Demon Slayer: Rise of The First Werewolf

Chapter 274: Fell Through

Ben led the group and walked through the settlement still under construction, Fayera and humans were living together in harmony.

They had not expected this, they thought the humans would be oppressed or even used as food by the werewolves.

After all, it was pretty clear the werewolves were Carniyera type Fayera and it wouldn’t be strange for them to eat humans.

However that didn’t seem to be the case unless all of this was just a farce to mislead the public.

Render especially thought so, his eyes were cold as he looked at the thousands of humans looking at them.

The humans living here have been briefed about the supernatural world since there was no point in hiding it.

They knew there were Fayera and Gadra which were what they called monsters in their old fairytales.

Then the were Espara, those who’ve listened to fairytales immediately recognised the pattern.

Fayera were painted as monsters similar to Gadra who were actual monsters and Espara were painted as heroes.

However to them, they were saved by Fayera while the Espara did nothing and watched so those fairytales were meaningless.

They watched as the group walked as one towards the castle. The few Fayera and Espara around retreated.

While the normal humans couldn’t sense the strength of this group, they certainly could and it made their bodies shiver.

Even the weakest of them was strong enough to kill thousands of them without a sweat.

After all, the strongest Fayera and Espara around if you’re not counting the werewolves was merely at level 3.

Werewolves appeared on top of the roofs of the stone houses and kept watch on the Espara.

The Espara also grew tense, their expressions changed and a flicker of killing intent appeared in their eyes.

Some had lost close friends amongst the group killed by the werewolves in the fog so their hatred was blazing like a flame.

A woman with brown hair appeared in front of the group, she was wearing a black and white maid’s uniform.

" Greetings agents of the organisation, my lady awaits you, please follow me." She greeted them with a low bow.

Then led them inside, she stopped in front of the castle doors. " I’m afraid only the three leaders are allowed beyond this point, the rest can wait here and refreshments will be delivered to you."

The faces of the agents changed, " Forget it, how do we know you’re not planning to harm out leaders inside?" One of the seven level 7 agents asked.

Suzie looked at him like he was an idiot, " If we did, what could you with your power do but stand in their way?"

Her question hung in the air making the agents grind their teeth with rage, they were ready to attack but stopped themselves.

" Enough, you’re wasting our time, she’s right, you stay here." Siri ordered with a cold voice.

The agents obeyed and waited as Suzie led the three of them inside, the three leaders looked around the castle with fascination.

It looked quite beautiful if they were honest, its walls glistened like diamonds, even the floors looked like they were made of a silver glowing crystal.

However they controlled their awe, after all they were in enemy territory. The maid led them deeper through another pair of gigantic doors.

The doors opened by themselves slowly and when they went through, the first thing they saw was a beautiful woman sitting on a throne.

The woman had dark skin that glowed like polished jade, her skin was flawless without a speck of imperfection.

Her green eyes seemed to pierce directly into their souls and just looking at those eyes made feel like they were in heaven.

They shook that off, ’ Charming ability, how bold.’ Siri thought to herself while glaring at the woman hatefully.

They walked closer and when they reached the stairs leading to the two thrones above, the maid stopped them.

On both sides of the stairs stood two women and two men, then there was the maid and a middle aged butler.

Making a total of six enemies if they were not counting the woman sitting above like a queen.

Render was the first to gauge out their their strength and he concluded he alone would be enough.

He was ready to act but Siri stopped him with a gentle tap. The woman sitting on the throne smiled.

" You’re standing before the queen and Alpha Anele Ladros, introduce yourselves." The butler spoke to them in a commanding tone.

Render finally couldn’t take it, his aura blazed to the sky shaking the entire castle but before he could act.

An aura rivaling his own descended from above and pushed his aura away. They reached a stalemate.

" Please, I ask that you refrain from attacking my subordinates and Fred, show respect to the agents." Annie commanded.

Fred bowed and stepped back, " Please, may I know who I’m talking to?" Annie asked with a smile.

The two men didn’t move, Render didn’t want to talk to a Fayera, he only wanted to kill them or make them submit.

Ben was too lazy so the introductions were left to Siri. " I am Siri Voidlink, the one on my right is Ben Galethunder and the brute on my left is Render Belvord."

" I do not appreciate you telling my name to a bunch of animals." Render growled and multiple aura blazed around him.

The six Delta werewolves were ready to take action, they didn’t care that he was stronger than them.

They might not have as much reverence for Annie as they do for Adrian but she was their queen and Alpha.

Even Annie’s face changed, he was no longer just insulting her but her entire species.

She might be calmer than other werewolves but she was still a werewolf. " I will ask you to mind your words, I won’t tolerate more disrespect from a lesser race."

Her words didn’t just make Render fume with rage, the expressions of the other two changed.

" I can say the same about you Anele Ladros, we came here to talk and thought you felt the same, we’re not going to tolerate disrespect." Siri threatened with cold eyes.

Annie met her gaze without flinching, " I had hoped we could reach some peaceful agreement but that was foolish of me.

I hate that he was right, sometimes a battle is just unavoidable." She whispered to herself but everybody heard her.

" I agree." Render finally agreed with Annie, a massive sword appeared in his hands. Annie summoned two weapons.

A silver scepter and a silver tiara which landed gently on top of her thick afro. A psionic lunar esper blazed from her head.

It connected with the entire castle and she smiled, ’ That sneaky bastard.’
