Fragrance-Attracting Insects are mutated from Fragrance-Seeking Insects.

The Fragrance-Attracting Insect, however, lives inside its Contractor’s body. Once the Contractor is attacked, the insect releases a special substance.

This substance is colorless and odorless, but upon close contact with a Fragrance-Attracting Insect, the target previously marked by the substance will emit a cloyingly sweet fragrance.

Before the Swift Emperor Halberd Deer and Shadow Horned Deer reached the Peak of Ten Thousand Nations, Tao En didn’t plan to spend any more resources cultivating the Blood-Seeking Sword-Hoof Deer.

So, Tao En simply had the Blood-Seeking Sword-Hoof Deer stay by Zhou Yang’s side.

Tao En’s care for Zhou Yang wasn’t just because Zhou Yang was a member of Soul Soil.

It was also because Tao En himself had once faced the sudden death of a loved one.

Therefore, Tao En could deeply empathize with Zhou Yang’s pain.
