Thirty-fifth report: Destroy the fierce beast •

The biggest difference between a mercenary in general and a heretic exterminator (Crusader) is the breadth of experience.

Mercenaries and demon hunters only participate in battles that can be won, but heretic exterminators must stand up to whatever their opponents are according to the life of the Church. Of course, the request has been made in view of the power of the heretic exterminator, but it seems that there is no such thing because we often do not know the information to be crusaded.

That's also why the death and injury rates of heretic exterminators are among the highest among church members, but I've fought more than the battle addicts (Battle Junkies) around here. I don't know how many times I've dealt with the Beast Man.

You can't defeat this opponent just by dropping him off a cliff. We're going to make a big spot for battle plans.

It's an open place with little room for petty work. You won't fall down there unless you play it all you can, and your opponent will definitely think about stabbing you in the stomach with his own nails.

A giant rock protrudes on the edge, hitting and putting on Amelia to hide.

But I thought Amelia was unlikely to get hurt. The Beast Man has a high pride, unlike the Demon Clan. The quality of pride is not the same as Zalpan, you should accept it if you want one-on-one.

So the question is how much difference there is between Ultz and the Beast Man.

Carefully auxiliary (buff) to Ultz, who is deeply breathing and concentrating his spirit at the center of the cliff. Cat beasts are handsome, so at Ultz's skill, it's hard to heal yourself during battle. Recovery will be my favor of the Sustained Recovery Divine Method (Regeneration).

Ultz's level is 65. As an ability of a race, the ability itself can be said to be about 5 to 10 levels higher when compared to a person. Plus my auxiliary magic increases my abilities a lot - its value roughly 5 to 10.

Levels are not as powerful as Level 90 because there is one wall in 70 and the rate of increase in abilities changes, but if you're a golem opponent in the Golem Valley, you can only fight a few advanced golems at the same time.

But with that in mind, I thought that Ultz would be at a disadvantage if he gave the best estimate of his opponent's power. Racially, the Giants are a pretty powerful species, but Ultz is only a half with people. Poor minutes when dealing with a pure Beastman warrior.

When he finishes applying the aid, Ultz opens his eyes thinly. Brown's eyes burn quietly and are congested with a hunch of impending battle.

Warriors are not afraid of death. This will allow you to fight through without being distracted even if your opponent was overwhelmed.

A giant like a rock is staring down at me quietly. The eyes are incredibly sharp as directed against the allies.

Ultz calls my name.

"Ares -"

"Win. You can do it."

That's all I can say. High and low abilities do not necessarily lead directly to victory or defeat.

Ultz frowns. There is a wrinkle on that forehead. Advised at least separately.

"Try square and one-on-one. Ultz, that's your specialty. Amelia's just watching on the edge."

"Does that mean I'm here? Shouldn't you be with Mr. Ares?

"I have to do this alone."

Ultz's cheek moves pickly on the word square. It's a battle the Giants are good at.

Explain to Amelia the surprised look.

"Amelia and Ultz, when it comes to fighting two-on-one, the opponent will aim from the weak, eighty-nine Amelia dies"

Waste of time. Except for the party, but Ultz alone can't protect Amelia against a quick beast opponent. In the first place, the nature of Ultz is not enough to protect it.

"Amelia, all you have to do is watch on the edge. I don't even need support. That will keep you safe."

Amelia tilts her neck for a few seconds and asks terribly.

"I mean... my role is to tell Mr. Ares about the war? is it?"

"Not necessary. Amelia just needs to be there."

Just being there makes them aware of Amelia's existence. Somewhat, it would disturb concentration. Also, Ultz's - if he loses, he's going to kill Amelia, too. He should be desperate to fight.

I guess Ultz figured out the intent, and he rarely looks at me.

But keep your odds as high as you can. Winning and losing can be a small difference on the battlefield.

When you slap the bread and hands and switch the air,

"I have something else to do. When I'm far enough away and I can't see a sign, start the operation on the signal."

§ § §

Ultz was born with the temperament to think it was quicker to move than to think.

The chances of nature and combat have diminished since becoming part of the Church, but the personality of birth has not changed at all.

I like to fight. The stronger they are, the better. Because that moment of defeating a powerful opponent is the greatest opportunity to prove your strength.

Ultz thought of himself as a warrior.

Half of the talented giants make use of most of their privileged stature to make war a business. Ultz turned out of its boundaries and into a monk because he found someone stronger than himself.

Ares is not a warrior. I'm making war a business but I'm not interested in the war itself, I'm just looking at profits.

Ultz does not call a man who is not proud of war a warrior.

That's why I was uncomfortable with Ares, who was lightly gone.

All Ares wants is results. And this time the Beast Man is pretty strong when Ultz stands out.

Already years away from the battlefield. I haven't neglected my regular workouts, but the guy named Battle Question would be dull. And that was the kind of opponent that would show up this time to see if he could win one-on-one even in the full season.

Ares Crown's Auxiliary (Buff) Powerful. The sacraments of the upper monks (High Priest) easily overshadow the difference in strength. It is a miracle isolated from the sacred art of Ultz for several years after becoming a monk. But even considering that, the smell left in that cave is a threat.

It is an indisputable foe.

I didn't give it to my mouth clearly, but in Ultz's view, the odds of winning are - 30%. It hurt not to have a weapon with a reach. Ultz doesn't have hook claws.

Of course, a 30% chance of winning is not a pessimistic value. A value that covers enough depending on the opponent's condition. But for Ares, that value was supposed to be a worrying one. The word "fight with dignity" does not come out of Ultz's known character of Ares.

Thoughts are taken there for a moment, but they are quickly refocused.

Amelia, who was left behind, inquired in a dry voice.

"Mr. Ultz... are you okay?

"... oh"

I remember when I trained the Saint Brave.

'I don't want to lose again'.

The words I spoke to the brave men during the training are true. Ultz became a monk because he would never lose again. I abandoned the sword technique I had cultivated to gain strength that I didn't have.

But now the only thing that burns inside the Ultz is the flames of war. I should have gotten the art of disciplining my instincts over the years as a monk, but all I have in mind now is how to fight, as if the last few years had been dreams.

A sense of sufficiency that spreads throughout the body even though it is not yet relative to a strong enemy.

It was also fun to destroy the appearing golem from one end. It was also fun to see the still weak brave absorb and grow technology. but the feeling of challenging strong enemies forward was extraordinary again.

Wait for the signs to disappear, as Ares says, and see the sky. There is no cloudy blue sky anywhere.

It's a good day to be relative to a strong enemy.

Amelia tells Ultz in a calm voice. Even though Ultz's victory and defeat depend on his own fate, there is no disturbance in that voice.

"I still have a lot to do, so definitely win"

"... oh"

You don't have to say much. If I had more mouth count, I would have lost my squeezed power.

To the chief Ultz, Amelia nods as small as she is convinced, at the end - moving right in front of the rock.

Breathe deeply once. I arranged in my head the complaints of provocation given to me by Ares.

I'm not a warrior. Therefore, every means comes into view. Ares was terribly difficult to understand for Ultz. However, there is only one point that we can be friends with, so we work together in this way.

That's - strength. Warriors pay tribute to strength.

But Ultz has become a monk and has not been able to find the reason for his strength.

And Ultz breathed heavily, squeezing his strength to hear as far away as possible.

"This is our last notice! If you're proud to be a warrior, fight square and square! If you're going to wind your tail and run away, you're not going to bear it again, you hipster kitten!!

§

To the purposeful air, Ultz took a step back reflexively.

Unlike last time, there is no roar about Ultz's provocation. But instinct showed that it worked.

I don't know where you are, but the signs that open up the distance and still convey are not unusual.

I stepped on the tiger's tail. Literally, that's what I guess.

Ultz corrects his posture to a much stronger sign than he expected. Turning a proper gaze, Amelia, who barely moves her expression on a daily basis, also looks atrophied.

The fact prevented me from being nearly swallowed up by the signs. Make sure the gauntlet is comfortable.

The 'anger' emotion that comes through is madness, and although I said square, it's not something I've figured out when and where it comes from.

- And that expressed itself.

Alert is on the back, it came from the front.

A grand stand-up, not a surprise. A light leaping sound stimulates hearing and represents its appearance before the next moment.

The smell of strong blood drifts in the wind.

Among the subhuman (Demi Human), the Titans are the species with the most gigantic bodies. The beast man who appeared is also smaller than Ultz once again.

But there was also no slight insult in Ultz.

Understand that Ares was right about his appearance.

Undoubtedly, the creature that appeared before him was the greatest warrior among the beastmen.

The flesh forged without waste in the golden fur is the murder weapon itself. The hook claw grown in the hand that is randomly descending is dripping sharp and black blood like a sword.

Eyes and eyes. The golden pupil is quiet, but with a bottomless rage. Ultz responded to the intense killing intent to be swallowed by banging his armor.

The energy that I haven't exchanged blades with but can't help but feel is definitely from the fierce one or two contenders that Ultz has ever met.

Silently correct my battle power difference and think about standing around.

Strong. Far more than expected. Stronger than any beast I've ever met.

I was prepared at the stage of the remaining signs, but in this way I feel as strong as someone else in front of me.

His heart was beating hard and he was delivering energy all over his body.

I can't get hooked nails. At least not with armor.

Ultz's armor is made of a special alloy, possibly compatible, but the armor is made of metal that is one step weaker than that.

Ultz had no vision whatsoever of armor preventing those nails.

However, some scratches would be healed by the sustained healing divine method applied by Ares. The Ultz gauntlet protects them to wrap their arms around each other. No matter how fast they are, I am confident I will strike them off if they are in the present state where the senses have been enhanced.

The beast man turned his gaze to Amelia, but immediately turned to Ultz.

Never mind, Ultz opens his mouth.

"Finally... you are out, Demon King's Army - Warrior of the Beast Man"

That's what Ares told me. We need to get as much information as possible.

It is almost impossible to capture enemies of equal or higher levels.

The Beast Man did not move his expression to the word Demon King Army, which he threw at him on a camouflage. Just state it in a low voice like you pushed him to death.

Did you even eat meals? I smelled blood from my growing fangs.

"Felsa of the Steel Tiger Clan"

……

A willingness to kill comes from every one of the casual movements. The only thing the opponent hasn't attacked yet is to satisfy his grievances. Ultz clearly found that out.

The beast man named Felsa continues before chewing off the stated word. Behind my golden eyes I saw a darkness that I couldn't bottom out.

"It's the name of the man who kills you."

Birth races, factions, and previous history are different - but the way they are undoubtedly similar to Ultz.

I can't get information from this man who's going to attack me for a long time.

If you don't get ready for battle, you'll be eaten. You look calm, but the fruit is that the man in front of you is far from calm.

Taunt is working too well. But I have no regrets. There is no such thing as regret. Can you deal with such a supreme warrior one-on-one, with regret, etc.?

Lick dry lips and Ultz answers too.

"Ultz Beld. giant warrior. The woman there is a bearer of honor."

In that word, Felsa sees Amelia once again. but I glanced back at Ultz like I lost interest right away.

I guess I found Amelia to be fragile and not the kind of person who can come in between battles no matter how much she raises. At least there's nothing like being attacked by Amelia while Ultz is fighting.

Because acts like taking hostages are the actions of the weak and not what the warriors of the beasts who seek strength deserve.

Lift your arms and fist. Felsa lifts her hook paw loosely.

And then the battle began.
