The Chinese characters turned their heads back to look at Fisher, led by a character Fisher didn’t recognize, "私" (Private). She turned her head and, in a childish voice, asked him,

The characters behind them shook their heads one by one until the last character in the long, long line shook its head. Then "私" turned to Fisher and replied,

"..." Fisher opened his mouth, increasingly finding the conversation with these characters strange, but he still restrained himself and asked, "Since you know where that woman is, could you tell me?"

"We can, but you’ll have to help us first."

The character "私" nodded, sized up Fisher, then hurriedly called the characters behind, saying,

All the characters shouted excitedly, then, to Fisher’s amazement, they all jumped up and ran toward him, like boarding a big ship, tightly standing on him, looking quite spectacular.

Noticing Fisher’s stiff face, the character "私" hurriedly explained,
