'Cocktail Potion' by Transworld Transfer Bartenders

Table Cocktail Campaign Experiment (2)

"Can I be honest?

Then I spent some leisurely meal time, and the plates at the table were just getting cleaner there.

Rye, who drinks up his own [Kitty] --Ginger Ale Split of Red Wine, says with a slightly reddened face.

"You make your own cocktails. Something's wrong."

"... so annoying"

Undressed words on your teeth may be because you are a little drunk. I recited it so I could bite.

Rye, not a potion, but purely drunk from alcohol, takes a bottle of red wine.

"Because if it's wine, just pour it. But cocktails are different."

"Even if I say no, it's just gonna be two pours, right?

"I say twice, but it's double the work, double. It's tough."

To Rye's sentiments, muh, roar. Surely there's a point in what she's saying.

Compared to my usual cocktails, the task of making ice or steer is simplified. But even if you subtract that, you have a lot to think about compared to just pouring.

At first, Rye also seemed to enjoy the unfamiliar work, but as the meal progressed, the process seemed annoying.

"Sui, too, you think?

"Hmm."

Leaving Rye's opinion aside for a moment and asking Sui, Sui also leans down as troubled.

It's not an obvious affirmation, but does it feel like I said it was more of an opinion than Rye?

"Maybe. I feel like I'm making my own food, but I don't need anyone else to eat it."

"... don't you need it,"

"Of course, I definitely don't hate you, I think. If you're here to eat because of this, a lot of people might want people at the store to do that."

Sui has chosen words and said them modestly, but they still look somewhat negative.

Indeed, many people may not be good at working on their own, even though they have sold it as cheap.

Are you confused when you come to the store for service and suddenly say self-service?

Yet another bitterness, as Sui overlaps.

"And then simply, whoever asks for a cocktail knew the total cocktail."

Me?

"Yeah. I really think I'm going to think that it would be better to have it made in total than to make it myself. Some materials are simplified to reduce work. If that's the case, I'd like a good cocktail."

To make it easy for you to enjoy yourself, what made the recipe so easy is that rejecting it would be a vendetta?

Sui's opinion is that of someone more familiar with cocktails than Rye's. If so, people who enjoy cocktails with actual customers may also think similarly.

"How is Mr. Noine?

"I am, right. I don't think it's too bad."

"Eh?

I was a little confused by Neune's point of view because I continued to disagree with him on the stand.

After seeing my face like that and laughing bitterly, Neune continued with a calm voice.

"I make more cocktails than the two of us, because it's kind of natural. I'm more excited about the task of combining it with a variety of things myself."

As I say, she tilts the glass gracefully. One of them is definitely white wine soda and ginger ale.

As the word goes, Neune has the most experience in making cocktails in this.

Does it work positive that if you're somewhat familiar with cocktail-making, like her, you can adjust yourself? Then, Neune made [the operator] good, but added soda just because it was a little too sweet.

That refreshing sweetness seems to go well with the nut cake. She was also the best at exploring compatibility with the food around there.

"But it's just me, isn't it? As you will know, the average customer doesn't know that much about his taste, nor does he adjust the flavor well."

"Right..."

"But one more thing, I think there are advantages to this format"

Softly, he wiped his lips with a hand tug and, naturally, Neune took a bottle of white wine in his hand.

Then he turned it to Rai, who was silent in an atmosphere that presented the reflection.

"Rye. If it's bothersome to make your own, I'll make it for you."

"Huh? Is that good?

"Yes, let's make it sweet"

Say, Neune makes a cocktail for Rye. Pour white wine first, followed by ginger ale. Apparently, Rye liked it [Operator].

She's been looking at me watching that sequence of motions, and she's been trying to figure it out.

"You think it would also be advantageous to say that I can make it for you within the group?

"Someone who knows a cocktail, to someone who doesn't. Someone who's good at making it, to someone who's bad. You can use it as a kind of communication."

Her point melted one chunk in her head.

I was very conscious that cocktails were made by me. So this experiment also became an image of making my share myself.

But in retrospect, not only will I make my share in the table, but I will make it for others, because it will be normal again.

It would be advantageous for someone who wants to do it (well) to be able to do it.

"So I think it's an interesting attempt as far as I'm concerned"

That's what Neune says and tightens his words. Then it is Mr. Oyaji who will remain.

…………

Having the final say in things at the store, he has consistently been drinking wine rather than cocktails from the start.

As a matter of fact, when I was working on a plan with Mr. Oyaji before, Mr. Oyaji wasn't really into this project.

It's one of a few projects, so I didn't work it out carefully. However, Mr. Oyaji was leaking his thoughts with a blur: 'Then some people will just drink wine'.

I know there could be customers like that, but what was the intent?

Mr. Oyaji stared at the glass to think a little, then said.

"Hey kid. You've come up with a plan like this. It's addressed to you, isn't it?

I know what it is addressed to. It is addressed to 'wine' for use in this project.

Alcohol shoppers are not like potions. The 'ale' I use at Easy's is purchased from a store I know of Mr. Oyaji, and other alcoholic beverages are basically going to buy the necessary amount each time, rather than a deal.

Until now, I didn't bring the wine forward, and not many people order it, so it was made up of it.

But if we're going to serve wine as dramatically as this one does, we're going to need a business partner who can supply it stably. That's what Mr. Oyaji says about it.

The problem also depended on how we felt already.

"... that's so-so. From the Safina Chamber of Commerce, it looks like you can buy cheap and delicious wine there."

"Then there's no wine problem. That's good. But then there's the question, do we need to go out of our way to cocktail it? Shouldn't we leave it on the table with the wine?

"............... it"

Rye said it, and Mr. Oyaji practiced it. I wonder if we need to deliberately turn wine into a cocktail.

The problem with drinks at the table right now is that you just have to put a bottle of wine on the table. Forced to be a cocktail doesn't mean more customers can drink.

This is just what happened because I've been thinking about this campaign with cocktails from the beginning.

If you don't have a problem draining the cocktail, you can do so from the beginning.

"... I don't think you should let it go."

"Right. You still want to make it a cocktail."

That's right. Even though I knew it, I wanted the cocktail to be the main thing.

There are some reasons, as I said at the outset.

Wanting feedback from the customer's own mouth about the compatibility of food and alcohol and getting the cocktail to have psychological familiarity.

Given those two things, I thought that in Easys, where the main focus of the drink is cocktails, cocktails should be involved.

But Mr. Oyaji doesn't look very, very ridiculous.

"We can't stop planning another event. I also know you like cocktails. But do we really need to tangle that up? If your customers are happy with what you want to do and you want to increase sales, you can do it fully. But if you push what you want to do, your customers won't be happy. You know what I mean?"

"... Yes"

"There are many other purposes for this one, and I'm not going to dismiss it.... but maybe we could work it over a little bit."

"... ok"

I nodded honestly at Mr. Oyaji's unsweetened attitude.

Sure, there's one more thing missing, that's what I felt.

A customer chooses a 'cocktail' instead of 'wine'. Without one last push to get you to enjoy it, this project will fail.

"In the meantime, it's good for today. It's Rye's cooking, let's enjoy it till the end."

"... right. Thanks for your cooperation, guys."

Mr. Oyaji cuts the story off. I nod honestly and look blown off on the surface.

Thanks to me, the women react somewhat.

Ryhan, reluctantly seems happy. Noine doesn't seem to really care.

And Sui looked at me worried, as if she had something in mind.

But the story never got any more steamed back at the table.
