Disciple of Immortal

Lesson 35: Adamant Ore

Successfully collecting items that could be material for the Adamant Ore, which was safely intended in the Wand of Demonic Silver (Mithril), I worked early that night in a room in the Inn for an Alchemy Experiment.

He lined up various items and cauldrons on the floor and was distressed to see if he could make items closer to Adamant Ore based on Emerald Dragon Eyes.

In front of the cauldron, there is something like a cute deformation of the mask of "Zorophilia the Fear God".

This was made for me by Philia in The Sand of Dreams.

The Sand of Dreams is the ultimate catalyst for alchemy, with the potential to create all things.

This mask is what Philia has adjusted to allow me to fully unleash the power of The Sands of Dreams.

Briefly describe what you are doing now, such as by doing alchemy under the influence of magic emanating from The Sands of Dreams, which promotes a change in its consequences.

[Dream King's Mask] "Value: Mythology Class"

A mask that mimics a virtual God, ruling the world of dreams.

This "Dream King Mask" is somewhat adorably deformed.

It can only be created by completely controlling the power of the Sands of Dreams.

It gives direction to the dangerous power that the Sands of Dreams inherently possesses to grant wishes in an indiscriminate manner.

It emits magic against every alchemy to greatly aid in its change.

Items that alchemists from all over the world would try to get at the expense of anything.

Five thousand years ago an alchemist prepared two Masks of the Dream King when he created Zorophilia, the god of terror, but later both continued to become sparks of war even as he appeared more often in history.

Currently, there are three sheets in the world for some reason.

‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐

Such noisy explanations emerged in Acacia's Memoirs.

Apparently, it specializes the indiscriminate power of The Sands of Dreams on one point: the aid of alchemy.

I slept on the floor with a doya face. I gave Philia a glimpse.

"Hey! Kanata! Philia, did it help? Helpful?"

"Oh, yeah. It's very helpful. Thank you, Philia."

... When you're done with this, have Philia dispose of it properly and put it back in two.

If you forget about the area, it could be the beginning and this manarac could be engulfed in war.

Changing the nature of a substance by alchemy requires a tremendous amount of energy to make it go beyond its hedge at the same time as triggering that change.

The underlying items, the items that create the trigger for that change, and the items that compensate for the lack of energy, provide a rough breakdown of the materials.

The magic of the operator himself can also create a trigger for change or make up for the lack of energy.

To what percentage do you make up with your own magic is proportional to your understanding of alchemy and skill.

The Mask of the Dream King can be worn there in two stages or so.

Even unscrupulous alchemy, which is inherently impossible, can be forcefully made possible.

From the alchemist's point of view, it would be a dream item.

"Ka, Kanata, is this really going to be the Adamant Ore...? When it comes to the Sword of Adamant Ore, there's only one or two of them in this country, and it's the finest."

"Uh-huh... when it comes to price, how long will it be?

Not much of a pin, even if they talk on that scale.

In The Wand of Demonic Silver (Mithril), the story was that the Eye of the Emerald Dragon, a Grade B item, was worth more than five million gold.

If it's an "Adamant Ore" sword for a S-Class item, what if it turns out to be about 20 million gold?

If it's finished, it's a shame it's not going to sell.

"Yes, maybe... if you had a big enough mass to build a weapon or something, you could buy hundreds of millions of gold or so."

"Is that so!? Even though it's just an S-grade item!?

"Ha, just... what do you think of S-grade items, Kanata?"

Pomera looks at me in the face.

I didn't think that was it.

The class of items continues with S, Epic, and Mythical.

In my life with Lunaere in the Hole of Hell (Coquitos), my values seemed to have been a hell of a lot.

The S-grade items were gobbling over there, and all Renaele wore were mythical items.

Most of what she has generously given me as a souvenir for my earthly debut is also a mythical item.

I was reminded that in my life since I got out on the ground, I had meant to be able to correct my values quite a bit, but it still didn't seem to be enough.

Hih, hey, was a glass of "God's Blood Ether" worth billions of gold on earth...?

No, it's already an area where expressing value in money is ridiculous, but maybe it was worth tens of billions of gold.

There is a good chance that a small country's national budget level amount was put into my training.

What the hell should I be thanking you for the next time I see Renaele?

"... Kanata, the cauldron, it's kind of purple smoke... shouldn't we stop it?

"Huh...? Ahhh!?

I was too distracted by Pomera's words.

Fucking colored smoke was about to spread around from the kiln.

If you look closely, the liquid that was soaking the shards of "Emerald Dragon's Eye" was vaporized and emptied.

Yikes, at some point, everything in the liquid was alchemically reactive!?

This wasn't supposed to happen!

Perhaps The Dream King's Mask caused an excessive alchemy reaction that went beyond my assumptions.

Assuming that everything was alchemically reactive, all the energy would have gathered in the Emerald Dragon's Eyes.

There's no way I can accept such shards.

Shards of "Emerald Dragon's Eye" were beginning to shine a dazzling light of mystery.

I turn to the Hero Sword Gilgamesh in a hurry.

"Junction Magic, 5th Floor: Magic Shield!"

The wall of light envelops the cauldron.

The next moment, the Magic Shield (Force Shield) began to bog and swell like dozens of hits from the inside.

I'm not very good at kingdom magic.

Because of all the flaming magic that was aptitude, the space-time magic that Renaele was using and dressed up for, and the earthly magic and alchemy that seemed to have a lot of use other than combat.

I desperately sent my magic and tried to contain it with the Magic Shield.

"So, are you okay, Mr. Canata?

Pomera asks me worried.

"... If this room blows up, how much do you think it would be to make amends?

"Please don't! Don't think about that!

Pooh on and strange sounds stopped the deformation of the junction.

I descended the Hero Sword Gilgamesh.

"Good... is that...?

The Remaining Eye of the Emerald Dragon shards in the cauldron bore a unique purple light.

I retrieved Acacia's Memoir from the magic bag and rolled the page.

‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐

[Adamant Ore] "Value: S"

Ore with purple glow.

It is said to be the hardest substance present in the world of man.

Have high resistance to all sorts of magic.

Deep in the ground, it is said to be generated over the years by allies in a powerful part of the earth's vein.

‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐‐

"So, I'm out!

The fact that the Adamant Ore page appeared around the Acacia Memoir meant that at least the Acacia Memoir guaranteed that this was the Adamant Ore.

The alchemy experiment was a success.

Now if you only get the Spirit Tree Drops later, just keep hunting the devil in the spell mirror and you'll have all the material for God's Blood Ether.

"Ho, really, did you succeed...?

Pomera peeks right out of my shoulder at the Acacia Memoirs page.

"Wow! Kanata, wow!

Phyllia jumped and celebrated my success.

"Shall I turn all the rest of the Emerald Dragon's Eyes into Adamant Ore?"

When I said that, Pomera's face was slightly distracted.

"Sa, just now, over and over... The sound can be hidden by Pomera's spiritual magic... but also, next time, can you really contain it? Amount of alchemy to react, increase, right?

Pomera's eyes turned to the cauldron, which deformed into a distortion.

"... next time, I'll be better prepared than just now, so I guess it's okay..."

"... there, say it with confidence..."
