Chapter 125—The Eclipse of the Astral Monarch
Chapter 125—The Eclipse of the Astral Monarch.
The monumental gates of The Starlight Sanctum, sculpted from pure white astral-crystal and filigreed with glowing cyan cosmic runes, hovered gracefully above a sea of swirling star-dust and nebulae. They were forged to withstand galactic supernova shockwaves and planetary spatial turbulence, serving as an impenetrable bulwark for the supreme ruler of Floor 26.
Yet, as Kaelen took a single, effortless step across the suspended crystal courtyard, the crushing aura of his Void authority expanded. The massive crystal gates did not crack or shatter into stone fragments—they quietly dissolved into fine blue light particles that vanished into the cosmos.

The inner hall was an awe-inspiring open-air amphitheater anchored high above the cosmic clouds. Soaring pillars of translucent star-crystal reached upward into a deep indigo sky, holding aloft massive hovering rings that channeled roaring currents of compressed stellar mana.
In the center of the hall, a colossal star-core of pure blue energy churned, creating a radiation vortex capable of vaporizing titanium-alloy constructs in a fraction of a second.
The pristine golden sanctuary emitted by the completed Key of the Holy Grail within Kaelen’s chest expanded smoothly across a thirty-meter radius. Inside this domain, the roaring stellar radiation dropped to a tranquil, serene glow, completely erasing the [Stellar Overload] field effect and turning the razor-sharp cosmic beams into harmless golden sparkles.
Beside Kaelen, Lyra walked with radiant elegance, her hand held securely in his dark-gloved grip. Her golden staff flared with holy light that fortified their protective sphere.
Her bright blue eyes shone with calm, unshakeable devotion as she looked up into Kaelen’s face, completely unaffected by the stellar storms surrounding them.
Ignis strode forward with a broad grin, resting his heavy claymore on his shoulder while black dragon flames flared along the dark steel to consume the incoming cosmic drafts.
Behind them, Ren monitored her holographic tactical arrays with sharp focus, her gauntlet mapping the energy conduits running through the star-crystal pillars, while Tsubaki moved invisibly through the translucent shadows cast by the hovering stellar rings.
"The stellar energy density in this sanctum is staggering," Ren reported calmly through the comms link, her suit’s crystalline regulators humming quietly.
"Aetherion has integrated his physical framework directly into Floor 26’s global star-conduits. He can compress atmospheric starlight into localized light-speed plasma shockwaves and regenerate his health using the ambient cosmic currents."
"Compressing starlight just means he’s making a bigger target for my flames," Ignis chuckled heartily, swinging his sword with a low hum that left black fiery arcs in the air.
"Be cautious, Ignis," Tsubaki murmured from the shadow of a crystal pillar. "The spatial threads surrounding the central star-core are constantly warping due to the extreme energy pressure."
"Warped light and space both yield to the Void," Kaelen purred smoothly, his low velvet voice breaking effortlessly through the humming sound of the core.
He gently caressed the back of Lyra’s hand with his thumb, his dark violet eyes gleaming with triple-ringed golden authority. "Let him command his stars. In the end, every constellation falls silent forever."

At the far end of the sanctum, hovering above the central star-core, stood The Astral Monarch Aetherion (Level 191 Tier-OVERLORD).
Aetherion stood forty-eight feet tall, a terrifying celestial deity clad in translucent gold-and-silver sky-plate armor decorated with glowing blue cosmic runes.
Four giant wings composed of compressed, razor-sharp starlight blades expanded behind his back, pulsating with light-speed energy. In his right hand, he held a legendary rapier forged from pure cosmic star-crystal—the Star Needle of Extinction.
Beside his hovering throne stood an ancient guardian construct—a hundred-foot-tall Stellar Colossus (Level 189 Elite Overlord) surging with cyan cosmic energy, flanked by three thousand five hundred elite Astral Archons!
"GROUND-DWELLING WORMS!" Aetherion’s booming voice sounded like overlapping star-explosions and cosmic shockwaves, echoing across the realm. "You crossed my starlight ridge, slaughtered my vanguard, and dared to step into my sanctum! But here at the crown of Aetheria, I am cosmos absolute! Your eyes shall burn and your flesh be scattered across the nebulae!"
Aetherion raised the Star Needle of Extinction and thrust it toward the marble floor!
BOOOOOOM!

The Stellar Colossus let out a deafening roar, sweeping its massive star-blade arms forward alongside the three thousand five hundred Astral Archons, unleashing a massive tidal wave of light-speed stellar beams and cosmic plasma waves directly toward the Sovereign Faction!
"Let me burn these star-bugs straight out of the sky!" Ignis bellowed with a wild laugh, stepping forward and bringing his claymore down with destructive force!
"Dragon Fire Art: Cosmic Supernova-Burner!"
A massive, four-hundred-meter wave of black-and-gold dragon flame erupted from his blade! The sheer heat flash overpowered the starlight wave and incinerated two thousand five hundred Astral Archons in a single second, turning their starlight forms into ember dust that dissolved into the cosmos!
"Shadow Style: Stellar Core Sever!" Tsubaki glided through the blinding heat mist like a phantom, his dark katana leaving behind black spatial cuts that severed the star cores of the remaining thousand Archons before they could even react!
"System Override: Stellar Pulse Overload!" Ren launched twenty high-frequency acoustic disruptor charges directly into the Stellar Colossus’s chest! The sonic shockwaves shattered the cosmic framework of the hundred-foot colossus, causing it to collapse into a mountain of harmless light particles!
In less than ninety seconds, Aetherion’s entire elite army was completely wiped out!
Aetherion’s glowing blue optics flared with absolute rage and disbelief. "MORTAL DUST! SUFFER THE ULTIMATE JUDGMENT OF THE COSMOS!"
He folded his four starlight wings and lunged forward from his throne at light-speed momentum!
"Astral Overlord Art: Grand Supernova Extinction!"
BOOOOOOM!
A colossal wave of compressed light-speed stellar blades and spatial shockwaves erupted from his rapier, surging directly toward Kaelen with the destructive force of a collapsing planet-sized star!Kaelen didn’t raise a shield, draw a weapon to block, or shift his footing in the slightest. He simply extended his left dark-gloved hand toward the incoming tidal wave of starlight extinction.
HUMMMMMMMM!
A pitch-black singularity of pure Void Origin flared into existence before his open palm. The colossal wave of super-compressed cosmic energy struck the dark sphere—and was instantly swallowed whole, vanishing into absolute non-existence without leaving a single beam behind!

Aetherion froze mid-air, his four starlight-wings trembling in complete terror as his ultimate technique vanished into thin air. "WHAT?! MY GRAND SUPERNOVA EXTINCTION... ERASED INTO NOTHING?!"
"Your stars are merely flickering sparks before the Void," Kaelen purred softly, his velvet voice icy, smooth, and laced with absolute authority. "Before my presence, all light fades forever."
Kaelen slowly reached down to his waist, his slender dark-gloved fingers wrapping securely around the hilt of the Void Blade.
The completed Key of the Holy Grail within his soul core flared with intense dark-gold radiance, coating the cosmic steel in black void flames that swallowed the surrounding light.
He drew the blade completely from its sheath.
SHING!
The entire atmosphere of the Starlight Sanctum fell into absolute silence as space itself began to warp, twist, and fracture around Kaelen’s feet.
"Sovereign Secret Art: Spatial Erasure—Supernova Collapse!"
Kaelen delivered a single, effortless horizontal slash through the open air.
SKRRRRRRRAASH!
A razor-thin, eight-hundred-meter line of pitch-black spatial deletion exploded across the grand sanctum!

"The stars were merely light waiting for darkness, my light," Kaelen whispered softly, pulling her close and kissing her hair gently before turning toward the shimmering spatial portal leading to Floor 27.
"Now, let us continue our ascent."
Kaelen purred smoothly, his dark violet eyes flashing with triple-ringed golden authority as he led the Sovereign Faction forward into the rift.
