly, but even just looking at the length of this bridge, it looked more than 70 meters. ”

“Well……. ”

He knows it well. Sea monsters are many long forms unlike land monsters. The same was true of the former supporters.

“If he doesn't look at me and simply attacks me with multiple legs, he'll have a chance... but I'm worried. ”

“I see……. ”

The government greeting looked a little disappointed.

“By the way, how much is the commission? ”

“Yes? Ah! The government and other companies have reached an agreement on that. So the commission cost is 500 billion won. ”

“Ho? More than I thought? I thought you don't usually do that in monster nesting. ”

“Yes, it is. Currently, two trade ships have sunk by him. That's not negligible. Moreover, because it appears in the course of the Korean trade ship, we decided that if we eliminated it, we would have a good advantage. And that's why it was charged. ”

“Hm… I understand. Then let's just finish clearing out the monster nests here for now. ”

“Yes! Thank you! ”

He greeted Woojin at 90 degrees and turned his back. Since it was the first marine monster subjugation to board the ship since Lizardman, the government has decided to only offer large trade ships. To make it as convenient for him to catch monsters as possible.

There were no goods on the trade ship. He also dispatched government capabilities to help Ujin, but he said he would refuse and continue the monster hunt alone.

It was a bit of a panic when I heard that, but Hrank said he would do it, so who could stop him?

They had no choice but to accept all of the conditions of Wujin.
