Continental Hero Senki

The arrival of spring

Regardless of the thoughts of the government and some high-ranking bureaucrats, there are two main categories of what we call the hearts and minds of the generals on the front lines.

One is a mind that emphasizes what you fight for and gain. "If you win, you get a territory," "If you win, you get a birth," "If you put up a medal, you can become a nobleman," etc. Improve your willingness to fight with that idea, or increase the morale of the soldiers you lead.

Regardless of the physical condition, this heart was valued in the General of the Imperial Army of the Eastern Continent, an invading army. The Commander-in-Chief of the Crusading Army, Marshal Rokosovski, expressed to all the Army the idea of a prize imperative for every forager at the forefront.

"We will crush the rebels who call themselves the Kingdom of Silesia and others with the legitimate power of our empire, and we will destroy them without authorizing any surrender, thus making known the honor of His Majesty the Emperor! For those who capture thieves who claim to be King Silesia, even if they are civilians, the prize will remain in their minds!

This speech increased the morale of the soldiers, but the anxiety of some high-ranking officers had increased. One of them was Lieutenant General Schrematev, head of the 50th division of the Crusaders Central and Northern Legion.

Lt. Gen. Schrematev is a general from the civilian population, as well as a general who commanded and defeated the Imperial Army Crusade Force in the Raskino War of Independence earlier. He was held responsible for the defeat and was given a one-year salary cut. This crusade to Silesia will take the form of an opportunity to regain honor for its defeat.

He couldn't hide his anxiety after hearing Marshal Rokosovski speak before his assignment.

Prize Punishment is an important idea for organizations that say military. If you fail and lose, you will receive the corresponding punishment, and if you succeed and put up a medal, you will receive the corresponding reward. If we do this fairly, the soldiers will also strive to succeed.

However, excessive hustle and bustle could be counterproductive. That is, a general forgets to work with too many other generals and troops who care about his own medals, and on the contrary, tries to kick down allies who are his friends before setting up a medal. An uncoordinated army is what it means to be a crowd of the U.N., and no matter how the Imperial Army was winning over numbers, it is inevitable that it would be disadvantaged.

But Lieutenant General Schrematev never spoke of his anxiety to his men or colleagues. Because there were circumstances in which he could not speak strongly because he was a civilian and a stigmatized being a defeated general.

The second is the mind that emphasizes what we lose and lose. "If you lose, your family will be killed," "If you lose, your hometown will be burned," "If you lose, it will be changed," etc. "Never lose," he said, raising morale.

This mind was a mainstream idea in the Royal Silesian Army on the defensive side.

And the commanders will not stress anything more. The word "if you lose" could be too gloomy to cut back morale. But even if the commanders did not say anything, the conscripted peasants knew. "If you lose, you lose your precious family and home" and other things, if you string up a history textbook, it was something you would know.

"... it is our duty to return them one or more to their homeland. Let's do everything we can to do that."

Emilia Silesia, the first princess to be Major of the Royal Silesian Army, supposedly told her friends and deputy samurai officers during the cadet school. The friends nodded strongly and rushed under their own command.

No matter how muddy you get, no matter how unfit you are, you are bound to go home alive.

That was the basic philosophy of the Royal Silesian Army.

1 April 637 Continental Calendar.

The snow and frozen soil that covered the eastern border zone of Silesia melted completely, and the day the ground began to dry too. And it is also a suitable soil for the march of the army.

Its soil was consolidated by 40 divisions of the Eastern Continental Imperial Silesian Crusaders and some 400,000 troops.

There are 20 divisions and about 200,000 Interceptors against the Kingdom of Silesia. They, too, felt the dirt in their own homeland on their feet.

9: 40.

That is the time when the battle to determine the return of the Kingdom of Silesia opened its curtain.
