Card collector from different worlds

137 To the Elf Territory

Kimnosuke and Elev boarded a boat from the harbour town and went all the way for Elf territory.

In this world, the Beast and Elf territories once live side by side.

However, it is not continuous.

In the meantime there is the sea and along the way there is Mount Pendragon.

And we don't do anything to the Elves to the point where we can go by road, foolishly and honestly.

Travel to the inland sea side of the Beast Nation and take a sea route from some port town to the Elf Nation Territory, and you will be greatly reduced in time.

This method of shortening the number of days is common sense for those heading to the Elves, and many ships use routes like crossing the northern side of Mount Pendragon.

The ships on which Kim Noisuke and the others were traveling were now trying to plunder Mount Pendragon.

The ship is a medium-sized sailboat with approximately fifteen passengers aboard.

It's not something that goes all the way, so there's a wind left to it, but the wind usually blows from west to east, so they'll reach the Elf territorial harbor in a few days.

"Is this Mount Pendragon? Sounds like a big volcano. It's tough just looking up."

Mount Pendragon, where the "Five Dragons" are said to inhabit, only the mountains appear to protrude from the sea level. It is near impossible to climb this mountain skin, and there are numerous flocks of flying warcraft above the middle belly, and no matter what fierce man you may be, you cannot climb out.

But there is only one town at the foot of this Pendragon Mountain. The name of the town is Muse, and there is a cave that leads to the summit off this town.

This ship, which was boarded by Kinosuke and the others, is also supposed to stop in the town of Muse and move to Elf territory after handing over supplies.

The town of Muse is sparsely populated and selling ore and warcraft that can be taken from the caves outside the town is the main industry.

Inside that cave is like a maze, and as you proceed, you can go out into the middle of Mount Pendragon, home to the Warcraft.

The courageous of the city live through its caves and hunt warcraft in the midst of Mount Pendragon.

In addition, in shallow parts of the cave, various ores can be mined, thus making it a business.

Whatever the case, Muse is a unique place where many such people live.

As the ship approached the town of Muse, it slowed down.

- Pyriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

A whistle rang announcing the port of call.

The ship only stops at the port once every few days.

Therefore, the opportunity is not missed, so the ship is informed of its arrival with a whistle before it reaches shore.

"... hey, this is the only town in Wulong Mountain. You're all lacquered mud walls."

".................. (Kokukoku)"

Kinosuke and Elev landed when the ship stopped at the port.

The ship will unload and leave as soon as possible.

There was no time left to walk around the whole town, but they went all over town to the point that they would be able to look around lightly.

"I'd like to go inside the cave..."

I just don't have that kind of time.

Inside this cave lies a small warcraft called the Little Firebird (Cockatoo).

Unless you attack me from here, I won't attack you, but I have this little firebird, sparrow-like appearance, but I would be strong if I did it against that appearance.

"I wanted to see a legendary bird that just touched it and my body burned up."

The little firebird ignites like a candle for every person with a sword when slashed with a sword.

At first, Kim Noisuke heard the story and wondered if he would even attack like a Napalm bullet, but if the arrow he fired hit a small firebird, even those who fired it would burn it up.

How it works, when you attack a little firebird, that person burns himself up.

Flame resistance will be essential to defeat, and since this little firebird has a role to play in preventing the Warcraft from coming down to town through the cave, they're supposed to be nagging and attacking.

"Whoa, you're selling souvenirs too."

Naturally, there is no such thing as Pendragon Mountain Thunder or Pendragon Mountain Pancakes.

What you are selling is a pendant sealed with wings by a little firebird that you can pick up in the cave of Mount Pendragon.

A flame is shaking inside the emerald-colored pendant.

"Sister, this is a little firebird, isn't it? What do you mean?"

The souvenir store clerk explained it to me with a doya face, not to mention that he had been waiting.

"This is, hey, a pendant trapped in the water of an underground lake in a cave and the wings of a small firebird. It's the ultimate delicacy we can make here."

"But didn't the little firebird feathers burn what I touched?

"That's right. That's why I sink it in the water. Then, the fire won't go out, but I won't extend it anywhere else. How about a present for your girlfriend or something? It's in your interest to have a love flame that will never go away."

Although I deducted a little from your sister's sales talk, Kim Noisuke bought one pendant.

So this kind of local interaction would also be good.

"Whoa, it's time to leave the harbor."

It is time to finish unloading.

Looks like we're supposed to whistle again before we leave port, but if we hear that and enough to hurry back, I want to get on board at my leisure.

The two walked out towards the harbor.

Of course, I didn't do anything to give Elev the pendant I bought.

The ship departed towards Elf territory.

Kinosuke asked the crew how soon they would arrive at the port on Elf territory.

"Arrival depends on the wind."

He doesn't know very well.

"Right. That's surprisingly appropriate."

"Well, it's not windless this time of year, so I think we'll be there the day after tomorrow...... sometimes it's headwind. If you do, it'll only take two extra days."

"The day after tomorrow... I don't know if I can make it sooner."

"That's impossible.... If you're bored, you can leave it on the deck."

"Right."

Apparently there are people everywhere who are unfamiliar with traveling and don't know how to kill time.

If it's painful to sit still in the cabin, they're going to spend the whole day on the deck.

"Well, I guess I'll loosen up a little too."

Kiyonosuke took out the smasher (smasher) on the deck and began to waver.

A different breeze blows on the deck of the ship than the sea breeze.

When that happens, no one will speak to Kim Noisuke, and no one will try to enter the range of the smasher.

A guest who tried to see the view outside was suddenly blown by an unspeakable wind, threatening to fall into the sea.

"Oh, Sman, Sman"

Kinosuke finally realizes he apologizes to the cold sweating passenger.

(To kill time without bothering me with anything...... hey, I like that one)

Kim Noisuke started climbing the mast this time.

Kim Noisuke climbs to the top of the mast at the speed of a skilled crew member, gazing at the distance.

"... Can't you see the land yet? I guess that doesn't mean it's that close."

Even in the original world, work at height is easy. Besides, I have light industry skills now.

I sat on a swinging mast and thought about the future.

The Elves are very small in number compared to the other three species. That's what Kim Noisuke learned before he left.

He also said that the elves have a lot of complete individualists and are not really suitable for collective action, and there is not much habit of coordinating with others.

"I mean, you're selfish."

That's what Kim Noisuke said when she heard the explanation, but everyone who was on the spot stuck in her heart, "Better than you".

Elves tend not to trust others anyway, and what they trust, if they leave out their own family brothers, is the same family or about the king of the elves.

Because of this, the small number of individuals and their character are disastrous, and no one is trying to get out.

"Speaking of which, you barely saw an elf in human or Dwarf territory."

There are many medium to high level cardies in the Elf Territory, and if you are a cardi hunter, you can do enough in your own country.

There is also a good number of labyrinths, so there is little need for explorers to leave their country.

In other words, hunters and seekers are almost complete within the Elves.

Conversely, due to the exclusive nature of the individualists, it is said that not many other races operate in the Elf territory.

"I mean... is it a kind of clandestine state"

After listening to the whole story, Kinosuke divulged that sentiment.

But as far as I can tell, they're not excluding any other species.

Finally, he says he treats other species like any other elf.

(I guess the problem is that the way it's handled is based on individualism)

I'll answer if you talk to me, and I'm not hostile. However, I don't trust you more than I need to, and I don't even get involved.

That's what Kinosuke heard about the elf's personality.

Two days after leaving the town at the foot of the Pendragon Mountains, the ship arrived safely in the port of the Elf tribe.

Altogether, it was a four-day voyage. Almost as planned, apparently.

"Hey, what kind of town is this?

It's the town of Arafara.

I asked the sailor when I got down and he came back like that.

The ship will now stop at another port and return to the Beast Nation.

From what Kim Noisuke has seen, the town of the Elves is close to the township of the people.

Most likely, the port town doesn't use much iron, and the interior may be different.

"There won't be any rust in this world."

Building materials and Gulf facilities use a lot of stones and trees.

From what Kim Noisuke saw, he still hated the tidal wind because it didn't seem like he didn't have the technical skills.

Kinosuke had licked the sea water to try, but the sea in this world was still salty too.

Because the ore contains salt, it's going to get really moist.

"Well... hey, you know what?"

"Yes? What is it?

Kinosuke spoke to an elf working in the harbor.

"How do we get out of this great juncture?

"Is it the Great Junction? You should stop now. There's been a massive Warcraft raid, and it looks like a lot of people are fleeing outside the contiguity..."

"No, I know that, but I really have a reason to be in the junction."

"Really? I don't really recommend it...... from here on out, it would be easier to take the northern streets and get out of the junction from the fourth town. Even so, there will be a high level cardi in the junction, so we need to recruit people in that town, so I don't know how much we'll get together."

"Right. The fourth town? Thank you."

Kim Noisuke thanked him and left the scene.

(The story of the Warcraft is telling, but I wonder if it has yet to be told about the Pendragon. Even if Pendragon came out, I wouldn't be able to tell the story without any survivors I met with Pendragon...)

Now, Kinosuke thought about which one, while searching for the departure site of the self-propelled wheel.

The departure site was quickly found, and Kinosuke and Elev boarded their self-propelled wheels to the next town.

From here you will travel one town at a time.

"Moving again? You're going to have a lot of time."

That being said, Kinosuke yawned heavily on the seat of the self-propelled wheel.

(Might not fit just bareback at night...)

As the saying goes, Kim Noisuke left town every night and walked out to hunt for Cardy.

Use it for sleep while traveling on self-propelled wheels......

That's how you travel on your self-propelled wheel, day four.

Finally to the desired town.

The name of the town is Guten.

This is where we enter the great kingdom.
