After finishing, Chen Ping’an turned his attention to the Treasure Armor. It was a deep, ice-blue color, looking as if it had been condensed from the very heart of a glacier.

"A Quasi-Divine Weapon, the Profound Ice Silk Armor!" Chen Ping’an’s eyes lit up with delight.

This Treasure Armor had been his original goal for the trip. However, its exorbitant price and the need to save his funds for the Dragon Elephant Dominating Body Technique auction had forced Chen Ping’an to give up on bidding for the Heavy Treasure.

He had thought it was lost to him forever, but by a strange twist of fate, the Treasure Armor had ended up in his hands after all.

Chen Ping’an picked up the Profound Ice Silk Armor and found it to be incredibly light, almost as if it were weightless. Of course, this was just an illusion. In reality, it had considerable weight, but it was negligible compared to Chen Ping’an’s powerful physique.

The surface of the Profound Ice Silk Armor was covered in intricate, well-ordered patterns resembling ice crystals. When light struck it, the armor refracted a dazzling radiance, making it look exceptionally brilliant.

As Chen Ping’an held the Treasure Armor, he felt a faint chill and a refreshing, cold aura wash over him.

"What a treasure!"

The more Chen Ping’an looked at it, the more he liked it. A Profound Light flickered, and the True Qi around his body stirred faintly.

A chill permeated the air. An ice-blue light flickered, and in an instant, the deep, ice-blue Profound Ice Silk Armor appeared on Chen Ping’an’s body.

As a protective Quasi-Divine Weapon, it could resize at will and possessed its own Divine Wonders, so it didn’t need to be worn like ordinary Treasure Armor. Guided by the Profound Light’s Spiritual Energy and activated with True Qi, it could cover his entire body.

After experimenting with it for a moment, Chen Ping’an understood how the Cyan Light Sword Master had managed to escape. The man’s escape was not only due to his mastery of the Golden Cicada Shell technique, but also intrinsically linked to this Treasure Armor’s miraculous properties.

After some testing, Chen Ping’an figured out the Profound Ice Silk Armor’s unique functions. When worn, the Quasi-Divine Weapon had two main forms. The first was its simplest form, appearing as a vest. In this state, its divine light was concealed and its miraculous properties were not apparent, allowing it to be worn as an inner layer beneath his clothes.

The second form required Spiritual Traction and activation with True Qi to fully awaken the Treasure Armor’s Divine Wonders. In this mode, deep, ice-blue Profound Ice would cover his entire body, shimmering with a crystalline blue light that protected him completely.

If he could fully activate the latter form and support it with enough Profound Light Spirituality and True Qi, its Protective Power would be strong enough to ignore the attacks of Top-Level experts.

Of course, it couldn’t completely negate an attack if a Top-Level expert were to use a Secret Technique. Still, with the Profound Ice Silk Armor’s protection, the might of such a Secret Technique attack would be significantly weakened!

However, Chen Ping’an was currently unable to activate this latter form of the Profound Ice Silk Armor.

A Divine Weapon requires Sacrificial Refinement with True Essence and nurturing with Spiritual Energy. A Quasi-Divine Weapon, while not as demanding, still needs Sacrificial Refinement with True Qi and nurturing with Spiritual Energy.

Until he had completely refined and nurtured it, Chen Ping’an would be unable to truly activate the full power of the Quasi-Divine Profound Ice Silk Armor.

If that hadn’t been the case, and the Cyan Light Sword Master had been protected by the fully-activated Profound Ice Silk Armor, it likely wouldn’t have been so easy for Chen Ping’an to defeat him.

After experiencing the Treasure Armor’s Divine Wonders, Chen Ping’an made an instant decision. ’Once this is all over, I’ll refine and nurture this armor as soon as possible to further build my foundation!’

’If I can fully activate the Profound Ice Silk Armor while in my Golden Body Unbreakable state, and supplement that with the Dragon Elephant Dominating Body Technique, how terrifying would my defense become!?’

’At that point, I wonder if even a Grandmaster, striking with their full power, could breach my defenses!?’
