Chronicles of The Hardships of Komachi in The Sengoku Era
Early May, one thousand five hundred seventy-two.
The history of pizza is surprisingly shallow. That dish, known precisely as Pizza, was supposedly born in Italy. It is a simple dish to bake with a variety of utensils on top of flat stretched bread dough.
Although disc-shaped flat bread is found in countries around the world, there is also the theory that it came from Egypt because the method of baking ingredients on top resembles the current method of cooking pizza.
It was in the late eighteenth century that dishes close to the current pizza appeared in the Naples outhouse.
Initially a familiar pizza as the taste of the common people, but refined and subdivided, it penetrated a wide spectrum of Italian layers, including the appearance of pizzerias in the early nineteenth century, meaning pizza specialities.
The factor that has shallowed the history of pizza is in tomatoes. Tomatoes, an essential ingredient for pizza, were brought back by the Spaniards from the South American Incas at the end of their great voyage.
In the sixteenth century, however, tomatoes were brought back to Europe, but were not initially considered edible.
As with tomatoes, the plant Belladonna of the Eggplant family was famous in Europe as a toxic plant and was grown exclusively for ornamental use.
Here famine strikes Italy. The common man, who was suffering from food securing, had to eat tomato fruit that no one would look forward to.
I realized that it was better than starving to death and that it tasted really good when I tried tomatoes. Since then, it has become an indispensable part of Italian cuisine with red.
Let's get back to pizza. Pizza, which was initially positioned as something that the poor in Naples would eat, was dedicated to Margherita, Queen of Italy, and spread to the public because she loved it.
Margherita Pizza, whom the Queen has given her preferred name, is the representative of Naples Pizza. Use only three simple ingredients, basilico (basil), mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce.
The reason she loved this dish is that the colour of the three ingredients reminded her of the Italian flag. It is the king of Naples Pizza, where the arms of the maker are tested, whose delusion does not work just to be simple.
For the record, pizza and pizza are totally separate dishes. The pronunciation of domestic style is not pizza, but varies from ingredient to eating.
Pizza is an Italian dish, whereas Pizza is an American dish with improvements in the United States based on Pizza.
Pizza eats every one of them in principle, while pizza is often shared and eaten by multiple people.
Pizza is dominated by ingredients and the fabric is considered an accompaniment to pizza, where the flavour and texture of the dough called dou is the main characteristic.
It should be noted that in Japanese pizza, classic toppings of corn, potatoes and mayonnaise appear unusual even in the United States. It is also a story that the original Italian cannot help but insist that Japanese pizza is not recognized as pizza.
It was Shizuko who made such a pizza reproduce in sixteenth century Japan. The reason is of course Nobunaga. It began with a single voice of cranes as a result of giving you a dish that utilizes ingredients that can be picked with tailings that push the cutting edge of the era.
Modern times are pizzas with a variety of utensils on them, but it takes a lot of work to get all that ingredients together. So he was the representative of Naples Pizza, where a white feather arrow stood on the simply delicious Margherita Pizza.
Still, it's not like there's no problem. Basil is easy to cultivate, so it's often hassle-free, but the problem is mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. Dividing mozzarella cheese is difficult.
Mozzarella cheese is made from buffalo milk, but buffalo does not exist in warring Japan. It is also very difficult in Japan, a humid environment, to import and raise.
But substitution is possible if you don't restrain yourself to buffalo milk. If the milk squeezed from the cow is simmered with lemon juice and a little salt, a substitute for mozzarella cheese is obtained.
One way or another, it's close to ricotta cheese, but I can't say luxury at this time.
Unlike modern times when tomatoes are available all year round, there is no reason why conveniently ripe tomatoes are fruitful, and substitutes for tomato sauce were made by mixing onions and garlic, powdered cheese and salt and pepper in ketchup.
But finally, there was one of the biggest problems. Shizuko has no experience making pizza dough.
"I didn't expect to bake pizza this year"
Fortunately, he had experience making pizzas. The reason why I had experience is because I also worked in Italian restaurants on a part-time basis as I do every time.
He was also an experienced fisherman, farmer and harvester.
"But I didn't think you were experiencing someone baking in a pizza kiln"
"The shop is an authentic Italian restaurant. The shopkeeper went all the way out to Italy to buy a brick, he said. Basil was also quite serious about growing it at home and looking for a place to buy mozzarella cheese."
"You've been through a lot."
"... it was a recession back then. Salaries' low monthly salaries didn't earn enough to keep their daughters out of liberty."
At the same time as I finish, Mizuo sighs. Satisfaction rests his hand on his shoulder to comfort him. Shizuko herself had never done much modern labor, but I thought it must be difficult to work.
"There have been many things, but when it comes to the best things here, you can eat a lot. All you can eat big trout or whatever money you have over there, it's not enough."
"So is tuna, but it's good to have a variety of fish at an affordable price"
You thought the dark topic made the air worse, Mitsuruo tries to speak in a bright atmosphere. Neither Satisfaction nor Shizuko were willing to drag the heavy vibe in vain, so I rode his words.
"Tuna is unpopular. Well, if you don't bleed and nervous, and then you can't make ice made out of seawater, you're gonna burn yourself and you're gonna get sick."
Tuna, like other fish such as sea bream, is a familiar fish that has been eaten since the Rope Age. However, tuna was an unpopular fish until the mid-Edo period. There are several reasons for that.
First, Kyo had supremacy over white fish, such as sea bream, while other fish were treated as lower fish. Tuna was naturally seen as a lower level fish because of its lean fish.
Until the middle of the Edo period, tuna reading was "Tuna (Sibiuo)" and "Fish (Sibi)", so it overlapped with words associated with death such as "Day of Death" and was unpopular with the samurai in charge of the test before how much.
Also, because it resembles the flesh of a lean beast, the kanji character "(meaning the flesh of a beast)" was used, and it tended to be distant from the ancient idea of a carnivore ban.
Even in the Edo period, tuna was handled as a low-grade fish, and since there were still "tuna cheap products and tuna" left in the river willow at the time, it was possible to know how cheap tuna was.
When gripping sushi appeared in the late Edo period, the status of tuna, which had until then been fertilized in the field, finally improved. And because of the development of refrigeration technology, we were able to join high-end fish.
Until then, the failure to join high-end fish was due to the failure to handle tuna properly, resulting in a deterioration in freshness called "yakuza".
When the tuna is raised to the ship, it storms badly and the temperature reaches forty degrees immediately. Then the tuna becomes discoloured and the appearance and taste deteriorate.
If you also drain blood or nerves before cooling down, the enzymes in your blood break down the muscles and oxidize quickly to give it a sour taste.
By the time we get to Edo, the exterior will remain the same, but the contents will change to something like being left alone for a few days at room temperature. Tuna was therefore considered a "muzzled fish".
In the Warring States, in order to carry tuna without causing it to burn, it is necessary to apply blood drainage and nerve drainage to tuna caught by longline fishing methods, and further immerse it in sea water ice and bring it back to port.
The process continues even if you bring it back to port. Carry it in seawater ice, exclusively for Shizuko and into the freezer that existed only during the Warring States, and store it frozen for a couple of days.
By doing so, we can kill the parasites that are inside the tuna. After the freezing process is complete, the ice water is thawed without any hassle and the tuna body is aged.
So far, we can finally treat it as a raw, edible tuna equivalent to the present.
Compared to tuna, which was rapidly frozen at over -60 degrees using modern state-of-the-art equipment to stop cell changes, there has been a little cell degradation, but still tastes extraordinarily better than tuna normally caught.
"I wish I could freeze rapidly. You won't be able to do it on boulders. Ma, I'm happy to be able to eat a big troll at will. I'm sorry about the alcohol. Nevertheless, hundreds of kilometres of tuna rarely cost you. A hundred kilometers is a good place, even if it's big."
"There seems to be some chromium or something off the coast. Surprisingly, I found the offshore fish abundant."
Put the baked pizza on a plate while we chat and give it to the moats who are holding it back nearby. The moats who received it carried it to the hall where Nobunaga was located.
Baking dozens of pizzas on a boulder was a great effort. The roasted pizza disappears into the warlords' stomachs one after the other. No matter how many sheets I baked, I never felt any sign that it was going to end.
"Huh, it's getting hot on the boulder"
There was no appearance of the fire fading in the pizza kiln, and the firewood was put in one after the other, assuming the fire power dropped. The heat was leaking and the surrounding area was hot as a midsummer day through spring.
Bodies exposed to hot air for long periods of time craved moisture. Shizuko sips a sports drink with sugar, salt and lemon juice in the water.
The cold sports drinks that stained my lit body were great.
"... I wish I could take it easy on the evening tuna. Why does everyone come together without saying anything when I buy this hand?"
Shizuko tilting her neck strangely, but she never knew why.
Even if Shizuko says nothing, there is an easy karaki to gather at Shizuko's mansion as well as time, as if Nobunaga and the warlords knew how to purchase ingredients.
Since the time her temporary mansion was decided, the perimeter of Shizuko Mansion has been consolidated with relatives of Nobunaga and the warlords who were the Lord.
On the surface, they are side-services and servants, but they are obliged to observe shizuko's trends crumbly from day to day and to report them to the Lord one by one.
Originally, Cai had the task, but the servants of the relatives were quickly promoted as substitutes because Cai's position was higher and he was entrusted with various tasks, making it more difficult to raise timely reports.
When it comes to trends, it's not all about food.
Shizuko had reproduced contemporary dishes with Mitsumomo, Satisfaction, and occasionally Goro, and regularly sent those recipes to the city's catering district union, which she managed herself.
And based on the recipe, because each cook performs thoughtful modifications, only when the food and beverage districts became lined up close to stateless and creative dishes, mixed throughout the Japanese and Western regions.
I can't fool around with something called appetite. Tasteful food only enriches my heart.
Namako, for example. Even in modern times, Japanese dried catfish are the finest in the world. Not to mention warring times, few humans know how delicious catfish are even in modern times.
But there are ingredients right around the corner, and if their cooking methods and delicacies are well known, the ratings will change. Demand jumped all at once when catfish vinegar and corn seemed to be known to the common people as liquor.
If the demand for materials that no one has ever looked at increases, it is common in the world for them to be swamped and reduced in number, but because Shizuko does a lot of farming, he says, "Can catfish also be farmed?" It was thought that, in the comrades, unions were created and research on Namaco began to take place.
Although catfish farming was not planned and transferred to execution by Shizuko, Shizuko greatly recommended these studies and even provided technical assistance, not to mention funding.
Catfish must maintain a dark environment and comfortable water temperatures because they hate light, but feed is fine only with leftovers from other farmed fish, cultured diatoms (kaiseos), and proper seaweed powder.
These catfish farming efforts have stimulated others, and people are now coming out to study fish and shrimp farming, such as brie (hamachi) and madi, kampachi, leeches, maazi, masaba, and car shrimp.
However, only edible organisms willingly farmed, and only static children did insane things such as growing ornamental varieties such as scarlet.
With the development of the aquaculture industry, a wide variety of ingredients began to line the table in Shizuko's city and Harbor Street, the aftermath of which spread to other cities, with the result that economic effects spread everywhere in Oozhong.
Nobunaga and warlords who rule the land don't pinch the extra mouth because they don't have to do anything to raise tax revenues.
But the warlords are also human beings, there is a desire to eat something delicious, no, I can say that they are twice as strong as men.
Especially since the detonators are close by, if you keep an eye on them, they'll be in the dish as soon as possible. With such thoughts involved, Shizuko's trends are being monitored.
If he finds out, he'll say, "What are you doing?"
"I was perfectly indulgent. But I still prefer rice. Don't Nanbans ever get tired of eating that stuff every day?"
Nobunaga, who enjoyed Margherita Pizza, leaks his thoughts.
Everyone was nodding at his sentiments, but Shizuko burst into his mind to see the Japanese eating rice every day and the Westerners had the same sentiment.
After a while of bickering, it was dissolved, but since tuna was coming out in the evening, everyone was not on their way home and enjoying a break of thought.
Shizuko and Mitsuko, satisfied, Goro has no time to rest. Next time, we have to do the planting on the tuna in the evening.
No matter how many Goro made the purchase ahead of time, there's no way he can clean it up by himself. When Pizza's work is finished, turn straight to Goro's assistance.
After a short break and moving to the cooking area, Goro roared in front of the tuna matured in the snow chamber.
"Cibi...... you have a lot of sites for tuna. I can't think of anything to make."
Even if I say tuna body in a bite, I can take myself from my belly, back, cheeks, brain, tail and various areas. The nomenclature varies from site to site, but is classified as large trout, medium trout and lean by fat ride.
Because it undergoes a thorough downward treatment, it is a beautiful lean rather than a brown color that has been burned. The large trout is also full of fat.
"If you know what tuna tastes like with sashimi and sushi...... what else would be good?
Shizuko, worried about the menu, asks Mitsuko. To be honest, Shizuko couldn't think of a dish like this other than sashimi and sushi, just like Goro.
I could only think of about sashimi and sushi during the tasting and ended up with that. But this time it's Nobunaga's turn to eat. Sashimi and sushi alone don't taste good.
"Um, if this is all you have, is it a mountain bowl? I have wasabi and book-brewed soy sauce, and I think it's delicious."
"Oh, let's make a tuna for a souvenir"
"When it comes to tuna, I can't take the mayonnaise off. But tuna mayo is dangerous, the rice is too rinsed"
"Mr. Satoshi wants the tuna mayo. You have freshly produced eggs and freshly squeezed vegetable seed oil in rice vinegar from this brew. You can make enough mayonnaise."
"Old man, are you crazy? I don't know what it is, but it looks interesting, so make it."
"It's not an old man, it's a mistress. Tuna is garlic with shoga, salt and vegetable seed oil, right? Oh, that said, you had pepper. This will give you depth in flavor."
"Pepper is still precious. Don't use too much, okay?
Mitsuro, Goro, and Satisfied Three cook tuna in front of them and say this. Shizuko cheeks with a bitter smile when she thought there was no room to go in.
"Then you left the cooking to the three of us. I --"
"So in the meantime, how about a cup of tea with me?
"Wow!
That's what I said as I put my hand on Shizuko's shoulder before I had a refreshing grin about when I was standing behind her. Unexpectedly, Shizuko raises her bare voice.
"Ha-ha, you surprised me."
"... what are you doing here"
Goro and Mitsuruo are surprised by the sudden appearance of a long time ago, but Satisfaction throws a question with a soothing look. Even if you get a satisfying glance, you answer with a floating attitude.
"I'm a little concerned about the evening. I'm just here to chill. Then I heard something that sounded fun. I didn't think it was a good idea to interrupt, so I waited until I finished talking."
Answer with a smile and Mae Jiu will turn to Shizuko.
"Excuse me. I didn't mean to threaten you, but it turned out to be a surprise."
"Oh, no, this is the one with the weird voice. Oh, tea would love to take it."
"Thank you for that. Then me and Lord Shizuko will excuse us for this. All three expect a delicious evening meal."
I put my hand on Shizuko's shoulder long before I got her consent and escort her.
Before, Goro and Mitsuro with a pompous expression threw a good laugh of people at the satisfaction of an unpleasant look before leaving the kitchen.
The tuna exhaustion of the day was a great success. Edo-era humans are weak against fat, but warrior-era humans continue to need a lot of energy.
They also consume a lot of fat that inevitably becomes energy.
However, it was more shocking that tuna, which was said to be unpleasant and not edible until now, was actually a delicious fish when some treatment was applied.
Putting aside all the ill-enriched names Shibi, Oda family ministers indulged in tuna dishes in the beginning of Nobunaga.
"It was delicious. However, it is undecided in the fish. In the future, it will be called tuna, not tuna."
The bad name was resolved with a word from Nobunaga's crane. But as it is now, I only taste the luxurious part of the tuna. Shizuko thought that she wanted me to taste more tuna goodness.
So she prepared a hand. We have the most popular tuna in the modern era, and it has been scattered among Nobunaga.
Tuna is a dish that heats low temperatures with oil, like an oyster oil pickle. You don't need to worry about the shape either, you just need to heat the excess part of the tuna with oil and stuff it in a bin for each oil.
When I put out a snapper mayo grip for breakfast the next day, they were no longer ecstatic (groaning) bodies and all greedy (mumbling) the snapper mayo grip.
After morning, I handed out the bottled tuna, but there were dozens of bottles of tuna left, which were brought back by Nobunaga and the Oda family minister.
"Oh, don't be afraid, Tuna Mayo!
Goro was stunned that many matching bottles of tuna had disappeared beautifully and refreshingly. Goro's thoughts, which he tried to put on the liquor if he had too much tuna, collapsed even brittle.
Speaking of leftovers, it's just a Tuna Mayo recipe and a Mayonnaise recipe printed by Shizuko in the Gali edition.
There was no gripping utensil controversy like filling and Shizuko is all hail, but Goro didn't.
"I would have said. Tuna mayo is dangerous."
Satisfaction with him like that rests his hand on his shoulder and utters words of comfort. Mitsuruo had an indescribable look on his cheek.
"Ma, you'll be able to buy a lot of tuna in the future, and that means having fun next time, right?
"That's right, Goro. Oda's lord liked it, so there will be many opportunities in the future."
Satisfaction comforts Goro, who is badly depressed. Goro, who was depressed at first, also understood that he would have the next opportunity and regained his feelings.
A few days after the tuna tasting, Shizuko's mansion was surrounded by a quiet, lying noise a few days earlier. Shizuko was happy to be quiet because she could closely check the crop cultivation status.
Mango is the closest harvest in the southern fruits it grows. There are several round mangoes, which in the next few months will be ripe fruit. After the harvest, you can make seedlings out of wood and increase them.
When grown from seed, it will not be grown from seed because it will take at least six years, or nearly ten years if it is longer.
Mangosteen, lychee, lambutan, dragon fruit, etc. have only been successfully cultivated and have yet to reach fruition.
Most importantly, these varieties can take years to come to fruition, even with the technology of connecting and inserting trees. It is not compatible with mangosteen, which does not particularly like direct sunlight, and lychees, which require direct sunlight.
One had to watch out for sunlight and one needed to be exposed to sunlight, and there was also a risk of confusion and failure with smaller seedlings.
I was lucky enough to succeed, but next time I have to pay attention to the heights to harvest.
"Figs certainly shouldn't be harvested in the first year, should they? Besides, the nature of favoring water... I've been thinking lately that it might have been a failure to try to cultivate so many at once"
Shizuko recently began to think that it would have been nice to be satisfied only with cocoa and coffee.
Since the necessary response to the boulder was too small, it was ensured that the documents containing the information were placed in each cultivation compartment.
No mistakes have been made until now thanks to reading them and making sure they are not confused before you know the care and nurturing situation.
Coffee, however, is expected to be harvested as early as next year, and to reach Cacao for more than three years.
Dragon fruits and figs cannot be eaten because they remove seeds from the first year of fruit. It is only next year that both varieties will be edible.
Mangosteens, lychees, and lambutanes take several years to complete, so they are expected to be about the third year since they are made as early as possible.
The easiest crop of Nanban fruit is dragon fruit.
Because dragon fruit belongs to cactuses, it is not difficult to cultivate itself and is resistant to pests and poor environments, so it blossoms and comes to fruition in one to two years, especially without the use of pesticides.
In addition to being able to eat not only fruit but also buds (stumps) and flowers, it has a strong vitality that grows without having to take special care of it.
Therefore, vinyl houses that grow southern barbarian fruit are treated quite differently. But it still sucked nutrients out of the soil and kept growing.
There are also two ways to increase it: seeds and inserts, and moreover, germination rates are good from seeds, so it increases quickly. However, because it is vulnerable to cold weather, it cannot be cultivated outside and will not be grown out of the vinyl house.
"We've got a lot more pineapples, but I guess it's time to keep the numbers down because they don't fit the consumption"
Until now, it had been about two vinyl houses, but the number reaching double digits was to be built in relation to the construction of the new mansion.
There are only a limited number of greenhouses that can be grown in relation to the amount of water, but still not comparable to before.
Vinyl houses are not the only ones to be expanded. A new compartment will also be developed for raising oocyte chickens in fields, chickens, ducks and birds. Most importantly, removal from the scale of expansion is still a long way off.
"I was relieved that the pepper went through the winter smoothly. There's no problem adding more seedlings."
At the end of the day, Shizuko checks the pepper trees and makes sure they are well beyond the winter after the vinyl house.
Since Nobunaga's visit to Shizuko's house, concurrent activities have decreased visibly. Occasionally, I go out to a city managed by Shizuko with a celebration, and I often gobble in my room for a day.
I don't know if you're tired of the static sight, or if you're simply unwilling to do anything, or how part-time is holding back activity.
However, as a static child, I lost my behavior close to early surveillance, which made me somewhat more relaxed.
"I took care of you. I'll see you when I'm on edge."
And the moon quickly flowed and in April, when it was difficult to say that it was completely snowflake, but there was no problem returning later, Concurrence said that much and left Shizuko's house.
It felt like a cloud flowing in the wind without a soggy goodbye. Shizuko held the thought of showing up again and sitting at home appropriately and leaving like the wind.
Although I only had a bitter laugh when I took home the souvenirs that Shizuko had prepared.
"I don't know, you felt like a free wind kid."
There was no one to pinch the objection to the personage assessment of the puffy and grumbling Shizuko to the concurrence. Such an acclaimed concurrence always lightens the sect and takes a few days to return to Haruhiyama Castle, the residence of humility.
"I'm back now, Master Minori Castle"
When I return to the castle, I receive an immediate call from Humility.
"Good back. I'm sorry about the trip fatigue, but can I talk to you soon about Ozhang's souvenir?"
Humble to say with a gleeful look, but on the other hand, the fruit line was frowning.
There's no way to do that either, and concurrence is a close call to winning the scenery. I can't help but be offended because I forgot the part and went to Oda alone.
Though I didn't really care that the scenery was "because Yoshiko is a wind child".
"Ha, as Lord Minoru said, the people lived in relaxation. Little rumblings happened from time to time, but because there were people who specialize in them, they never developed into a big fuss."
"We don't need such a determined report. Yoshi, be honest with me about what you feel."
I do not ask for humility in the kind of reports that a monkey would raise. What is needed is what the concurrence saw and how it felt. Understanding the sincerity of humility, concurrence correct the abode.
"Excuse me. So... Lord Shizuko is strange in a nutshell, is. Some are also said to be various, but Lord Shizuko is an incredible being in a circle to it. Abnegation... isn't it? I realize the greed of others. There's nothing short of brilliant hands that inspire that greed and make you work the way you want."
Politicians don't struggle if people move just because of the beauty. Human beings, such as honor, land, specialty, and gold, do not move unless they have a personal appetite for motive or, if they say so, flavor.
Even if you agree with the other person, what ends up pushing and moving the person is a gain for you.
Nobunaga naturally understands this point, but Shizuko also fully understands it and benefits those who give it to him. Regardless, they don't just give, they do the job that is commensurate with the profit they give.
Those entrusted with the task are desperate to achieve results, because doing the job also increases the profits for both sides.
"Ho, Lord Shizuko looked like he didn't understand people's greed."
"I'm a woman who often doesn't agree with her looks and thoughts. She responds to those who benefit herself with interest. But if you try to harm yourself, or insult and deceive, you will be in lethal retribution, regardless of the amount of harm you do. Yesterday, if you're dealing with someone who drank alcohol, it's as if the front and back flip."
"Is there a place where thoughts are good? Time and, in some cases, strength. And what kind of disposition do you give to the person who betrayed you?"
"If the person who betrayed you is going to change your mind, I forgive you. Whether or not, harsh labor is imposed in response to betrayal. If you've made several surrender recommendations and still don't change your attitude, you'll have to cut them all."
"Very well."
"Ha."
The concurrent report was sufficient. In his head, Humble Indulges in one report at a time, and thinks about what actions will be taken for the future.
(Takeda moves. Echimae Yoshizo to the north, Takeda to the east, Nagashima Yoshizo to the south, and Honmonji Temple to the west. There are also Asakura and Asai, but in large part these four places will surround Oda)
The second Oda siege net was quietly and steadily enveloping Nobunaga. Not various forces, like last time, but this time all led by the main temple to form a siege net.
(Normally, Oda's defeat is a must. It's a good place to draw even after we go to Takeda. But I can't see Oda's defeat. I wonder if Takeda, Hondo Temple, and we haven't seen the little breaks hidden in this siege net)
The strongest Takeda army in Japan is not exaggerated. Shingen has gone 72 times in total, of which only three have been defeated. When I was younger, those three defeats were only defeated by the famous Toishi collapse on the village.
Then you either win, or you draw. The scary thing about this victory is that there is not a single victory when one's own country is attacked, and it is all a victory when Shingen attacks another.
In other words, Shingen Takeda has never been attacked by another country in his life. Others feared the strength of the Takeda army, so they stepped on two legs. The Takeda army, led by Shingen, is arguably the strongest army in Japan.
This perception is not just about humility. The same perception applies to Honmonji Temple, the burned Yanjinji Temple, Asakura and Asai, which are leading the second Oda siege network.
Everyone thinks that if Takeda attacks Oda territory, it will all be over. Therefore, this Oda siege net sees how to harass Nobunaga and not focus on Takeda as the liver.
(Something doesn't fit. I can't answer what you say, but I whisper that my thoughts are different)
Humble had doubts about the idea that if Takeda moved, it would all be over. It's not like there's any certainty. I'm simply not convinced of the idea that Oda can break into Takeda.
"I ask you one thing, how prepared was Lord Shizuko?"
"Ha? No, it doesn't look like that, and the subordination hasn't shown any particular move that I said this"
"Well... you can back off now"
Lowering the concurrency, Humble puts his hand on his chin and thinks again. Several predictions are made in his head. It doesn't matter whether Takeda is destroyed for Humble, or Oda is destroyed.
Whatever options are best for the past, that's the most important thing for humility.
(Need to see a little more. If Takeda moves, he will form an alliance with either Hojo or me to eliminate the worries of his patrons. At that time, it is too late to decide how Shizuko will move)
Without knowing it, he realized that he was strongly aware of Shizuko, and humility gave him a small smile in surprise.
Meanwhile, concurrently completing his report with humility, he was arming himself and haunting his head.
"Well... let's explore how to repay the money you owe Lord Shizuko"
By the time it was past early May, a report came up from the Terrain Survey Team of the Second Tripartite Gahara Taiji. In addition to the dense terrain, it was compiled as data up to altitude, temperature and humidity per point.
Although it has already been completed as data, a topographical survey of the tripartite Gahara plateau will be carried out later. The Terrain Survey of the Third Tripartite Gahara Plateau will be a more military survey.
Where the Takeda army will be in formation, and how the Oda/Tokugawa coalition forces will best travel, all necessary investigations will be carried out in the battle against Takeda.
"I'm eager to find out, but don't forget, okay?
As I perused the investigation report, my voice flew to the lid. When I raised my face from the material and turned my gaze toward my voice, there was a strange circle that was arm in arm and fluttering.
"Forget what?
I wonder if she had any plans, and Shizuko tilts her neck.
"Hey, hey! Look, I have my first ceremony coming up. Shizuko, join us properly."
"Ah......"
Shizuko finally remembers after being pointed out. In historical fact, Nobunaga, who pushed Takeda against Jiayang, has summoned all his troops to Omi in July of the third year of the former Turtle. So Nobunaga held the first ceremony of the man and Nobunaga.
"July. I was wondering if I could do it because it overlaps a little bit."
Put your arms together and Shizuko roars. It is still difficult to say that a decision has been taken, but June and July will reveal prototypes of important plans from the reports that have come up.
One is a manual screw ship that took years to develop but is finally expected to be completed in late June, and a blast furnace that melts iron with refractory bricks and cokes in early July.
In particular, the blast furnace is also tested on a set of prototypes for sterling engines. There is still room for screw ships, but commissioning of blast furnaces and sterling engines must be successful, even if not successful.
In historical fact, the attack on Asai in late July is said to be Shinzhong's first ceremony.
And the attack on Asai is also in Shizuko's ear. In other words, it is very likely that there will be an initial ceremony of loyalty in late July.
(Now what is it? You can leave it to Uncle Satisfied, but if you don't leave with the whole army, Tea Maru, you're going to be stubborn.)
It's not a good idea to put heat on R&B people by subjecting the boulder to an odd round of initial formations. But Nobunaga strictly tells me to succeed no matter what.
(Is this a long time ago?)
It is only natural that the commissioning could fail. Sometimes trouble occurs and it doesn't work well. It is now Shizuko's task to clean them up and participate by the first ceremony.
Shizuko, who came to think of it, sweats nasty from her face.
"Come on, don't tell the boulders my first ceremony is soaked up or something, okay? For some reason, I haven't had my first uniform yet, but the first ceremony is the first sunny stage. Don't you think you're boring there?"
"I know. I'm not going to soak it up, but I'm going to clean up the projects that I have and join them, so I thought they were going to be tight."
"Then good. It's a different story, but what are you doing?
"Mm, topographical survey of a new plant. It industrializes mushroom cultivation."
Shizuko, who is doing a topographical survey of the tripartite Gahara plateau, has not spoken of any true purpose other than Nobunaga. He told other human beings, even Jia Hao, a false purpose and had not revealed his true place.
It's good for them to know the facts after it's all over. Now it is a prerequisite to hide information without increasing the number of people who know secrets from the disciples. For this reason, it is Shizuko's idea to deceive even Odd Maru.
"Mushroom growing?
A strange circle, manipulated by Shizuko's thoughts, asks the question. Pretending to be looking for paperwork and cleaning up Triangahara Taiji's investigation report, Shizuko coughs one up and changes the air.
"Depending on the type, mushrooms can be grown. Regardless, mushrooms grown by people taste and smell different from mushrooms grown in nature."
Although mushrooms are cultivated in different ways depending on the conditions in which they occur, they are cultivated based on four types: logs, fungal beds, compost and woodland cultivation.
The history of artificial cultivation was not so ancient, and when melon cultivation took place in Europe in the sixteenth century, the artificial cultivation of mushrooms began on the occasion of the simultaneous outbreak of halibut mushrooms.
The earliest country to succeed in artificially cultivating mushrooms is France, where the artificial cultivation of mushrooms was successful in the seventeenth century and botanists have established basic methods of artificial cultivation in the early eighteenth century.
A century after that, the technology of artificial cultivation was passed from France to Europe and the United States in the nineteenth century.
Japan, on the other hand, had artificial cultivation of shiitake during the Edo period, but had not achieved so much stability and mushrooms because it did not come to the idea of artificially culturing seed bacteria.
"Bunashimeji and all that was easy, so I succeeded, but the others are going to take a little longer."
Bunashimeji, enokitake, and Nameko are the most cultivated mushrooms in Japan.
There are advantages to artificial cultivation that are very easy and easy to produce in large quantities. There are advantages that can be cultivated artificially without modern facilities.
But mushroom fungi are easily beaten by other fungi, so unlike growing them in modern installations where competing fungi can be shut out, artificial cultivation in warring countries is always pregnant with the possibility of failure.
However, Nameco is more resistant to harmful bacteria than others, so it can be easily cultivated at home.
The tissue culture of mushroom bacteria uses the method of tissue separation where a portion of the mushroom is excised and cultured.
First prepare fresh mushrooms and break the mushrooms in half with sterile blades. The reason you don't use old mushrooms is because they can be bacterially contaminated.
The mushroom's internal tissue is then harvested and placed on cold weather medium. After that, mushroom fungus grows from the tissue if it succeeds.
Finally, inoculate the medium mixed with rice or ocala (seed planting) and you're done.
Initially sterile and inoculated, but in warring times it was impossible to create a sterile environment, so Shizuko inoculated on the side of the bonfire.
Rising airflow from fire occurs, because that prevents fungus from sticking to the medium.
It should be noted that cholera tack (poisonous mushroom) often grows from the abandoned medium of enokitake.
Therefore, it is important to be careful because it is a medium for edible mushrooms and it is terrible to eat when you misunderstand that it is not a problem.
"Your raised shiitake is good, but the mushrooms don't bother me"
"Well, mushrooms aren't a lot to eat."
Bunashimeji is used in any dish, enokitake is used in pots and simmers, and the mushrooms artificially grown by Shizuko, such as Nameko, become miso soup and stir-fried utensils, have a wide range of uses.
But apart from Shiitake, only this mushroom is used for status symbols by ruling class humans, such as people and warlords.
Stable food supply is the basic idea of Shizuko. But the world can't be so simple.
It is bound to be divided between the ingredients eaten by the general public and those used by the ruling class humans to boast their power. In mushrooms terms, the former becomes Bunashimeji and the latter becomes Shiitake.
Shiitake, in particular, was completely controlled by Nobunaga because of the important commodities exported abroad, and the quantities distributed even in an attempt to produce huge numbers.
"Don't keep your hands really wide open with vegetables on rice and mushrooms on fish. Because of that, I eat delicious meals every day."
"It's good because I'm going to be the only one fattening Zuo. I'm not too reluctant in your case. I didn't think you could even eat mushrooms to collect tissue."
Mushrooms with established artificial cultivation can be cultivated if tissue is obtained. Regardless, it's likely that it's bacterially contaminated, so we'll have to cover it with an operation that also hits a few bad artillery.
Currently, Shizuko is trying to cultivate an elingi imported from Asia in Japan, but if it hits just a few shots, we're working on it.
Imports take nearly a few months, even if they are buried in the scraps and transported. Because there is no denying the possibility that by the time you come to Shizuko you will be rotten.
Shizuko doesn't collect Eringhi in Japan and imports it from abroad because Eringhi is a mushroom that doesn't exist in Japan. It originates from the Mediterranean climate zone in the Step Climate Zone of Central Asia.
It has long been a popular edible mushroom in Europe, such as France and Italy, but the first mushroom to be cultivated artificially in Japan was a relatively new mushroom in the 1990s.
Soon, however, cultivation technology spread throughout Japan, and now mass cultivation takes place and is available on the market at an affordable price.
In Japan, the patterned part is preferred to be thick and long, whereas in Europe, the size, thickness, and condition of the same mushroom were also preferred, such as the umbrella being opened.
I'm sorry, I'm just fine with the booze.
"What's with the booze? It's like eating a well-dried mushroom and doing it for you."
The mushrooms depend on the type, but basically they can be stored longer if dried.
It is about a week in the refrigerator as it is raw, but the dried mushrooms that have taken the appropriate steps will be kept for up to a year if stored in a well-ventilated cold place.
Nothing to dry is the sole purpose of long-term preservation. If you are heavenly sun-dried, which dries in the sunlight, there is more vitamin D than raw mushrooms because ergosterol changes to vitamin D.
If the flavour is condensed by drying, and if the flavour is returned to water, the flavour ingredients can be dissolved in water and a good stock can be obtained.
"I don't know. It was dark then, and I just got the right one."
It was only an odd circle to cut a lump.
"Yes... well, think about the future. I'm keeping an eye on the entrance, so I won't get lost next time."
"Ah! You're cowardly!
"It's rude to be cowardly. I want you to call it an operation."
When I was interacting like that with Odd Maru, there were signs of people coming from the entrance. When I turn my face towards you, I can open it quietly.
"I've told you everything, strange lady."
"Argh! Grandpa!
The strange circle asked by the person who most doesn't want to be heard gives me a look like a bad heart. In contrast, Grandpa doesn't get upset at all, closes his eyes and continues his words quietly.
"How shallow it is to succeed the housekeeper of the Hall. This grandfather, I won't give you a break today. I've never regretted spoiling a stranger more than I did today."
"No, I don't remember being spoiled...?
I tried to change the air by letting the penetration in, but Grandpa held his head by hand without listening to the strange circle. It was an odd circle that didn't make a penetration about where I got my hand stuffed.
"It's almost the first ceremony, but this doesn't show anyone else. Odd Lord! Grandpa will change his mind and become a ghost! Don't worry, we will work out carefully now! Come on, let's come!
"Hey, wait! Get off me, Grandpa! Let's just talk calmly. Ahhhhhhh!
When he captured the odd circle at a speed that was not even in his eyes, his grandfather pulled the odd circle in an unspoken atmosphere.
When his severed scream is no longer heard, Shizuko takes out the paperwork and drops her gaze.
"Well, let's get back to work"
I didn't see anything, that was her conclusion.
