Continental History Part 1 (Modified)

Once this continent was ruled by one empire.

The name of that nation is "Continental Empire".

Isn't that too simple? Couldn't you have had a better name?

But the strength of this direct ball-named empire was tremendous.

Prior to the advent of the Continental Empire, this continent was divided into more than a hundred countries and regions, and dawn into wars.

Boris Romanov, the first emperor of the Continental Empire, destroyed all countries with more than a hundred present on the continent by his own rare military sense. Shit.

Moreover, a nation with this cheesy power was not content merely with destroying the country.

They extinct more than a hundred languages and dialects that were found on the continent. How much?

There was rebellion, no matter what.

But whenever the revolt broke out, it was crushed with mighty military and economic power.

As a result, most language extinction was achieved 100 years after the unification of the continent, and the language of the continent was unified into "imperial", the official language of the Continental Empire. Regardless, I use this "imperial language" now, too.

… just complete language extinction cannot be accomplished, some languages continue to be handed down in detail and are still used only a little. Personal names and a little rhetoric, for example.

Now, the Continental Empire united the country and unified the language. That was not enough, and various assimilation policies took place, such as the unification of religions, the creation of a uniform weighing and weighing "metre method" and the adoption of the "continental calendar", which is the calendar of unification.

By the way, the Continental Calendar New Year is not the year of continental reunification by the Empire... but the reign of the 20th Emperor, he said. You think it's because the 19th Emperor wanted to give a child a calendar for everything?

Whether the results of these cohesion policies have improved, internal conditions within the Continental Empire will stabilize. The golden age is upon us. No war, no great disaster, no famine, people supposedly lived in peace.

But one little shadow fell in such a golden age. It is a matter of the children of the 32nd Emperor......

Alexandre Romanov, the 32nd emperor, set up three children. And with three children. The names of the three children, in order of birth, are Oliga the eldest daughter, Mariuta the eldest son and Georgi the second son.

And I was able to rub it on the right to inherit the throne. Although the right to inherit the throne was granted in the order in which it was born, it became a spark in the intracourt struggle.

The reason is that the Continental Empire has never had an empress before.

The emperor had to be a man, there was no provision. But there was no precedent for empress.

There have been times when a woman was the eldest child. But in this world, there was an idea of male inferiority, so the eldest child, a woman, said, "It's a man who inherits the throne, right?" I lost my surrounding perception. It was normal to give his brother the right to inherit the throne, or to marry another nobleman and abandon Romanov's last name.

But my oldest daughter, Oliga, was different. He studied desperately to become worthy of the emperor, not giving up his first seat in the right to inherit the throne to his brother Mariuta. Many nobles began to think, "Maybe Oliga could be the empire's first empress," as a reward for his efforts.

But some people don't feel comfortable about it. The head of it was Mariuta. For this reason, Oliga, the eldest daughter, and Mariuta, the eldest son, were allegedly very unfriendly.

The emperor Alexandre, worried about this situation, contemplated resolving this in an old (barely) way.

First, I stripped my son of his right to inherit the throne, and then I said this.

"I'm going to give you guys a position now. And bestow the right to inherit the throne in turn from those who decide to excel. It covers the period from 1 January 290 to 31 December 299 of the Continental Calendar. I won't let you complain."

More or less like this. I hear it was actually a more old-fashioned and lengthy word.

Oliga, the eldest daughter, was entrusted with the Governor-General of the peripheral region of the western tip of the continent.

The eldest son, Mariuta, was appointed Minister of State of the Empire.

And Georgi, his second son, who was not willing to inherit the throne, was entrusted with the governorship of the region in the southern part of the continent.

I don't know why I became a minister, not just one governor. Your father said you wouldn't allow me to complain.

So.

These three made home affairs reforms as if competing over the right to inherit the throne.

Oliga, the eldest daughter, pioneered the western tip of the continent, which was merely a border, making it one of the most economically powerful territories in the empire.

The eldest son, Mariuta, solemnly proclaimed the discipline of an army that had been corrupt in a time of peace, carried out military reforms and rejuvenated the Continental Imperial Army into a strong army like that of the first Emperor Boris Romanov.

The second son, Georgi, invested in the study of witchcraft and laid the foundations of the theory of witchcraft used today.

Thanks to the three children, the Empire was about to usher in a new golden age......

Continental calendar December 9, 1999.

A few accidents occurred in the imperial capital of the Continental Empire, Tsar Ligrad. An old man died after falling horses. Horsefall itself is a daily tea meal on this continent. It's not a rare story.

Except that the name of the old man who died is Alexandre Romanov.

Emperor Alexandre collapsed undecided on his successor.

As a result, the succession issue erupted again.

Moreover, no one had the right to inherit the throne at the time of the emperor's fall.

In the court, it was rough. Events followed, such as the sudden invasion of a leading nobleman by an unexplained disease or his death by a mysterious accident. The emperor's absence for a long period of time also disrupted the government of the country.

The unfriendliness of the three princesses and princes applauded these tragedies.

In August of the Continental Calendar 300, the Secretary of State, Mariuta Romanov, stripped Oliga Romanova and Georgi Romanov of their posts as Governors and announced an immediate order for the return of the Empire.

Naturally, it's Mariuta's ploy to target the assassination of Oliga and Georgi, but no one was stupid enough to get on with such a discoverable measure.

Oliga accused Mariuta of being the mastermind of numerous assassinations within the court.

"She has no impersonal credentials to be emperor," Georgi said, exposing Origa's injustice.

On that occasion the three condemned each other. It is the beginning of a bickering involving the entire continental empire. That's an annoying story.

Regardless, I don't know which one is true now. It could have all been true, or it could have all been a lie.

Thus the division of the three princesses became decisive, which led to the first civil war in the Continental Empire.

"That's the black history of my big neighbor in the east, okay?

"It's been a long time. I don't know."

"... I thought Sarah would say that."
