Card collector from different worlds

012 Two people on the road

Veloslav seems to mean 'the humble' in the words of Dwarf.

"That's a name fraud."

"Did I say something?

"No... never mind"

I have a lot to say about being half-strong together.

The first word was, "Where's the humility! It will be."

Somehow, I get the strong impression of a push from Veloslav, but that doesn't seem to be Dwarf's pedigree trait or anything.

Perhaps because he belongs to a noble class where he is called in human society.

From what I've heard, there's something like nobility and civilians in Dwarf society, too, and that separates the so-called ruling class from the ruled class.

"Is it okay to refer to the Limon Gazetteer as referring to the territory ruled by the Limons?

"Mm-hmm. Exactly. Since there is no such thing as a title as a human race, the ruling class is bound to wait after the family name. If you don't have a sign, you're definitely in the ruling class."

It seems simpler around here than people.

It's strange to have nobility in Dwarf society, but if society is to form, someone has to play the summarizer, and that area is probably what it takes.

Something like Dwarf's Kingdom comes out in the first place in cartoons and novels, but there's probably a king, and then there can be civilians.

Unless you decide the king by election or something, there can't be a social form like that first.

"We're going to act with that, so I figured you'd want to know, what the hell is a selection candidate?

Kim Noisuke has been leading the way since earlier, kicking Cardy in.

Of course Kiyonosuke doesn't think about the back.

Veloslav is in the shape to follow.

If you're late from Kinosuke, you lose sight of it, and if you're spaced apart, you're more at risk of being attacked by Cardy.

Even though I knew enough of that, Veroslav's leg stopped.

"The Chosen Marquis is about the one who decides the king of Dwarves. I didn't think they knew."

Shit, was that common sense?

"No, don't worry too much about it. I was in the country, so I hardly ever saw any race other than people. And... I didn't have any friends."

"No, it was.... I'm sorry to be honest."

I was suddenly apologized.

And something comes to mind.

"... so deciding on a king can be an important position?

"Mm-hmm. Only seven of the Dwarves' ruling classes will be selected. A king is elected at a selection meeting, but only one person can be elected at that time. And then it feels like we're going to make up our minds by consensus or majority vote."

"Can you elect a king? Out of the royalty?

"No, it's anyone in the ruling class who makes the recommendation. It is a lesson to nominate one who sees fit. It does not dictate the king by subjugation, like the people, nor does it dictate from among the tribal chiefs, like the elves. And of course, like the Beasts, the strongest will not be king then."

"I see, selection is an important role."

It was good to know how to decide the king of elves and beasts.

I wouldn't use that knowledge, though.

"For that matter, we must refrain from interacting with other ruling classes. My father ceded the position of lord to his brother when he was chosen as a candidate, so much so that he hid himself."

"Retirement for one position is... that's spectacular inside. Again, because of the importance of choosing a king?

"Mm-hmm. I guess there were times when you didn't want to get involved poorly. So this time my father is not going to recommend anyone. No, because there is a man worthy of a king, and the other electorate will nominate him, I wonder if he needs to."

"Well, is there someone that multiple candidates would like to nominate?"

"Oh, but whoever doesn't make it good doesn't want to call my father to this selection meeting. I came to let you know after the due date. Moreover, the venue of this meeting is quite far from our territory. I don't know if I'll make it in no hurry."

I had managed to mourn that it would turn out the way the hostile forces thought it would.

"So you made such a dangerous shortcut"

"That's the thing. It was a shame that I was able to patrol with your Lord in this way. Now I'd like to visit you from me, okay?

"... there's very little I can tell you"

"The... Looking at it earlier..."

"What?

"I feel like I'm carding every time I defeat Cardy..."

"Oh, you know what?"

I was oblivious because I was my first companion.

"Hello Lord..."

"Oh, he's got a master collector stunt."

…………

Around here is near the rock where Veroslav was falling.

It should be a pretty dangerous zone, but Veloslav has solidified with his mouth pounding open.

It's not dangerous to be stunned here.

"Hey."

I called him a few times and he came back.

"Masters collectors, etc... I've never heard of a human being who has one! Even leading cardi hunters say that when someone is advanced, it's enough to talk about it!

Well, it's pretty tough to get up to a master.

Not everyone can be a cardi hunter even if they have the aptitude, and that's probably what it is.

I went out into a zone where pompous and aquatic plants grew within doing so.

"There's a swamp from here to the right. The aquatic cardi comes out, but it never comes out this way."

"So if you don't go right, no problem?

"Oh, instead, the most vicious thing around here comes out occasionally. The neighborhood is not a great distance away, but just ahead of the meadow is its territory."

"What's the most vicious thing, maybe a human snake body?

"Bye. You know that?

"Then about three bodies in front of me..."

Before I finished, Kiyonosuke twisted his body and avoided Cardy's attack.

The moment he thought he turned sideways, his long tail flew up.

If I had missed my eye, I would have just eaten a blow from the sideburn.

"It's Ramia! Be careful, speed and strength are the best around here."

Lamia.

Kinosuke had several types of lamia among the cards collected on Earth.

I see it in many games, but the origin should be Greek mythology.

"Eh, are you a monster who grabs children?"

I've tried to think of the characteristics, but the knowledge of wanderings is unlikely to be very useful.

I didn't particularly remember any information in favor of the fight.

"Well, I just have a long torso, and I don't really feel threatened"

Attacks from blind spots are nasty, but if you look closely at your whole body, you will be avoided.

The rest is how much endurance.

Meanwhile, Veloslav was holding the handax in his back, preventing Ramia's tail.

"Come on!"

Veloslav can take a few steps just by taking a blow.

Every time a time opens up, the timing of the attack is lost.

"It's hard to get close!

Raise the axe blade, little by little, but damage Ramia's tail.

But as it is, it will go against the Lamia Unions.

Fatigue is higher in Veloslav.

There are three Lamias who have come, inferior in number can't help it.

But I want to avoid the battle of poverty.

"Are you all right?

"It's tough. I want to get away and rebuild the system."

The battle is prolonged.

Veloslav inflicted countless wounds on Lamia, but this one isn't safe either.

Armor is a repeated tail attack, shaking everywhere.

"... what are you doing?

"You'll see. It's damaging."

Veloslav answers Kim no Suke's query.

"If you don't mind, I'll knock you down?

"If you can knock me down, knock me down"

When Veloslav screams just what he's talking about.

"Well, I'll do it," he said, and something black passed the height of his eyes.

- Don!

It didn't actually sound like that, but Veloslav felt the impact as a sound.

Taking a strong blow to the abdomen, Lamia soaked parallel to the ground as it was, bouncing up against the rock.

When I saw it, Kim Noisuke, who swung through the steel weapon, held his hand over his forehead and said, "No, you flew," he said in a fluent manner.

After hitting the rock, Lamia turned into a card before spinning three times and falling to the ground.

"Hey, what?

Kim Noisuke picked up the two cards under his feet as Veroslav looked at them in a glance.

Looks like the other two have already been defeated.

"Well, [Lamia LV10]? You made money."

Apparently, Veloslav realized that the attack now seemed normal for Kinosuke.

"That's... something like a master collector"

Veloslav decided to convince himself with it.

Afterwards he passed through the rocks without the appearance of a powerful cardi, and walked loosely out to the meadows.

"All around here are cardies near LV4. Numbers are high, but there will be no particular threat"

"That sounds like it. What's the LV ahead?

"It's slowly going down from here. I'll be out on the street in a minute. Then we're almost to the town closest to our destination. And then if you borrow a self-propelled wheel in town, it's a straight line to my father's building."

"Well, I guess I can get to that town."

"No, I meant to at first, but there are deadlines. If possible, would you come with me to the town with the selection meeting? It's not a purposeful journey, is it?

"Sure, I don't have a clear purpose, but I have things to do for the moment, like earning Al, accumulating points, buying Temple skills,"

"There's going to be a reward. Either way, I thought I'd pay for this one. From what I've seen, it's quite light, but is there any reason?

"... no, but"

"Then you should align all the streets in Dwarf town. You know there are many better craftsmen than people. Even lifetime gear can be created."

"I see, that's good, but there's something ahead..."

"This reward and the Cardy crusade on the road, plus because this selection meeting is a town in a volcanic zone, some of them quite unusual. I think it's worth a go."

Surely it may be a good idea to still come to this world for three days and accumulate knowledge around various countries.

"Right. Then I'll do it."

"Then let's hurry up. I'd like to introduce you to my father."

After a while, as Veloslav said, I could see the streets.

They say it's just a short way from here to town.

"But... he wants to introduce me to my father... why is the bearded dwarf the one who introduces me"

Kim Noisuke looked disgusted at the Dwarves trying to fit steadily into the heroin frame.

His rear charge still doesn't even see that one scale.
