Chapter 1002: "The Corner," begins filming! "A Journey Through Mountains and Rivers" enters its promotional period once again…
Sometimes, a film crew full of clowns can be quite a headache.
Xiao He shook his head speechlessly, genuinely worried about the future of the production crew.
Fortunately, there is still a powerful figure in the group chat who can suppress everyone.
Zhuang Hongyi sent over several notification documents, clarifying the rumors about the cemetery being turned on, and the lively group chat instantly fell silent.
Not to mention Yan Shaohan, even Yuan Sitong was as quiet as a mouse seeing a cat, and she didn't say another word.
【Zhuang Hongyi: I will be on set for the start of filming of "Yu Ye". Please don't be late and make your own arrangements.】
Wow, so Director Zhuang will be on set that day too? It seems the post-production work for "Long" is almost finished.
I just don't know when it will be released.
—Oh right, I almost forgot, the subject matter of "Long" might not be able to be shown in mainland China, as it won't pass censorship in many places.
So how will it be released? Will it be shown around mainland China? Or will it be shown directly in Hong Kong?
Ahem, and look at what Director Zhuang said, it's so pointed.
Is this really not a direct threat to Yuan Sitong not to be late like she was when the first two seasons of "Yu Ye" started filming?
Sure enough, Yuan Sitong immediately understood Director Zhuang's reprimand and responded in a very obsequious manner.
【Yuan Sitong: Received.】
"Tsk."
Xiao He chuckled and then responded from below.
【Xiao He: Received.】
-
The news that the third season of "Otoya" was officially announced and was about to start filming spread in the blink of an eye.
The internet is buzzing with excitement.
However, the first piece of good news came from the movie side.
"The Blackbird" became a particularly popular topic of discussion because Xiao He played an upright policeman, attracting countless viewers. The box office unexpectedly began to fluctuate and grow, and it is expected to break the 1 billion yuan mark and continue to rise.
—No one would have guessed that Xiao He would have such a reputation.
Even Xiao He himself hadn't expected it.
Even worse are the marketing accounts.
Xiao He even came across a marketing account whose opening line was: "Is this Xiao Ge's reputation? Even if he stood in the finale wearing a uniform, I would still firmly believe he was a bad guy. Is this right, family members?"
Then the comments were all saying "Something's not right," "I can't accept it either," and "I still suspect the director cut a lot of Xiao Ge's scenes, otherwise how could he become a good guy in the end?"
And these guys didn't stop just by flooding the comments section; they even went to the official account of the "Blackbird" production team to ask if the team had deliberately cut Xiao He's scenes.
The funniest thing is that the creative team behind "The Blackbird" responded very frankly in the comments section when the audience asked this question.
【Gao Zhongbo: Regarding the character Wei Dong, played by Xiao He, we did initially consider other possibilities, and the later version of Wei Dong was indeed quite different from the current one. However, after the casting change, we met Xiao He and felt that he was the most suitable actor for the original role. I think his appearance really brought us a lot of inspiration and surprises, so I don't think there was any cutting in his scenes. In fact, we even added a lot of new parts...】
Even Zhang Zhelin and Du Yuebin didn't hold back their appreciation and praise for Xiao He in later interviews, treating him as a very outstanding junior. Even though Xiao He didn't officially participate in their promotional activities because of his small cameo role, the topic of Xiao He didn't decrease; on the contrary, it became even more popular.
However, as they chatted, Du Yuebin, the fisherman, ✧ NоvеIight ✧ (Original source) couldn't help but chime in, trying to call out to Xiao He from afar: "Xiao Xiao, next time you come to Hong Kong, we can go fishing together again, okay? Just remember to bring your little assistant along—cough cough, I don't mean anything by it, I just think it's more fun when there are more people, fishing together is more enjoyable!"
Zhang Zhelin: "?"
Why would a good family member go fishing and make a big fuss about it?
Didn't you say before that you just wanted to fish for peace and quiet?
Old Du, you've changed!
They were being photographed by the media, but at this moment, who could hold back?
Even Zhang Zhelin, who is usually very good at controlling his facial expressions, broke down in that instant and burst out laughing.
The media present burst into laughter.
Clearly, at this moment everyone remembered Xiao He's brilliant performance in the extra chapter of "Wandering Through Mountains and Rivers".
Even more coincidentally, that period of time was right after the filming of "Black Thrush," and the sea where Xiao He and the others fished in the spin-off episode was also the sea where the villains tried to escape in the finale of "Black Thrush."
And the guests who participated were Zhang Zhelin and Du Yuebin.
At the time, it even became a trending topic: "【There are no fish in this sea area】".
Hmm, this buff is fully stacked. After several months, "Travels Through Mountains and Rivers" has entered its promotional period again.
Several months later, when it was time for "The Blackbird" to officially enter the promotional period, everyone was able to revisit this joke.
Then other fishing enthusiasts, not wanting to miss out on the excitement, started posting their own catches in the comments section, creating a veritable spectacle.
【I heard there were no fish in this area, so after watching the movie "The Blackbird," I immediately went fishing there and had a huge catch. I wonder if I had some kind of lucky charm.】
【Oh dear, that's really strange. I went fishing after watching "The Blackbird," and the sea was teeming with fish. Who's been lying low here? It's so hard to guess.】
【And let me tell you, folks, this is truly an excellent spot for fishing. I find it hard to imagine anyone going out to sea and not catching anything.】
【Haha, stop talking, stop talking! If Brother Xiao sees this, he'll break down and block you all.】
Xiao He himself:...
Stop yelling, stop yelling, you guys are really taking this to heart.
The worst part is that because this matter was so funny and popular, he saw Gua Jie repost it in the group chat of "Yu Ye" the next day.
Yuan Sitong even tagged him specifically.
【Yuan Sitong: @Xiao He, I heard there's a river and fishponds near the film studio we're going to. We can go fishing there. Don't worry, I absolutely believe the rumor that 'Xiao He is an air force pilot' is false, haha. I'll bring a few more people to witness it for you, and then we'll all help clarify things.】
Xiao He: "..."
Haha, this woman definitely wants to bring more people to laugh at him.
𝕗𝐫𝐞𝕖𝕨𝐞𝗯𝚗𝕠𝘃𝐞𝚕.𝐜𝗼𝚖
Seriously, I'm speechless. How can there be such people? Why is it the "Sumi-san" crew that's about to start filming?!
When Xiao He visits the "Yu Ye" crew now, he really feels like he's watching the "Demon Pill" crew.
"Can I not go to work?"
Xiao He thought in despair.
-
However, going to work, just like going to school, is not something you can simply skip if you want to.
Before we knew it, the day arrived for the film crew to begin shooting.
Unsurprisingly, Xiao He received a welcome gift from someone at the event.
A brand-name fishing rod.
PS: This is not an ordinary fishing rod, but the kind that was previously ridiculed as a brand-name rubbish by veteran anglers Zhang Zhelin and Du Yuebin.
In short: beautiful but useless.
Xiao He:...Who?! Who sent this?!
There are many ways to insult someone, but this is not one of them!
