The bandit army and the 31st Army engaged in a fierce conflict, resulting in the entire 31st Army being captured. This news spread like a nuclear explosion, swiftly sweeping across the entire Chuckna.

This is impossible!

This was the first thought that occurred in everyone’s minds.

No one would believe that such a ragtag, disorderly force could capture the entire 31st Army. Not only capture them, but they didn’t even qualify to clash with the 31st Army. That is the Level 1 Forces of the Leefer Legion.

People stared intently at the television screen, hoping that it was just a slip of the tongue by the host. Perhaps, in a little while, the host might realize that he had reversed the parties.

However, no correction came from the host. The screen switched to an aerial shot from a helicopter.

From the air, on the straight highways, countless Green Mechas were running in orderly rows towards the high-rise-packed urban area. The lead troops had already reached the giant interchange bridge from Highway No.3 turning towards the center of Highway No.1. The mighty armored troops turned a green right angle, akin to a migrating herd of gnus, densely spreading over tens of kilometers, beyond the reach of sight.

Dozens of television station helicopters circled this force, while in the sky, Chuckna Fighters cruised around. It was unclear if they were on alert or escorting this wild force. The aerial footage was so spectacular it made one’s heart race.

Highway No.1 couldn’t instantly accommodate such a dense force. As they passed the overlapping bridges of the two highways, many Bandit Army Mecha simply jumped off the bridge, dispersing to both sides of the road.

The green figures leapt between the buildings like agile monkeys, bounding like deer along the bridge edges. Their actions were so nimble and light, and when the troops ahead on the highway widened their spacing, they returned to the center of the highway into formation. Yet, the entire formation showed no signs of disorder.

Tens of thousands of Mechas hurtled past before everyone’s eyes!

Amidst the roar of helicopters, cameras focused on this murderous-looking troop from different angles. Several close-ups locked on the hundreds of Transport Mechas in the center of the formation.

From Highway No.3 to Highway No.1, the grand Mechanical Battalion rolled into the bustling city. Buildings rapidly receded on both sides. From the 3rd District to the 2nd District, from Baroque Street to Peace Avenue, helicopters weaved and hovered among skyscrapers, cameras repeatedly obstructed by buildings, and then re-centered on this raging steel torrent sweeping through the city.

The flood rolled between the buildings at an astonishing speed. Since the city roads were narrower, many Bandit Army Mecha had already activated their auxiliary thrusters, leaping into the air. They were like Ghosts, silently zigzagging and ricocheting between buildings.

The entire city was shaken by the massive engine roars and Mecha footsteps. Dozens of speeding police cars cleared the path ahead, flashing their lights, sirens blaring urgently.

Flying Cars urgently pulled over to the roadside. People stared blankly as this terrifying steel torrent swept past them. The immersive impact accelerated everyone’s heartbeat.

Suddenly, a Flying Car that was originally preparing to pull over, amidst the sudden outcry from nearby people, uncontrollably swerved, accelerated fiercely, and darted to the middle of the road. In the next moment, the entire car was engulfed by the surge of Bandit Army Mecha. In front of their televisions, people suddenly covered their mouths. Some women let out a piercing scream.

People watched in horror at the bandit armored convoy, unable to imagine what fate awaited if one paused for even two seconds before this steel flood. The camera hesitated for a moment, then switched to a roadside view. As the screen appeared, everyone astonishingly discovered that the out-of-control Flying Car had parked intact in the middle of the road, and the rapidly running Bandit Army Mecha had left an invisible safety island around the car’s area.

Countless Mechas skimmed past the Flying Car from both sides and above, precisely maneuvering, without causing any disorder to the entire formation due to the presence of this Flying Car.

Zoomed-in shots showed a pale-faced middle-aged woman sitting inside, tightly gripping the Flying Car’s steering wheel with her eyes closed. Beside her, a beautiful little girl in a red dress pressed her face against the car window, her big eyes wide open, curiously watching the Mechas rolling by from all around the Flying Car.

Upon seeing this scene, all the Chuckna citizens exhaled a long breath of relief. Shortly after, the sound of applause swelled like a wave.

"Unbelievable." The host in the television exclaimed, and several special guests who had just arrived and sat down also voiced their unanimous admiration.

"Seeing this force, I think we need to reevaluate the bandit army." One highly respected guest in military affairs couldn’t wait to speak before he even settled into the chair: "I’ve been watching the news the whole drive here. Honestly, the shock this force gave me was incredibly strong. Without watching them fight, just seeing the technique they displayed while maneuvering the Mechas, I can confidently assert, the entire Chuckna couldn’t find a force like this."

His words brought immediate agreement from the other guests alongside him.

Another guest exclaimed excitedly, "I never expected such an event. The conflict between the bandit army and the 31st Army is a major event impacting the entire Fei Alliance. If not handled well, it could affect the unity of the entire alliance. You must know, the Leefer Legion is already a banner in the Fei Alliance, however..."

He quickly drank a sip of water and continued, "When I learned the 31st Army was crushed by the bandit army and personally witnessed the bandit armored convoy’s actions, as a veteran Mecha soldier, I feel qualified to inform everyone here, any commander who sees this force, regardless of their country, if they aren’t foolish beyond redemption, they can easily make a decision. Whatever their decision might be, it will have one premise, which is absolutely not to be enemies with such a force!"

On the television screen background, bandit armored troops were still racing under the high-rise buildings, alarm sounds echoing throughout the city. People stood by the streets, in squares, some holding coffee in office restrooms, others holding a glass at the bar counter, all staring intently at the television screen before them.

They did not doubt the guest speakers; they were just hit by an unexpected event, leaving their minds unable to process it.

A few minutes ago, they were still savoring the strictly arranged military display of the 31st Army, and a few minutes later, they got news that the bandit army, with half the numbers and equipped with ridiculous mechas never seen before, undisciplined and carefree, had taken down the entire 31st Army Base.

Then, amidst doubts about the news anchor’s slip, they saw this lunatic division. It was indeed the bandit army, not the 31st Army.

Everyone was shocked by the bandit army mecha’s showcased maneuvering skills.

If the previous marching merely stirred everyone’s spirits, the sudden event afterward showed the true prowess of the bandit army mecha pilots.

In this era of mechas, everyone had some mecha operating skills and knew how challenging it was for a speeding mechanical team to evade a suddenly appearing flying car. A Sixth-level Mecha Warrior might precisely evade at high speed, but for an entire mechanical team to perform the same maneuver, the difficulty increased tenfold, a hundredfold.

But the bandit army accomplished it. Their team easily evaded the flying car trapped in their midst. Until their entire team moved away, the flying car was unharmed.

Recalling the previous news about the complete capture of the 31st Army, the audience felt like they were on a roller coaster, in frenzied spinning, with the entire world turned upside down!

"Oh, the reporting crew has arrived at the 31st Army Base, now let’s see the images they’ve sent back," said the host quickly in the television, and as the screen switched, the host couldn’t help but exclaim.

"Oh, my god."

On the screen, tens of thousands of mechas had become heaps of scrap iron, the entire 31st Army Base resembling a mecha graveyard.

"Is this real?" an older customer drinking wine raised his head, dazedly watching the television, muttering.

The bartender, mechanically wiping a glass with a towel, watching the television, replied as if to himself, "It’s probably real, buddy."

Saying this, the bartender glanced at the badge with the Leefer Legion’s twin wolf shield emblem pinned on the middle-aged customer’s collar, his face full of sympathy. This little trinket cost this old customer, who had come to show off, quite a bit.

"The attack on Admiral Tian Xingjian evidently angered the bandit army," a guest explained off-screen. "This is their retaliation, and this troop clearly cannot be assessed with common logic.
