I was challenged by Kengo to a duel.

Bet on me and Phil's future, too.

The contents of the bet are nothing but bad.

If I win, I'll just go straight back to my normal starting town, and if Kengo wins, we'll be acting with the top group of Earthlings "players working on Earth.

Either way, it would never be detrimental.

"Come on, what do we do? You can run away here, okay?

Kengo's been provoking me.

I guess you know I hate losing.

But I was worried about how to interpret this duel.

"Hey Kengo. Why did you suddenly tell me we were going to have a duel like that?

I asked Kengo.

I didn't say that because I was afraid of a duel, I simply couldn't grasp Kengo's sincerity, but that's why I asked.

"Well blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah It's an instant force, too."

"Manpower?"

"Yes. If you don't, you'll be able to follow us enough."

Manpower, huh?

Surely the reason for this is easy to understand.

We're simply talking about helping ourselves with our work.

It's no surprise that Kengo is trying to win a duel.

"But more than that... I'm asking you out because you seem so alive and spicy, Sin."

"What?"

but Kengo went on to say more and sighed "Huh".

"I can't do that. I can't do that. So I don't care what you think, it's the intelligent power that makes you so powerful... you don't want to admit it."

…………

I once told Kengo and the others.

Having just acquired a temporal alien, I used that power to gain in every way.

No one could catch up with me if I exercised, and if I studied, I could spend more time than everyone else and get close to full score numbers on the test.

I was a little too well back then.

But that didn't last long either.

One day, when I was a freshman in middle school, I didn't bother playing baseball with my friends because I thought I wouldn't be dealing with them using my powers.

And the motor nerves were good originally. I just met the ball pitcher threw with a bat.

Thus I arrived at third base in a whim and stopped, but conversations between the defensemen of the enemy team who were nearby came to my ears.

"Well, he can't help it."

I wasn't sure what the enemy team meant by that word at this time.

Also, I've heard similar things several times since then, and I've been "what is it" with my neck.

But when I scored 95 points on the math test, my teacher told me that I was good at arithmetic and I didn't have to use my powers to get good grades.

"Well, Ichinose has the great power to manipulate time, so is it natural that this much can be done?"

Though the response by the state to the aliens had not yet been decided at the time, the aliens had not been so targeted for persecution.

That said, it never meant that the power wouldn't be jealous of the people around it.

I understood the moment I heard the teacher's words.

Everyone sees me unusual, gradually deepens the groove of their hearts, and begins to appreciate me because I'm incompetent.

This means that my own power has only been seen to the extent of the options of alien powers.

Everything was slow when I understood that.

Everything I do is supposedly due to my incompetence, and my own efforts are no longer recognized.

No matter how much I reflect and encourage studies and sports every day without the ability to do so, it's all because of the ability to do so.

And a lot of times I was taken away from my classmates who knew about me.

For the reason that 'Playing with Ichinose won't be a game'.

As it turned out, I pulled.

I pulled, and occasionally even when I was in elementary school, I stuck in an online game where I could play with people who didn't know my psychic powers.

However, I was able to meet Kengo, Ceres, Margnan, and Phil from that background, and play with various fellow players in other games, so it's not that pessimistic in itself.

But because of this past, I am naïve to being perceived as incompetent.

High school also seemed to take my psychology into account, and I was allowed to pass at school with the usual idiosyncrasies that people who could even do it, not the idiots, "instant recognition" of the idiosyncrasies rank D.

Well, there's really another reason why I stopped using my powers.

"... well. Yes... what the hell."

But now Kengo cut it and threw it away.

Kengo tells me to break off my worries.

I guess that's the path I'll have to take sometime.

No matter how much I tried not to spend, I guess it was an inevitable path as long as I continued to have alien powers.

"But... is Kengo okay with that? Even you thought you couldn't have the power to use a pom like that.

"That's true, man. But, Sin. That's only if you want to live your life better. If you want to fight the best people in this world who are stronger than you, you can't say four or five."

Kengo answered my question slightly.

Are you trying to say that Kengo has survived this world for his life?

It's also in a training ground where you can't live without making full use of the extraordinary power of predicting the future.

"... how can you stay so far in this world? If you think it's that dangerous, why don't you come to Earth?"

We are not forced to come to Earth.

Some of them are logged in aware of the danger because they have candy, but one hand is still stopping them from logging in to Earth when they put on a balance with the danger that they might still lose their memory.

Besides, Kengo already seems to be more aware than I that this world is not a game.

So I didn't know what Kengo was thinking and putting myself in such a dangerous battle.

I can't tell you that.

"... why?

"Well... it's an adult convenience."

But Kengo didn't answer my question like that.

Doesn't that mean Kengo's purpose is to get involved in something in this world I don't know about?

"Anyway, if you don't lose your hesitation about using your powers here, you lose to me. But I'm confident that I can win even if you give me your full strength."

"Is that confidence in seeing the future?

"... I don't know. I'm not gonna tell you that."

"Oh well..."

Kengo sees the future.

So Kengo will know which wins if we duel.

I wonder if it makes sense to fight like that, but at the same time, a certain possibility flashed in my head.

"... Could it be, no, right"

"What's wrong, Sin"

"Nothing. Then let's start the duel."

"... ho"

I took Kengo's invitation and took the artifact "Cross" out of the item box.

There's nothing on the status correction, but it won't matter much because it's a one-shot battle.

"You're suddenly motivated, Sin. What kind of a change of heart is that?

"Nothing. I just hate losing."

I answer Kengo's question.

The answer is no different from what I've ever been, it belonged to nature.

"You mean beat me? But you can't do that. Oh, my God. My level is 84. He's the highest level man in the Earthlings Player."

"You're only about 20 different levels from me. Besides, aren't you still swinging all over STR here?

"Split, boulders are my disciples."

Kengo is swinging the STR all the time because of the "romance" in the game we're playing.

I also once talked about going with that kind of build in full VIT swing, even in Croquet.

So I camouflaged Kengo thinking he might be extreme ste gestures near STR, but I didn't know he was right.

Then I guess Kengo's attacks all boast the power of a single blow.

Besides, a one-shot battle is quite a handful to me.

There's no point in being aggressive in a single battle.

"And the truth is, I'm afraid of being called the Sword King right now."

"Oh, I knew that somehow"

"Oh, I see."

Because of the inclusive way Dr. Hayakawa used to say it, I thought maybe the Sword King knew me.

Also, Kengo is the first person I know to be strong enough to deal with swords.

It was predictable and natural, and I didn't have to dare ask that.

"And such is my psychic ability to predict the future. I don't care what you do. You don't have a winning eye, do you?

"But that prediction doesn't make sense if you can't keep up with my speed, either, does it?

"... I wonder"

Looks like a picture star.

Kengo mumbles as soon as he is asked what is not convenient for him.

I could see that again this time.

I can think of a bluff, but I'm sure of it first.

I could beat Kengo if I use my powers.

possibilities,.

It's not an absolute word, it's an indeterminate word that you don't know which way to fall.

But the words excited me more than anything.

A reciprocal opponent who doesn't know if he can defeat you using his powers.

That's because I felt confident that it existed in front of me now.

"Your entrustment is over. Let's do it right, Singh."

"Oh, yeah"

Kengo also began to lay down his sword.

Then I see that string on my retina that I've seen many times before: the start of a duel.

That's how the duel between me and Kengo began.

".................. thank you!

"... ooh"

I bowed my head to Kengo, who is falling.

Afterwards, I slap Phil on the shoulder I was holding back and walk out to go under Gardia, who is leaving a message at the inn.

"Hey Sin... why don't you come with us...?

Kengo can be heard from behind.

I heard it and just turned my neck and answered quietly.

"I'm sorry, but ask me out again. Because I'm gonna be strong at my pace."

"Well... that's fine... go anywhere..."

You must have understood that there is no stray in my words.

Kengo was laughing furiously and looking up at the sky when he heard my answer.

In the end, I used my powers to win a duel with Kengo.

It was just like 3 seconds as a duel time, and my offense just hit Kengo's jaw clean, so it would have looked like my overwhelming victory from the side.

But in that battle, I saw many signs that Kengo's behavior would change.

You're not supposed to have the speed of a permanent separation or anything, but you're not supposed to be able to capture my movements or anything without my intuition anymore, and Kengo was still crawling through my gaps in a short time.

I think Kengo probably used "Forecasting the Future" more than once in a short time of 3 seconds.

And Kengo changes hands when he sees the future to be defeated by me... I guess that was the kind of interaction I had when I saw that preliminary motion to change hands even more.

But this time, the armament went up on me.

My speed slightly exceeded Kengo's predictions.

But I don't think it will turn out the same next time.

Maybe Kengo will win if we have something to fight next.

I was more than happy for me that I had the pride that if I used my powers, no one would be enemies.

That's why I thanked Kengo.

Thanks to Kengo, I decided to break up with Kengo.

The next time we see each other, we're going to be able to fight Kengo, who's tens of times stronger.

This is how I blew it off.

I just duelled Kengo, but what it means is huge.

Whatever it is, I have found a match that I can fight with even the best of my abilities.

I found someone who won this time but might lose next time.

Beyond finding someone like that, what I'm going to do is know my limits and increase my power.

To beat Kengo again next time, to beat even Kengo's struggling top enemies.

Whatever you say, I hate losing.

"Mr. Singh, you look happy..."

Phil said that looking at my face.

"Sort of."

I laughed nicely at Phil and then took Gardia back to the town where it started.
