Daddy Always Gets Jealous

Huangfu Ye stood for a long time, not hearing a sound.

He asked softly, "Will you come out on your own, or should I invite you out?"

Jin Bo didn’t respond.

Huangfu Ye waited for a while, hearing no movement, and looked at the soldiers on either side, "Seal the door shut."

Jin Bo, "I’ll stay, let them take the child away."

Huangfu Ye, "Are you sure?"

Jin Bo, "Yes."

Huangfu Ye glanced at the soldiers on either side, "All of you, step back."

The soldiers retreated to the side.

Jin Bo came out with the child in his arms.

Huangfu Ye stood at the door, watching Jin Bo emerge. After many years, he was more appealing than before.

Jin Bo looked at Huangfu Ye, "Where’s your guest just now?"

Huangfu Ye looked at Jin Bo’s clothes, "Alright."

He placed Xiaowei beside him and changed into the Filipino maid’s outfit.

Huangfu Ye stood to the side watching, his gaze wandered over him.

Jin Bo felt entirely uncomfortable, remembering when he had once been held by him, goosebumps arose.

After he was dressed, he picked up the little one.

Huangfu Ye pointed at a nearby soldier, "You go and carry."

Jin Bo knew he didn’t trust him, so he handed the child to Huangfu Ye.

Huangfu Ye looked at the soldier, "Carry him outside to the two guests."

He glanced at Jin Bo and walked ahead.

Jin Bo followed him, walking alongside him, and the two arrived at the room behind the reception hall, at the loft.

Huangfu Ye watched as the soldier handed the little figure he picked up to Huo Jinnan and Huo Bei, then turned back to Jin Bo, "Was that girl also let go by you?"

Jin Bo, "Yes."

Huangfu Ye looked at Jin Bo without speaking, having heard someone had taken out a motorboat from the warehouse, he guessed it was him.

When he got the news, the alarm in the dark room went off.

Jin Bo looked at Huangfu Ye, "You didn’t do anything to that child, did you?"

Huangfu Ye looked at Jin Bo, "Though that child is young, their bones are tougher than yours, and—"

Thinking of how he was wounded by that little thing, and the poison in his body still wasn’t completely cured, he had to rely on the Ye Family on the West Bank.

That child, he didn’t dare to move lightly.

Forced to get an antidote from him, he did suffer some flesh wounds.

Seeing him stop talking, Jin Bo knew he wouldn’t say more, and didn’t question further.

Jin Bo stood on the loft, watching them leave the island safely, then turned to Huangfu Ye with a mischievous smile, "You know I don’t like women, unless you’re willing to be one."

Huangfu Ye looked at Jin Bo, "Earlier, you wanted to leave, with the strength of the three of you, you should be able to get away, right?"

Jin Bo looked at Huangfu Ye, chuckled, "Don’t you think after all these years, I might have finally discovered I still prefer men in the end?"

Huangfu Ye also laughed, "Then let me assume that after all these years, you suddenly realized your favorite is still me."

Jin Bo, "..."

Flirting with a man, damn it, it’s uncomfortable all over!

Yet, he had to stay here for a while, wait until they safely left, before he could leave this small island.

Huangfu Ye looked at Jin Bo, "Why aren’t you speaking?"

Jin Bo looked at Huangfu Ye, "Get someone to fetch me something to eat."
