Disciple of Immortal

Episode IX: Acacia's Memoir

"Please, sit in the chair"

Lunaere advanced me to the chair in front of my desk.

... but naturally there is only one chair.

I also feel like I shouldn't be weird about this one to think about what happened when I snuck in and saw it earlier, but I just don't feel like leaving my host alone to take a chair.

"Yes, no, I'm fine."

"I will sit in this jewelry box."

Renaele holds the chest and brings it to the front of his desk.

Hey, you're replacing the chair... that chest, it looked alive, but it's kinda pathetic...

When I saw the crate properly, I was happy to loosen my mouth with Herahela.

Oh, that guy...! That's what he was like!

"I'll sit on the chest! Let me sit down! I want to sit down!

…… I don't mind that... "

With Renaele's permission, I'm supposed to sit in the chest.

Before I sat down, I saw the crate distorting my licence in dissatisfaction.

I looked back small, got my tongue out against the chest and then sat down.

"What's wrong?

"Yes, no, it's nothing!

I shook my head with a boom against Renaele.

Lunaere magically removed a glass of water from another dimension and floated it before me.

I bowed my head and got some water.

"You were talking about training. As I've explained before, if you raise it to about level 100, you should be able to safely get out of here with my escort. Even then, if I assist you in your demon hunt, it won't take long."

After all, power leveling is not impossible for the powerful to help the weak hunt.

If it fits well, it may be easy to get out of this Hell's Hole (Coquitos).

"You just need to acquire some basic abilities before you do that. If you don't contribute to the fight, you won't be able to raise the level. Light weapons will be available, but you need to remember to handle them. Let's just teach you magic, something simple that you might soon learn."

"hey i see...... thank you, that helps"

... It was a story about a world created by the Nialotopes based on games and novels, but isn't that such a game loose specification that just waiting on the side would increase the level?

Crude is likely to arise in the vague criterion of the contribution of combat, but this is not a game, it is a world that is actually 10,000 years old.

Perhaps the gods have left nothing like a coarse, game-like bug that flips the backbone of those worlds.

At least, I don't think it exists within my easy reach.

Quite a struggle to get it off the low level... no, you should do that.

I could lose my life just like that.

I don't think there's a low-level demon in this Hell's Hole (Coquitos).

Nialotope called it the back dungeon.

How you can be safe and quite capable of battle is likely to be the key.

Until then, I doubt Renaele will ever hang out with me patiently.

Renaele is showing a cooperative attitude now, but the training will be quite lengthy, and it's of no benefit to her.

"While the level is low, you won't make a decent contribution here with your demon opponent. I'll have an affordable combat golem for you to level up."

"Ah...... thank you"

Suddenly one of my problems was solved.

Oh, can you do that too......

Speaking of which, when I peeked earlier, I remember there was something like a groundhog in the room.

If it is up to Renaele to adjust its strength, it would certainly be just as good as a leveling opponent.

"Then... get out of the jewelry box for a little while. You have the magic bag I gave you before."

Get out of the chair as Lunaere says.

Leaving as I was told, Lunaere opened the chest and began to remove several thick books and ornaments from the contents.

"What's this?

"It's what I picked up in this Hell's Hole (Coquitos), or it's what I built here. I'll give it to you because I don't need it. Become a magic bag."

I see, it was definitely a story of a lot of expensive items sleeping in this Hell's Hole (Coquitos).

With the items here, they should help me get to the next level.

"Right...... first, let me give you this book of magic"

I was given a blue, old-school thick book.

The cover depicts a suspicious magic formation.

I received it as terrifying.

Open it with a trick to make sure it's okay, make sure Renaele snorts before opening it.

... The language of this world should be planted more than Nialotope, but I couldn't read any pages at all.

Parallaxed, I got to the only page I could read.

[Acacia's Memoir] "Value: Myth Class"

Demons of all races, books detailing every item.

Has the power to accurately share information that one wants to know.

‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐

Surprised.

Apparently, The Memoir of Acacia indicates this book of magic.

I opened this page, and it seems to be the power of this book of magic.

Looks like I got here because I scrolled through the pages wanting to know about this book.

Lunaere stared at my surprised face.

Around the time I gave it to him without explanation, he was expecting me to be surprised to guess about the power of this book of magic.

You look somewhat satisfied. Maybe it's a tea show.

"Is that okay? This magic book is also useful to my master..."

I don't know where the mythological class is positioned, but it's not low...... or perhaps the finest.

The ability to possess is also clearly something that could upset the balance of this world.

If this book of magic is rare, I can easily imagine that if I sell one of these, I should have a value that I won't have trouble with my life.

"If you've been thrown out here with a round waist and you don't know anything about it, I'm sure you'll need this book of magic"

I opened my eyes to that word.

I've felt that way before... but this guy is really trying to help me, regardless of my interest or my losses.

Few people can apply it to people to the extent that it doesn't cost them a lot, but I'm sure not many people can easily give something important to people.

"Beh, it's nothing. I know most demons and items, even if I don't have one like this. I don't see much value in Acacia's Memoirs."

Apparently Lunaere looked me in the face and realized what he had said, and he was rushing to add that and delude me.

Duh, why do you want to hide your good intentions like this...?
