Su Qinglan raised a playful eyebrow. "Why should I?"

The beastman looked like he was about to cry. "Because you’re making us starve! I feel like my own stomach is digesting itself right now!"

The surrounding beastmen nodded in desperate agreement. It was pure torture!

Su Qinglan questioned. "Is this piece of land yours?"

The beastman blinked, stunned. "No."

"Then why can’t I cook here?" She held her head high. "I was hungry, so I cooked. The food turned out delicious, so I’m eating it here."

The beastman was left completely speechless.

Another beastman nearby snorted disdainfully. "Hmph! It’s just wild weeds and a few pieces of meat! What’s so special about it? Meat is all a real male needs! Roasted meat tastes much better anyway."

Su Qinglan looked at him, shaking her head with pity. "You foolish males only know how to gorge yourselves on meat. Do you even realise your bodies desperately need vegetables too?"

The beastman looked completely confused. "Vegetables?"

"Yes!" Su Qinglan nodded seriously. "You need proper nutrition! If you eat nothing but heavy roasted meat every single day, you will become horribly constipated."

The beastman froze.

The surrounding beastmen also froze mid-breath. A few males quietly averted their eyes, looking somewhat embarrassed.

Su Qinglan continued in a calm, authoritative voice, "Eating only meat makes your stomach uncomfortable and heats up your body. Females, especially, cannot survive on just meat. They never eat their fill. That’s precisely why so many females in the Beast World are thin, pale, and weak! We need vegetables to stay strong."

She patted her chest proudly. "Look at me! My body is perfectly healthy and bursting with energy. I can even punch a full-grown beastman if I want to!"

Su Qinglan’s eyes lit up like bright lanterns. A golden business opportunity had just presented itself on a silver platter!

"Do you know why I was able to give birth to so many healthy cubs?" Su Qinglan asked in a mysterious tone.

The female nodded eagerly, leaning in. Even the surrounding females in the area secretly shuffled closer, and the male beastmen pricked up their ears to listen.

Su Qinglan dramatically pointed a finger at the giant, bubbling pot. "Because of this!"

Everyone froze. "This?"

"Precisely!" Su Qinglan nodded with absolute gravity.

The listening females nodded repeatedly. It made total sense!

Su Qinglan struck while the iron was hot. "When a female is healthy and strong, carrying cubs becomes much easier, and giving birth goes smoothly without danger!"

The females instantly became excited. One eager female stepped forward, asking breathlessly, "Can you teach us how to make it?!"

Su Qinglan smiled sweetly. "Of course! If you’d like to taste it first, I can give you a bowl right now."

Without a second thought, the female abandoned her spot in the salt line and ran straight over to the pot. Her beast husband looked utterly dumbfounded. "Wife?!"

The female spun around and glared at him. "Stay right there and don’t lose our spot!"

She turned back to Su Qinglan with an expectant face. Generously, Su Qinglan ladled out a full bowl of hot soup and handed it over.

The female took a cautious sip, and her eyes instantly snapped wide open. The meat was mouth-wateringly soft, the vegetables melted on her tongue, and the broth... the broth was so rich and fragrant! She had never tasted anything like this in her entire life!

She whipped around, grabbed her beast husband’s arm tightly, and shook him. "YOU!"

The beastman recoiled in panic. "What?!"

"Learn this recipe right now!"

The beastman felt deeply wronged. "Why do I have to learn it?!"

"Because you cook the food!"

The surrounding females all nodded in fierce solidarity. "That’s right! Learn it!"

The male beastmen suddenly felt an overwhelming, suffocating pressure pressing down on them from every direction.

Su Qinglan offered a warm, comforting smile. "If you don’t have time to learn today, don’t worry. I will be cooking here at the east gate every single day for the next week! Anyone who wants to learn the secret to healthy cooking is welcome to join."

She then added, "Also, I am a healer. If anyone has any health problems or injuries, or if any female has difficulty having cubs, you can come see me. Every day after lunch until the sun sets, I will be checking patient cases right here."

Many of the surrounding beastmen were completely stunned, staring at her in sheer amazement...she could cook, she could produce salt, and now she was even a skilled healer! This female was truly something else!

Chaos erupted as beastmen shoved their way forward to upgrade their orders. Some drank their bonus soup right on the spot, while others carefully carried their bowls home like precious treasures to present to their females.

Su Qinglan watched the mad rush, her eyes curving into joyful crescents.

She casually brushed a strand of hair behind her ear, turning to cast a victorious smirk at her husband.
