Demon King

Chapter 4. Goblin Warrior 1

I suddenly got caught up in an idea. The area where he originally lived is deeper than this.

Of course, the dungeon's structure is complex and spacious, so there are many passageways into the Goblin realm, the Goblin Fighter realm, and the Goblin Warrior realm, but perhaps he will return to the familiar path.

If I stay around here until then, I'll die this time. You're going to die.

I was in a hurry. It was now to move. We don't know when the battle will end. As soon as possible, we need to get away from them.

I don't have time to eat a Goblin Fighter right now. I just leveled up anyway, so my condition is perfect. Just in case, I grabbed his body and put it in my inventory, and it was too easy.

I quickly walked into the hallway, calling for joy in my heart. It was time to pursue speed rather than secrecy.

You hold a sharp sword in both hands and are poised to charge at any time. You never know when the Goblin Warrior will come after you. Sneaking around and ambushing Goblin Fighters has been a stable but overly time-consuming process. At the same time, it was fatal.

Oh, there is. Obviously, because of the Goblin Fighters' territory, a typical Goblin couldn't wash his eyes and see, but there was one Goblin Fighter in every passageway.

“Kiehei!”

He finds me and rushes out screaming. Just as I expected.

If there is no common enemy to confront, for example, humans, the Goblins are all allies and attack without any need to sleep or hide. You should be a little more careful, but there is no exception.

I ran out in front of him too. His strength is weak compared to the Goblin Warrior, and his physical fitness is no better than mine. The horror and anger I had just engraved on my body made me understand the rusted blade of a Goblin Fighter much better than I had imagined.

Now I can use the power of the Dark Heart as little as I want. It was natural to win against the opponent. The Dark Heart was making it so.

“Hap!”

One shot was enough. The rusted knife is less than 30 cm long and the sharp iron sword exceeds 50 cm. As long as there's not much difference between each other in swordsmanship and they charge at each other the same way, the rich guy with the long weapon wins.

The rusted knife missed my chest and stabbed my left arm. The depths were so shallow. The sharp iron sword I was holding, on the other hand, was piercing the heart of a Goblin Fighter.

Even though I'm a beginner at level 4, swordsmanship is enhanced enough to make me think I'm pretty good at sword and critical stabbing skills!

[You got EXP 100.]

[You got 10 bronze.]

[I got a rag.]

“Good.”

I swiftly stuffed a rusted knife and the body of a goblin fighter into my inventory. And I went deeper and deeper.

You're over a passageway. There was also a Goblin Fighter there, and now I've managed to get rid of my fear of Goblin Fighters, and I've run into him boldly enough.

“Kiehei!”

He seems to have more experience than any other Goblin fighter. I moved slightly left and right to prepare for my attack.

A man with experience in approaching can lead to my injuries.

After a series of such accidents, I threw a great sharp iron sword at him.

“Queek!? ”

Didn't think the fierce runner would leave his only weapon in his hand. He scrambles and picks up a sharp iron sword from his chest.

I didn't have enough strength to make it through, but it was enough to make him suffer.

I went after him. I had rusted knives in my hands.

“Kiik! Kiik!" ”

The blade of one hand falters, making it easy to pick up the sword of the other with just that much strength, and you stab him in the face with the other.

He swirls his arm and slaps me, but his face is silent as he presses on the pain a couple more times.

[You got 170 XP.]

[You got 10 bronze.]

[Beginner Casting Skill is now Lv3.]

I breathed. I couldn't believe that life and death crossed paths in this short moment. It was only a few seconds. In the meantime, I've driven my enemies to death with judgment I can't even trust myself!

“Phew... Phew... Skills are useful for anything. ”

Throwing skills. Excellent skills to alert enemies who do not know the existence of inventory. He seemed to have experienced quite a bit of practice, but he was embarrassed by my throwing.

Moreover, it was clearly a higher level than any other Goblin fighter. Overwhelming experience, and a few hits on the left arm proved it.

The heart beat violently and gave blood to the whole body. While the exhausted body takes a brief break, I check to see if anyone else has approached me.

And I realized that the noise of the battle from beyond had ceased.

Who won? ’

I was nervous. But it didn't change my urgency, so I tore off the goblin fighter's arm first.

You recover a little health and reduce the pain inflicted by your injuries.

‘Good.'

I started moving again. You find another passageway and move on.

I encountered a particularly quiet passageway. A Goblin appeared there. Now, Goblins are nothing. I struck him down with a rusted blade without the need for a sharp blade.

[You got EXP 9.]

[You got 1 Bronze.]

The realm of each monster is not clearly divided. If I had, I wouldn't have encountered a Goblin Fighter before.

But more than that, I care about experience. The Goblin EXP was reduced to 9 one day.

Probably because there are a lot of gaps between each other. It was common in games. Catching weaker monsters will not increase your level. It doesn't get stronger. It's very revealing.

“Phew……. We can get back to the entrance from here. ”

I've been avoiding Goblin Warriors for a long time, but Goblin Warriors won't be returning through here. Hopefully, I threw myself into that passageway.

How long do you think you've been walking? Suddenly, a few Goblins jump into the passageway. I intuitively realized I was getting close to the entrance to the dungeon.

“Kiik!? ”

“Glug!”

First, we swing our swords and kill them one at a time. The multi-faceted situation was unfamiliar, but the Goblins had no tactics or tactics. I just ran all at once.

I kicked, slashed, and hit the one closest to me in order. Their fists do little damage to me.

The bodies of the Goblins were shortage of inventory, so they were shredded and abandoned first.

What do we do now?

Should we stay a little bit longer? Or should we check the situation....

I thought about it for a moment, but I finally took a step forward. There was no way out there to scare me anymore.

It was not clear whether this was a monster's unique instinct or the power of the Dark Heart. But there's nothing more accurate about judging safety and risk than this feeling. From the moment I was born as a Goblin until now.

And unless there's immediate danger, I'd like to know how the battle ended. It will also help me decide how to act in the future.

I walked slowly. My gaze slowly turned to my feet.

A few goblin fighters have fallen to their deaths. There were much more Goblins than that.

The floor is red with blood enough to be called a bloodbath. You move away from it in case you step on the blood and scream.

I saw the human form. Unlike me, human beings are fused without their partners dying, so they have the human body as it is.

But I wasn't jealous. They were all dead. The woman's body appears to have left almost nothing but bones.

Seeing it, I felt nothing. When I think about it, I've seen a lot of Goblins die, and most of them I killed myself. But are Goblins and Humans alike? Why do I feel nothing when I see them dead?

Maybe it's because I became a monster. At least not when they forced him to. I was a little disappointed in that, a little depressed. But now was not the time to be sentimental.

The final winner has become a Goblin Warrior. And somehow the prophet ate no humans but women.

Eating people or monsters isn't enough to boost your strength unless you have a predatory skill, and you'll just have to fill your stomach and leave.

I ate women, not two men, probably because they were softer.

I thought so, but I didn't. He was right next to the humans. It was too late to notice because it was not moving at all.

‘Huff...! ’

I almost screamed for a moment, but I asked myself straight away. He's not hiding anything now. Nevertheless, my instincts tell me that I am no longer safe.

So what's going on here?

“Keek, ugh... ”

Looks like he recognized me, too. With a smile or a scream, he turns to face me.

Armor torn off by a ferocious egg, daggers and longswords embedded in the abdomen and chest. Bastard sod on the floor.

I was mistaken.

It was not a victory on either side. It was a sheepstick.

And it was a fantasy situation that I couldn't even dream of.
