In my knowledge, there are basically three kinds of things called bars.

A sophisticated 'Authentic Bar' with a traditional, meaning word on its head.

The tough bars, most imagined when you say bars, will mainly be this.

Slightly more popular than that, 'Shot Bar' has the word 'One Shot' inside that means a glass.

It is somewhat difficult to explain the difference with 'Authentic', but is this the store where the bartender imagines having a fun chat with the customer?

This is what I used to work for. Among other things, it was a relatively noisy shop.

And those two bars basically don't put much effort into eating.

It is said to be dry, beef jerky and nuts become the image of the food on the menu.

So it's the Dining Bar that serves the main meal as well.

The concept is slightly different now that 'Easy's' has attached a bar to the Mass Dining Room, but it would be this as a classification.

So, that's it, some people will still have an image of an unnamed bar in their heads.

There are styles of making cocktails while performing, such as spinning bottles in circles or pouring liquor on the back as you move.

It's called 'Flare Bartending'.

Flare means' self-expression 'in slang, and' flare bartenders' are people who perform with bottles and shakers and have stunts to entertain their eyes.

Its origins were in the nineteenth century. One American bartender supposedly lit the whiskey he poured on the mug and let it come and go between the cups.

That cocktail, whose blue flame swims to another cup, has been named [Blue Blazer] and has entertained the eyes of many people, he said.

"And I wonder if this is a brief description of 'Flair Bartender'"

The moment me and Corsica walked into the room, Sally, with a face that made a huge mistake, was stiffening with her mouth pounding.

If you give Phil a glimpse, he started defending Sally for himself. Nothing offensive and you're not doing it, or you think Sally's worried about being Sally and trying everything?

I told Phil to calm down. I'm not mad. I looked sinister if this was a bottle with contents, but not enough to care if it was an empty bottle with water in it.

After that, I explained what I know about Sally, Flair Bartending.

"I think it's funny that Sally got there thinking about herself."

Me and Corsica are sitting at the bar counter, talking to the standing twins.

When I honestly admired and praised that point, Sally, who had been nervous and cocky until just before, let her face shine.

"That's right! I used to see street art in the park, and I thought that's the way to please customers! I'm a little sorry I'm not the best, but you can't help it. Tell me more about it, Mr. General!

Sally, who has been troubled a lot before, but is a forward-looking statement that will make you forget it.

But I have to tell Sally that.

But I have nothing to teach you.

The way I put it, it might have sounded like throwing it off.

In fact, Sally, said to be pissed off, looked shocked, like a dumped puppy.

Corsica and Phil, who are just listening on the side, also look, ahhh.

I follow my remarks in a hurry.

"No, don't get me wrong. That was a bad way of saying it. There's nothing I can tell you, not what I can tell you."

"... can you tell me?

"That's right. I don't have any flare skills."

The knowledge and skills you need as a flare bartender are rarely required in doing a bartender normally.

The two philosophies will be common for the purpose of entertaining the customer, because the method is as if it were different.

When viewed from the point of view of the taste of cocktails, you can see the difference in difficulty between using tools to carefully measure ingredients and using eye cuts as you move.

It's just that I was overly specific to the cocktail and slightly neglected to serve customers. There is no way that a 'flare' can be said to be any further technology.

"So there's nothing I can tell you."

"... Mmm, is that right"

When I explained it again, Sally dropped her shoulder softly.

I don't know what to say to Sally like that, I've never been as a master before, and I wouldn't have bothered you more.

…………

In my narrow opinion, I don't really want Sally to go in the flare right now.

Sally's cocktail is still on the way. I want you to get the technology right first, rather than reaching for anything else.

So if you think like this with flares, you think practice more than that.

But Sally's arrival at the flare now would also be the result of her own trial and error.

Even though she didn't tell us anything, it was where she got to herself as a way to make her customers even more happy.

It's easy to deny it, but even if that seems to undermine her motivation, I also felt like I'd put a lid on her ideas ahead of me.

Should I make up for my weaknesses or keep an eye on my strengths?

When I was in a position to be taught, I seemed great to want them to do what they wanted, but I didn't know that being in a position to teach was so troubling.

"Well, I can't help it, but I'll give up now"

"Huh?"

And next to what I was worried about, Sally was coming to a close.

That neat choice makes me more pompous that I was worried about. Sally looks at me like that with weird eyes.

"What's the matter, sir?

"No, you. Are you sure?"

"Good or nothing. If you can't teach from the general, I suppose you should be the first one to be taught now?

"Well, I'd appreciate it if you would."

My thoughts are certainly right, so I hope so.

It is, but I wonder a lot about how light it is. Why, I thought it would be that easy to switch.

Sally didn't even ask if my question was on her face, but she started explaining it.

"Nothing, not all the way ahead. It was originally conceived as one of the means. It's good to think about it when you can afford it. But it doesn't mean I have to do it now. That's why I thought it was good now."

"... if not now, when..."

…… Come on. When I get to the point where I'm satisfied with the cocktail, I'll think about it afterwards. "

Again, I honestly admired Sally for saying it so lightly.

I didn't know anything scary, I was dazzled.

"... Sally. Don't say something awesome sometimes. I respect that."

"Hey, what the sudden"

"No, it's an idea I can't do."

It is the undisputed heart.

Unlike Sally, there is no clear cocktail goal for me.

Of course, there is satisfaction that the cocktail was done well at that time, or something that could not have been done before. There are a number of goals like a crossing point.

But no matter where you go, there is no such thing as a vision to get to the cocktail answer. That turns, that I don't see the end of the cocktail in me.

When I see it, I think I can finally find the answer to my old 'cocktail'.

I thought she was looking more purely at the end of the cocktail than I was in such a mud.

I have something to do now, so I'll give it priority. Once we get to that goal, we'll try something new again.

That simplicity made me look so dazzled.

I wanted to help her like that, the strongest I've ever felt.

I thought that was important, leading to the future of cocktails in this world.

"Sally, if I can teach you anything, I'll teach you anything."

"Kyu, suddenly what is it, disgusting"

"I mean it. And Phil."

"Yes, sir"

In my words, the two disciples seem a little lit up.

At first he was a disciple drawn in by necessity. There was a twist, they had their purpose.

And now, besides what I've taught you, it's time to think about things for yourself and try them out.

That's what makes me so happy.

That's why I want to tell you both sooner rather than later. I want to see what path the two of you are going down.

"I'm gonna change my story, can we just get in the counter for a second?

I thought I saw a settlement on the flare thing, and I told both of them.

Phil and Sally look at Corsica, who was walking in with me. That's all. Somehow, you know what I'm here for.

Sally has a mean look, and she deliberately says she hates it.

"Also, you're trying to dictate a woman in a cocktail"

"Don't say anything bad about people! When did I do that!

"It's hard to tell when. 'Cause I can't count."

Then it's like I'm dictating women indiscriminately.

Corsica's eyes, sitting next to her, only made me feel cold.

I snuck my eyes at Phil for the purpose of protesting against Sally for such ramblings.

"Correct. I'm not gonna tell Sally, so I'm gonna teach Phil everything I've got."

"Hey!?

"Haha. Thank you."

To my words of determination, Sally panicked and Phil laughed like trouble.

I wanted Sally to tell me not to panic, but to pose as angry, I put it through my face.
