Continental Hero Senki
The Battle of the Ten Days - Day Three Encounter -
March 17.
The Grand Duchy Army offense failed, and our Princess Army succeeded in forcing some bleeding against the enemy.
For that reason, or this morning, it was peaceful. The front of the front is a stare across the position, and there is no exchange of fire. In other words, it is glued and the enemy is attacking.
"In the Lieutenant Colonel's view, what are the odds of winning?
Mr. Fine stopped by once he was down to command and roaring about what was to come.
"... good and 30%"
So I answered honestly.
"... too low?
"It's still expensive."
If I answer that, she looks unexpected. She looks a little cute to pat her eyes and stiffen them. But unfortunately, even though the odds of winning are not increased where they look like that.
"You're here. Is this where you say goodbye to the Lieutenant Colonel? You're gonna miss me."
"Sometimes I get anxious, but Mr. Feene likes me, doesn't he?
"Yep. Love it. I love you, Colonel."
Oh, whoa. It's such an embarrassment to be told that again directly from the front.
"For when the Lieutenant Colonel loses, I've got my uniform ready so I can pretend to be Ostmarc's army, so don't worry, I'll lose"
"Wow, I'm ready."
I'm about to cry over Mr. Feene's kindness.
And it wasn't a joke. It was really prepared. Moreover, there are two men's and three women's official clothes of different sizes. Does that mean it's for me, Radek Sarah, His Highness Emilia, and Maya?
Really sweet and tearful.
But I've never crossed it without using it. I have to try my best to get off the transfer course to the Ostomark army......
"Our princess army has less than 40,000 troops. The enemy, by contrast, is less than 70,000. Fight for two days. The results are probably almost equal for both sides. The absolute disadvantage is the same, and I'm worried about what to do."
"But the lieutenant colonel bounced five times the difference in his power at Laskino..." Your father said, right?
"Things were a lot different then."
The biggest difference between the state of war between Raskino and Torn is whether they have allies or not.
There are generally two defensive winning conditions in urban defense warfare. Whether a prolonged battle will force the enemy to load the barracks to lower morale and force them to retreat, or allied reinforcements will strike from behind the enemy during an urban attack.
First, the former takes a hell of a lot of time. Even the border city of Laskino, which was completely under siege and had interrupted supplies, could not stand for a month, nor did the Imperial Army have any problems with the barracks for a month.
There are examples of urban offensive battles on a yearly basis, and even if not, I can afford about six months.
If there's a short-tempered general who can't do that, he'll challenge a short-term showdown, scrape his troops for nothing, and smack the soldiers' minds, but this time he says the enemy is a good general and a highly regarded Marshal Lax. You should give up on expecting the incompetence of your enemies.
So what about the latter, from the further outside of the enemy under siege......
I can't do this either. Absolutely not. Anyway, the Princess Army has only 50,000 to 60,000 total combat power. Collecting all that is less favorable than the Grand Duchy armies attacking Torn.
"Besides, during Laskino, the general of the Royal Silesian Army who helped us is Marshal Lax..."
"You've already imagined the enemy."
"Something more troublesome than that."
"... what?
What, it's a simple story.
If you think this one might poke the back of the enemy, you're going to do it yourself.
And for that, now "she" has the troops led. No, it's nothing. She said, "No show at all! It wasn't because of the noise, was it? I'm fine, because I have the permission of His Excellency Rosenstock.
"... I'm getting extra anxious, are you okay?
"You'll be fine."
Probably.

About her, Lieutenant Colonel Sarah Marinovska. Deputy Commander of the 3rd Cavalry Regiment of the Kingsguard Division.
This assignment was a good idea because she has titles and abilities that do not suit her youth. Its mandate means:
"... it's not 'reconnaissance' after all!
It is an enemy rear reconnaissance, utilizing the mobility of the cavalry.
"Here's what I wanted my turn to break into the enemy formation and mow the enemy general's neck..."
During the winter, a series of training, even when the battles began, didn't turn up, and if you think the 3rd Cavalry Regiment finally had a launch order, it would be a reconnaissance mission... you just have to step on the Regiment Tai.
But she's also not the one who tries to assault the enemy or anything against orders there. Anyway, it was none other than Yuzef Waresa who gave this reconnaissance mission. You can't betray his trust, and she doesn't have the guts to do it.
"... something I don't want you to hate. I'll do it right."
For a simple reason.
The cavalry is the eyes and ears of the army, the mouth, the hands and the feet. Grasp hostilities and convey orders, attack enemy convoys and loot supplies or enter enemy formations to expand their effectiveness.
Convenient, thus losing the battle if used incorrectly.
I know that too, Sarah.
Rather, it is what Yuzef once taught me at the cadet school. That residual class for Sarah is a lot better than a textbook.
The 3rd Cavalry Regiment manoeuvres clockwise from north Torn to initiate reconnaissance operations. Acting by dividing the regiment into three battalions, the battalion led by Sarah Marinovska was running horses in the furthest position to the river Vistula.
"Then you're not likely to encounter the enemy, Captain."
Her men, Sergeant René Kovalski, say in a voice as if they were relieved while sighing. That was the result of a mixture of "the joy of not meeting an enemy and returning alive" and "the anxiety of taking care of a boss who could not meet the enemy".
But contrary to Chief Kovalski's expectations, Sarah was in a good mood.
"That's not true, is it?
"... why?
With that said, he's on the verge of figuring out the other half. Anyway, he's been seeing Sarah for a long time, too. Sarah Marinovska, the most trusted boss on the front line, has an out-of-popular "look".
I mean, at this point, Sarah had a hunch about the enemy's approaching, and Kovalski had to check.
"Ensign Rubik. Send the Enemy Shadow Vision report to the Regiment Leader. I'll keep one."
"Got it. immediately."
Kovalski, listening to the conversation, held his head more and more.
"Enemy Shadow Vision" doesn't matter how hard I try, this boss can see "Enemy Shadow" in an invisible position with his own eyes. Moreover, it is extra troublesome because it is a bad truth of a nature.
And he thinks.
Oh, the Grand Duchy army that has to deal with such a common-sense out-of-the-box god sounds pathetic -.
"Kova, what a mess. Prepare for battle!"
"... Copy that!
But he is also a raw Kingsguard cavalry, a body that has fought under the gods for a long time.
René Kovalski, like Sarah Marinovska, who exalts the mood before the battle, was also boosting his morale.

"Why are we here, they are!
Grand Duchy Army affiliation, Brigadier General Waida can only scream like that.
He was bypassing the back of the enemy to threaten the supply line of the slow princess army, as Marshal Lax ordered.
Among the strength disadvantages, the Princess Army will be broken if it does not keep most of its power on the front of the front. That was the thought of a detour ambush by a few forces... Marshal Lax's reading and Brigadier General Waida's expectations fell far short.
The tragedy began an hour ago.
The Waida Brigade, which had detour activated counter-clockwise across the bridge, discovers the enemy cavalry. It is common to encounter scouts, and Brigadier General Waida expected that.
"Contact Downer Cavalry Squadron and eliminate enemy scouts."
Surprise attacks focus on covert actions. If the Wyda Brigade detours quickly, it gives the enemy time to take action. So we should get rid of scouts.
Yet that cavalry squadron is not returning this way.
The Grand Duchy army cavalry wasn't weak enough to struggle like a scourge, but somehow it didn't come back.
No way, the suspicion arises.
The anxiety arises that there may be an enemy's main force ahead of him in pursuit of the scourge.
"Lindell Cavalry Squadron! Search Downer Cavalry Squadron and forward sentry. Interrupt the search and retreat if you come in contact!
He immediately gives the next order and sends in a further cavalry squadron.
But Brigadier General Waida screamed before Lindell Cavalry Squadron discovered Downer Cavalry Squadron, or the enemy.
"Why are they here?!?
He had no choice but to scream as he watched the Kingsguard Cavalry Battalion led by Lt. Col. Sarah Marinovska, striking from the right side of the Waida Brigade.
In other words, he was already among the enemies.
He was defeated by a girl named Sarah's rare, or highly situational, ability.
She used her privileged vision and hearing, looked at the map, felt like an enemy, thought about it, and found physical evidence to support her reasoning and report it to the regimental leader.
And by the scouts, after some fishing out of the enemy cavalry, which is the greatest threat, they work with the regimental commander to besiege the enemy brigade. We ambushed them from all sides.
From the right side, from the left side, sometimes from the front, from behind.
That manoeuvre, which cannot be achieved without the high degree of proficiency of the Third Cavalry Regiment, is incomprehensible to the permanent.
The only thing I can say is that I planted feelings on Brigadier General Waida that have a lot of impact on the battlefield. In other words:
"And maybe the enemy's power is more than ours!? We have to get back there and report back to the Marshal immediately!
It is a misunderstanding that It was called fog on the battlefield.
According to the battle details of his brigade, the strength of the princess army we met on this day was about 10,000.
The reality was that it was a Kingsguard Cavalry 3000.
On the third day, the Tron East encounter was not significant in terms of scale.
Both the Grand Duchy army and the confusion were successful in withdrawing, with fewer casualties of war. That was also the result of Brigadier General Waida directing a desperate retreat, but unfortunately it was subtle to say whether it was justifiably appreciated by future generations.
The opposing Kingsguard 3rd Cavalry Regiment suffered less damage than Brigadier General Waida's brigade, and the words Sarah uttered after Torn's return are as follows:
"I've driven one of the enemy's brigades back! That's Yuzef, I can't believe you expected that!
Needless to say Yuzef sighed heavily when he heard that.
