Chapter 192 I Want a Pup With You
Emilia’s POV
I swallowed hard, remembering.
We’d been inseparable once, before the misunderstandings, the fights, the distance that had crept in between us.
He guided my hand down slow, over the ridges of his stomach. Even through the fabric, I could feel every line of muscle. Lower, until my palm pressed against the hard length straining behind his zipper. He was already thick and ready, and he pushed himself into my hand with a low groan.
"Emilia," he murmured. "Don’t you want this too? I remember how much you liked touching me here when you rode me."
The sheer shamelessness of it, the want in his voice, undid me. I surged up and kissed him, half to shut him up, half because the heat was already pooling low in my belly and I couldn’t sit still with it.
He made a low sound of triumph against my mouth and deepened the kiss, his tongue sliding between my lips until my knees went weak. Then he lifted me like I weighed nothing, my legs wrapping around his waist on instinct as he carried me to the bed.
I was lost in it. The taste of him, the grip of his hands on my thighs.
He laid me down and I reached for his shirt, fumbling at the buttons until he lost patience and pulled it off himself. Broad shoulders, hard chest, those abs I’d just had my hands on. My mouth went dry.
"Like what you see?" His voice was smug.
"Shut up and kiss me."
"As my Luna commands."
He stripped the rest of my clothes off between kisses, dragging his mouth down my neck as he went. When his lips closed around my breast, I gasped, my back arching off the bed. His tongue circled the nipple, teasing it stiff, while his other hand found the other one and rolled it between his fingers. Heat shot through me with every pass of his thumb.
"Sebastian—"
His hand slid down, between my thighs, and I nearly came apart at the first touch. He found me already wet and stroked me slow, learning me all over again. One finger slid inside, then a second, working me open while his thumb circled that aching spot until I was shaking and desperate for more.
"Please," I breathed.
He settled between my legs, notched himself against me, and pushed in slow. We both groaned as he filled me. The bond flared bright and hot, doubling everything, until I couldn’t tell where I ended and he began.
So this was what fated mates felt like. This fullness. This perfect fit.
He drew back and drove in again, setting a deep, steady rhythm that had me clutching at his shoulders. Then he pulled me up to straddle him, and I took over without hesitation, sinking down until he was buried to the hilt. His hands gripped my waist, guiding me, steadying me as I rode him. He watched every second of it, jaw tight, like he couldn’t get enough.
"Look at me," he said, and I did, meeting those green eyes burning with something possessive.
When we were both close, trembling right on the edge, he dragged me down into a rough, hungry kiss.
"Emilia," he panted against my lips. "I want a pup. I want a pup with you."
My heart stuttered. "Yes," I gasped. "Yes, I want that too."
His hands clamped down on my hips, holding me flush against him, and he drove up into me hard, once, twice, burying himself as deep as he could go. Then he groaned into my mouth and let go, and I felt him pulse inside me, hot and heavy, spilling deeper with every jerk of his hips. The heat of it, the way he kept grinding up like he wanted every last drop to take, tipped me over with him. I came apart around him, clenching tight, and we both shook through it until there was nothing left.
He stayed inside me a moment longer, both of us breathing hard, before I collapsed onto his chest, boneless, listening to his heartbeat slow.
"That was..." I couldn’t finish.
"Perfect," he supplied, pressing a kiss to my temple. "You’re perfect."
We cleaned up eventually, though it took longer than it should have, because Sebastian kept stopping to kiss me.
Back in bed, I was drifting off when his voice pulled me back.
"Emilia. When I’m back from this trip... let’s visit your mother’s grave together."
I blinked up at him. "Really?"
"I want to pay my respects. And..." He tapped my nose. "There’s something I need to tell her."
"What do you need to tell her?"
His smile was infuriatingly mysterious. "You don’t need to know yet."
I smiled despite myself. "All right."
That night I slept better than I had in years. The weight of all that hatred I’d carried for so long was finally starting to lift.
The next morning, before Sebastian left for his trip, he pulled me in and kissed me long and slow. He kissed me like he couldn’t stand to go, until Tiffany gagged dramatically from the hallway.
"Sebastian, I never thought you’d be this clingy with Emilia."
Sebastian glanced at his sister and said, unbothered, "Maybe I should set Fynn up on a few more blind dates."
Tiffany’s eyes went wide. "You wouldn’t."
He smiled. "Then behave while I’m gone. And be good to Emilia."
"Fine, fine," Tiffany said. "Your high and mighty Alpha Sebastian."
I hid a laugh behind my hand.
That afternoon, I dressed carefully and headed to Hanson Group, my resignation letter folded in my purse.
