The base stays' Taylor '─' Tequila 'and changes the palate a little refreshingly. And yet, a beautiful cup to look at.

That seems like a difficult order, but it's not.

Only this time, there was a cocktail called this.

And then I thought of the ingredients, and I just felt a little funny.

"But brothers and sisters are similar, after all"

"Huh? What do you mean?

"No, he said you had something like a fate to patrol."

I'm the only one convinced, and Corsica looks strange after all.

I remember when I first met Bergamo because I was talking to him earlier. The first cocktail I gave him to drink was [Mojito].

There, I lay a little over the cocktail I'm about to make.

What I use as an ingredient is a bright green liqueur potion. Green mint liqueur.

The mint liqueur is not allowed in the bar - no, it's two.

Mint green with a slightly sweet green color and mint white with a neat shade. There are often these two kinds of mint liqueurs.

When asked why there are two mint liqueurs, it is a little troublesome, but from the standpoint of actually using them, it is troublesome not to have two.

I want to use an easy to understand green color when I want to put mint in front, and I don't want to add color when I want to add a little flavor.

It would be easy to imagine lightly what would happen if you mixed green with orange juice.

Because mint is easy to use as a flavor, it needs two colors.

And what I'm going to use this time is' green 'to meet my order for a beautiful cocktail.

Prepare the glass first, as usual. Also used this time is a cocktail glass that looks like a reverse triangle.

Gently wipe with a clean cloth and open the freezer into it. Taylor potion and ice were removed in replacement.

Likewise lime juice from the fridge side. And a green mint liqueur from the shelf. Prepare one lime from the fruit basket.

Line up the ingredients and prepare the shakers on the workbench for work.

Cut the lime with a knife. Thread the knife vertically, halve the fruit and make a further third - that is, a sixth cut, cut the unwanted part and squeeze the fruit juice into the major cup.

Make up for the missing portion with juice, weigh 15 ml and pour into the shaker.

Next, a bright green colored mint potion.

A little thickening because of the high sugar content. Measure 15 ml as well as lime. Carefully wipe your mouth with a cloth after pouring a bottle with high sugar content.

Otherwise, the sugar will harden and become terrible.

And finally, Tayla is 30 ml as a base.

Clear enough to cool well in the freezer to produce cold air, it was weighed neatly using even surface tension and then poured into the shaker.

Steer lightly with a bar spoon to see the flavor. I felt the taste of the soothing mint on my tongue.

Decide that the taste is fine and pack the ice into the shaker with a tong. When I filled it until about the eighth minute, I put the lid on it and went to the shake.

Support the shaker with your fingertips to avoid transmitting the heat from your palm. Shake the shaker consciously on the wrist, not the force, to match the height of the chest.

The ice inside made a noise by tapping the bottom of the shaker.

Regular, highly-sounding sound. Every time we rock up and down, the two sounds of chasing each other.

Shakers play a series of sounds, like the left and right sides of the seesaw, like waves that come and return, as if one imitates the other.

The sound quietly stopped the shake at that moment when the temperature at the fingertips and the image in my head was reborn as a cocktail.

"Excuse me."

Remove the glass from the freezer and put it on Corsica's coaster by speaking up.

Then he poured the contents of the shaker quietly into a glass that slightly exhaled cold air.

A light, shining, thin green clear liquid fills the glass loosely. It is a beautiful, cocktail-like cocktail for watching.

When I glanced at Corsica, I couldn't help but laugh.

I told Corsica to retighten herself like that and look at her now or now.

"Thank you for waiting. [Mockingbird]."

─ ─ ─ ─ ─ ─

From the impression of appearance, Corsica's heart was already pounding.

Its shades are thin and green, and its jewel-like light glow makes my cheeks hot even though I haven't swallowed them.

I thought I was a little childish myself. It was an order to look, but I still have to say I'm glad to say it.

I smiled back at the delightful eyes of the young man who created this.

"I'll have it."

Corsica reaches into a limp glass and carries it to her mouth, suppressing feelings of deviation.

Fluffiness and nostrils are refreshing mints. The soothing sensation characteristic of the mint is mixed with signs of sweetness and acidity. Contrary to its rich fragrance, Tayla's powerful fragrance doesn't really arrive.

With that impression, Corsica slowly tilts the glass and includes a green cocktail.

(Sweet, but refreshing and neat)

The impression of the palate was also a sweet refreshing reminder of the refreshing young grass meadow.

Strong is sweetness. It would definitely taste sweet by classification.

At the same time, however, the lime has a good acidity, resulting in a refreshing impression that reduces the spread of sweetness.

But as sweet and sour as it sounds - no, more intense than that is the soothing wind-like coolness of the mint.

What makes up the majority of the impression is the flavor of the mint, which also manifests itself in shades.

In the mouth dominated by sweet and sour flavors, the breezy, lightweight sobriety of early summer is narrow and brisk. I guess that strength has the presence of Tayla hidden behind it.

What makes the cocktail itself more impressive is the distinctive and strong flavor of Tayla.

Tayla, who was out so long ago in [Margarita], swallowed earlier, is lurking in the ring like a lie this time.

But while trying to be thorough on the back, it's not like it doesn't exist. It reinforces the taste of the whole thing as normal to be there.

It binds flavors broadly and thinly, like the earth that grows plants, so to speak, or the woods that envelop creatures.

If Corsica swallows it while enjoying the floating flavor of such an image, the neat impression of the mint falls straight down her throat.

As your mouth dries dry, a scattered mint by the way cools your tongue.

Corsica was impressed with the brilliant way the flavor disappeared afterwards, while including another bite.

The refreshing taste, sweet and refreshing, never spoken of, disappears when it spreads.

Every time I swallow a bite, the refreshing taste expands. That's kind of fun and funny and tastes innocent like a child.

It's supposed to be an adult drink, but I think it returned to my childhood heart somewhere because I have the impression that it's like a licked candy ball when I was a kid.

Corsica came to that conclusion after having tasted it many times.

And when Corsica realized it, she was surrounded by the eyes of three people who looked at the smiling things.

─ ─ ─ ─ ─ ─

"Shh, I'm sorry, I'm being childish."

Corsica's shy voice makes me feel like my cheeks are going to loosen even more, but I say it firmly back to my sales clear face.

"No. I'm glad you're here. Above all."

I would have responded with a perfect sales smile, but Corsica's reply took a little while.

"... it seems so deliberate. That face."

"That's not true."

"That's true!

Corsica looks at me with a little glare.

I gave her a little back from customer service mode and a full smile.

"Well, thank you. I'm so glad you drank it looking so good"

Corsica seemed a little complicated by the emotions contained in my smile.

Ultimately, however, she smiled like she was swallowing [Mockingbird] again and said, "You're welcome."
