Demon Noble Girl ~Story of a Careless Demon~

3-06 The Magnificent Daily of the Virgins ③

The storm of love blows abruptly.

"Well, let us escort you on your journey."

Fannie was to head to a small country close to the centre of the continent to investigate, but that distance was about 1,700 kilometers away.

Modern Earth is a distance you can reach in a day, but Europe is about two miles across the country, and a month for a regular carriage. Using a fast-legged army carriage would be a calculation that would take more than two weeks each way.

The Sail State attached a knight of surveillance in such a name that there was no reason to let one of the maid's girls travel in such a distant place.

Somehow the girl is the [Virgin] attendant who was summoned and prevented from attacking the brave. It also made sense to confirm it because she might be wearing a special kind of guidance herself, but more so because she was in danger's eyes and [the Virgin] didn't want to create an excuse to leave this country.

To put it that way, five soldiers and three knights accompanied Fannie's journey, making it an amphitheatre with two carriages and three military horses, but somehow Eurcia, the lord of Fannie, didn't get any thoughts from Fannie because 15 escort knights on horses even went to school with four employees and were traveling in four-headed carriages.

I don't care about that, but those knights were young sons of aristocrats, boy knights only 15-17 years old, guards promoted to foil.

In fact, there were three armed spies among the soldiers, and when something happened, they were going to move, but the problem was that the boy knights, who formally hit their bosses, came to terms with Fanny's adorable appearance.

"Yeah, nice to meet you."

Soft silver hair hanging up to the shoulder flows saggily.

Fine white skin. Slightly wet cherry blossom lips. Gemstone-like blue eyes peeking through clear eyelashes......

Things that dwell on the beauty of a demon that eliminates human distortion.

Eurcia, the Lord, was afraid to keep anyone too close because she was too perfect, but Fanny, who always had a cute smile beside her, was also the subject of young knights who didn't know what was going on.

Fanny's only twelve, but I'll tell you in their honor, it's not so strange to be seen with her eyes saying that.

In this world, aristocratic children go out into the social sphere from the age of thirteen, at which point they are recognised as marriage partners. The marriageable age is appropriate in the case of men, but in the case of aristocratic women, they are expected to marry between the ages of 15 and 20, who can marry, so there can also be an engagement at the age of 13 or less.

Especially in the case of the Fannies demons, they were "within range” enough from them to be seen by junior high because of their well-placed faces.

That's how I was supposed to leave the Sail country, but there was another problem.

It seems easy and good because the aristocrats travel in soft seated carriages like they ride, and they do all the inn arrangements along the way, and prepare meals.

(Hima ~ ~)

I had nothing to do and Fanny was very free.

If Fannie is alone in the first place, it's a half day away.

Even if you want to be bandit harsh that showed up halfway through the depression, there's no turning up because the knights are sticking up for it. In the first place, the Lord told me to hide as much of the devil's abilities as I could, as I did when I was in Atra.

And...

"Mr. Fanny, I've picked flowers. I wanted to give it to you..."

"Thanks ~"

Friedel, the youngest, son of the Viscount, the blonde boy knight, gave him flowers with a soldering smile, and Fanny received them with a smile, even though she wanted to hurry if she had time for that.

This Friedel is on the side with something on it, which puts a lot of stress on Fanny, who's restricted in his behavior.

"... if it's an accident, I don't know what else to do"

"Mr. Fanny, did you say anything?

"Yeah."

The fifth day Fanny started having a shitty idea out of stress. I saw a bunch of zombies on a mountain road in a small country.

There were only four of them when it came to herds, but it is rare that this many are on mountain roads that are neither labyrinths nor graveyards. There are “adventurers” in this world who were not in Atra, so I thought it might be the end of the party, but the outfit and age were fragmented and inconsistent.

"Mr. Fanny, please step back."

"Everybody, don't be cowardly"

"Draw your swords!

The knights put up their shields and pulled out their one-handed swords, and the soldiers put up their spears and pointed them at the zombies.

Zombies, such as movies, can walk at full force or have more power than humans, but rotten muscles move slowly and are not a great threat because lower spirits are just possessed and moving on corpses.

Even such a beginner adventurer is a zombie who can defeat him, so he can't possibly be any match for a combat trained knight or soldier, but the knights cared about Fanny's eyes and strained oddly.

"I'll do it too."

As a fanny, I was about to come to the limit, and I'm not going to give it up because this is a job that the Lord commanded me to do in the first place.

The knights' movements are delayed for a moment due to the lack of urgency of shopping in the city's shops.

"What!? Mr. Fanny, it's dangerous."

Fanny's ability as a demon is to show “nightmares," so it has little effect on corpses, but such is not a big deal for [Great Demon (Arc Demon)].

"Yes."

When Fannie slapped the zombie's forehead with a tree branch he picked up, the zombie fell in as if it were a broken thread puppet.

All Fanny did was simply pour in the devil's "obstacle chi”.

The zombie itself is moving a trace amount of handicap as an energy source, but the devil's intense handicap rotted the zombie's muscles to the point of inactivity in an instant, just as the plants would rot if they did too much water.

Knocking down all four bodies in an instant, the knights, who were dazed, leaked their voices.

"... oh, is this the [holy] power of those who serve the Virgin"

Not at all, but it doesn't even look that way from the edge.

"Please dismantle me."

"... eh"

The eyes of the knights, who watched with respect, sink more and more when they saw the bodies.

Nobody wants to do anything like dismantle a rotten corpse, but there's no reason to let Fanny, a girl, do it, and the knights worked with the soldiers to start dismantling it.

By the way, Fanny doesn't even care about dismantling the body with her bare hands, but she simply didn't like it getting dirty, just like she slapped it with a stick.

"... Ah, Mr. Fanny, something's come up"

"Let me see."

As Fanny peered into that voice, there was a worn out gemstone around her heart.

"You don't seem like a demon stone..."

"That's right."

Demonic stones are objects like stones and gallstones whose magic has clotted with blood, produced in the body of [demons] that have undergone magic and degeneration, mostly shades like black coal.

Of course, there are demons like golems and skeletons without blood, but the colors are unexpectedly very different because they become rocks that coagulate with ore and bone powder.

The Demon Stone itself was not common because there are not many demons in Atra, but in this world it is used like a battery when using [magic props], which also seems to be a testament to when adventurers exorcise demons.

But when that jewel, chosen from the body, rolls to the ground, it suddenly collapses and becomes sand, like weathered, before reaching out.

………

Fanny picked it with her fingers, spreading the handkerchief and retrieving it just a little.

"Hey, did you figure something out?

"There was magic."

To Friedel's question, Fanny simply speaks of the facts.

I didn't think this zombie would occur naturally if I were to think about it. A special magic was felt, and the gem was not buried later, but was felt to have been generated internally like a demonic stone because of its magic.

"Um... what's that about? Is it still a kind of demon stone?

"It wasn't until you showed it to Master Eurusia."

I don't know if that gem made me a zombie or a simple by-product. If it collapses as a by-product or just touching the air, it cannot be used as a gem or as a demonic stone.

But Fanny's curiosity was inspired by the presence of this gem.

Noah will be able to analyze even from the sanded jewels, but if we can find the jewels that hold their shape, it will be a souvenir, and maybe Eurcia will praise us.

"If we defeat the numbers, will we leave?

"... what is it?

She was talking to herself, but Friedel spoke to her, and Fanny looks back at her with a smile.

"I'll go first."

"... Huh?

To say so, Fanny ran out to skip the streets in light footsteps.

"... ooh, ooh"

"Go after him!

"Somebody get a carriage... no, horse first"

I rushed over to my horse and the knights chased me, but I couldn't catch up with Fanny no matter how fast or otherwise it was, and at some point that little maid figure disappeared from the sight of the knights, and thus the young knights' first assignment ended in failure.

"Mr. Fanny... I'm not giving up."

A maid girl in a black long dress with a white apron dress runs through nearly 1,000 kilometers in a matter of hours while distorting the space.

I'm a fanny good at space transfer, but it's dangerous to travel long distances to places I don't know, so I just have to travel on my own legs to places I don't know.

"Uh... around here, I guess"

According to the information examined, the 'zombie mass outbreak' that took place in Gemble is gradually going south, so he thought it could be encountered if it went up north from one of the smaller countries west of Sail, the State of Kyrisiar, south of Gemble.

According to the signs we saw along the way, Fannie is already in the Kyrisian state.

This country used to be no less powerful than the four powers, but the failure of the brave to show up caused internal divisions and divided the nation into several parts.

The name Kirishiar is also a remnant of it, and the Sail country was named 'Blue Dragon' by the brave men of the past, but Kirishiar seems to have been named 'Kirin'.

"Is that a castle?

It was already completely night, but Fanny's eyes saw a castle-like shadow a few kilometers away.

Then Fanny, who thought this neighborhood was the heart of Kirishiar, changed the direction of travel north at right angles, ignoring the laws of physics from speeds of hundreds of kilometres an hour.

At the current speed, we can reach Gemble by noon tomorrow.

If we don't have to go that far to find even a bunch of zombies on the way, we'll be able to get back to Eurusia tomorrow morning.

"... that?

I changed course and found a few zombies in less than a few seconds.

Fannie doesn't slow down as it is and decides the heart out of the zombie without mistake.

"... it's a hassle"

Now when I dismantled the removed heart without worrying about getting dirty, it did bury the gem, but when I touched the air, it wore out and collapsed.

Once we found out that this “gemstone zombie (tentative)" was occurring up to this area, it seems that it hasn't even reached a "mass outbreak” yet.

"Uh-huh..."

Once I stopped my leg, I had trouble running out again. Still wanted to take a souvenir to Eurcia, Fanny said.

"... should I make it"

That brings me to the idea of a real fall.

In earlier zombies, the magic wavelength of the gem was largely remembered. Later, with a slight change of wavelength, you can “experiment” with the vast magic of the devil so that a zombie is born.

And Fanny finds a large joint cemetery just around the corner.

As a result…

"... Is it a success?

More than a hundred zombies broke out in a cemetery close to the capital of King Kirishiar. A little, it seems to have widened the range too far, and I even feel signs of demons becoming zombies from the woods.

I didn't expect it to work out in one shot, either, as a fanny.

If I was going to try different patterns one at a time, using the still relatively new bodies in the cemetery, not only did I suddenly succeed, but I made a large number of zombies with the wrong magic range.

Just reporting this magic pattern would be a good first investigation. What follows is not up to me to decide by what the Lord thinks.

And Fanny, who tried to finish off the zombie and go home, felt signs that someone was fighting the zombie in a remote place.

I don't know if I'm an adventurer in this country or simply involved, but I'm afraid I'm going to be examined for zombies as it seems quite hand-worked.

"It could suck..."

If Fannie or Noah had someone with analytical skills, they might find out Fannie was the killer of a zombie outbreak here.

Then Yurcia pisses me off. I'm scared to be mad at you.

………

Fanny's face hardens like pottery and turns into a clown (crown) mask.

The immense magic overflowed and turned into a handicap, and the nearby zombies became dust in an instant.

And for the first time in the other world [Tess], the threat of the [Great Demon (Arc Demon)] of the other world, who gained a dependent price, blew away.

"Fanny, that was fast. Hey, that's great."

"Eh heh."

Eurcia strokes her head and praises Fanny for examining the magic causes that were producing the zombies.

After that, Fanny, who had finished all the zombies, returned to Yurcia by collecting the remaining gems.

I don't know why that is, but the gems that can be taken from the zombies created by Fannie kept their original form even when they touched the air, making them just the right souvenirs.

Then...... the 'Zombie Mass Incident' in Kirishiar ended in a day, and the facts created by Fanny could be concealed, but at that time only the fact spread from the surviving adventurer that, for some reason, [the Virgin] 's messenger appeared refreshed in the crisis of the state and expelled the zombies, which led to the rise of Eursian fame.
