Dream Life

Episode 65: The Rasmore Village Martial Arts Association?: Previous "

July 10.

Yesterday, I, Beatrice Labal, stepped into the village of Rasmore, home of his Zach.

I had heard only a few things about his grandfather, Govan Lockhart, and I had some information about Govan Lockhart when I asked the mercenaries coming and going through the city's veteran adventurers and Aurella streets - the main streets connecting the west commercial city of Aurella with the east adventurer's city of Periclitle - after becoming his guardian.

Govan Lockhart became famous more than twenty years ago, but there were surprisingly many things I knew about him. The story of him being a master of swordsmanship, crossing more than one another with that (...) Luke's Beastman Slave Troop, and now saving the lives of Borderline Uncle, the northern governor of Caerm, was still famous enough to be a story grass.

When I first heard about Luke's Beastman Slave Squad, I thought I was frowning. There were many euphemisms, like ghosts (ghosts), who wiped out one platoon by themselves or assassinated nobles in the heavily guarded Kaelm empire.

But if you gather rumors in Doctus, the more intoxicated mercenaries look true, the more horrible they seem to be.

He, Govan Lockhart, is the only one who has won that horrible group of assassins with the same number of soldiers against him, later and earlier. If you ask me, they say from the struggle at that time, the Lion Heart.

I've been pretty nervous about the fact that I'm going to face that "lion heart” for a few days.

'Cause you will.

I'm just an adventurer. Even if it's a third level, it's just a crude beast who can only wield a spear at a woman.

My village once hit the border of the Caerm Empire. But there's no such thing as a nobleman coming to the village, and only once a year, it's just a really despicable place for a tax collector to come.

I've been in Doctus since I left the village more than a decade ago, but I can't make contact with nobility in that city. Well, I forgot if it was the “Red Arm" or “Red Shoulder" of a celebrity called a hero, the Lax Kingdom, the Kingdom of Sartooth and the United Kingdom, but I've only seen about two mercenaries with names like that. Of course, I've never even spoken to the mercenary. So there's no way I know how to handle this.

Still, I was going to hide it myself. But that Lydiane was enough to notice, so unknowingly, she seemed to sigh quite a bit.

And I didn't know what to do when I first came to the village and Zach's father, the lord, called me out. Zach said he hates being hard on houses, but I don't normally think he'd talk to me that casually.

So I clapped it out pretty good, but still, the moment I saw Govan Lockhart, the war ran.

“This man is strong," I intuited.

I don't know what to say, but I felt like I was good enough to know. The squire also made me feel quite skillful (who), but I have too strong an impression of Govan Lockhart that I can barely remember.

The story changes, but this village is paradise, as Zach would say.

Surrounded by deep woods, there was no fence in the village. Yet the kids were running around in peace.

That's true in my hometown, but it's usually a very dangerous place to be called a pioneering village. Without fences, dangerous demons can get lost in the village. In fact, the adults panicked when the big four-handed bear Four Arms Bear entered my village. Well, our village is of the Wang Tiger tribe, so a few demons can defeat it.

In exchange, this village is peace itself.

Plus it's clean, and good food and booze. When I look at the villagers, they all look happy.

Best of all, there's a public bath. Well, I was a little confused that the village women told me to caircair, but I guess that's also proof that this village is peaceful.

Because you can talk to me normally, without fear of the female warriors that my lord's son has brought.

I was quite nervous last night, but when the liquor was put in, my predecessors and lords - and I decided to imitate everyone and call them that - played the story, and I was not particularly nervous. Even the squire Zach was most worried about was quickly cracked down on whether the Lord's voice worked. At least that's what I think.

And then, at night, I tried to make my way to morning workouts, as usual, but I was still amazed here.

At this time of the longest summer of the day, there were still signs of people moving from the dim hours.

Of course, Zach always wakes up before dawn and pretends to be bareback, but I was surprised that was happening throughout the mansion.

The predecessors and lords, as well as the squadrons who set up houses nearby, gather in the square beside the mansion at sunrise. It would be about Lydiane who can fight and isn't here.

And the morning greetings are there, too, and I'll start swinging quickly.

They're going to do about thirty minutes of bareback at first, and then they're going to do a mock fight, and they're going to do a mould check, and they're going to each do a workout that's right for them.

The most astonishing of these is Lord Masaias.

He has a pretty intense mock fight against his veteran squire opponent and is moving his body until he runs out.

Though it is often taken for granted to train martial arts because they are of the knightly class, ordinary knights do not train so intensely.

When I talk to you later, there is a lot of paperwork (desk work) and I am not able to participate in daytime vigilante training, so I am investing in morning and evening training.

Plus, he doesn't want his oldest son who isn't here and his second son, Zach, to outrun him with swordsmanship, and he said he's been taking it pretty seriously for the past year or so.

About thirty minutes after breakfast, about ten members of the village vigilante saw the hall coming up the hill.

Ask Zach that the vigilante is required to train twice a month, and that he is to train his predecessors and his squire head, Lord Vassel - Walt Vassel - and others.

The vigilantes mount a preparatory campaign. The prep movement is a “stretch” that Zach thought I was taught too, do this and bareback for about thirty minutes before it becomes full-scale training.

Zach is back today, so to see how much his arms are, the training ground was full of all his servants, beginning with his predecessors, lords. In addition, each of the sons of his servants holds a wooden sword and carries out preparatory exercises.

Where my body warmed up, my predecessor spoke to Zach.

"Now, let me see how much arm you've got. Let's start with Mel. It's from you. Show Zach exactly how hard you work."

Mel was the girl who hugged Zach yesterday, the girl who was staring at me until the end. I'd heard the story, but I didn't think I could turn hostility so far.

Today Mel had a bastard-shaped wooden sword in his hand in scratchy leather armor. It changed from yesterday's adorable appearance, and that appearance had a style of warfare. So much so that the word war maiden came to my mind.

Surely he should be twelve, one year older than Zach.

I'm not surprised because I'm watching Zach and Sharon, but these kids who can give this much style at this age, they wonder what the hell it is.

Zach, as usual, had solidified himself into black gear and had a wooden sword in his hand.

The two were relative across a distance of about five meters.

Zach grinned, "It's been a long time since I've had a mock fight with Mel. I'm looking forward to it," he says.

Mel's had a happy full grin, too, and it wasn't an atmosphere to say he was going to do a mock fight.

But my predecessor said, "Stand up!" The signal changed the air all at once.

A grin disappears from Mel's expression and he looks at Zach with a sharp gaze.

I was breathtaking as if the atmosphere had changed.

My predecessors "Begin!" On the signal, Zach and Mel began a simulated battle.

I thought Zach was going in like he always did. But it was Mel who moved first.

The move does not belong to a very twelve-year-old, but packs the distance at once.

And I paid the wooden sword to the horizontal sword with the mood of tearing.

Was Zach anticipating the motion, just a short half-step back, avoiding the slaughter of her lateral scabbard, swinging through and releasing a thrust at Mel's shoulder mouth showing a gap?

Was Mel also reading that attack, flying to the ground to turn forward, turning one turn and getting up clean?

Mel doesn't even try to dislodge the dirt, but turns around and slashes Zach so he can sneak up at his feet. Zach began lightly with a wooden sword, straying from the slashing trajectory, and then slashed down from the upper section aiming at her arm with the momentum he had played.

It seemed to me at that moment that his slaughter had been decided.

But Mel was forcefully pulling back the trajectory of the misguided wooden sword and taking his slaughter.

Cancer! The sound of trees hitting each other echoes the training ground.

Retract in the backstep shortly after both meetings. Not only that, they were both retreating but releasing slaughter and trying to slash and tear down the other steeple.

Come here, for the first time Zach opens his mouth.

"You're getting stronger, Mel. I thought the attack would be settled. I can't read my movements any more than before."

"Master Zach is strong, too. I tried to make up my mind with the first blow, but I was easily avoided."

That's what I say and smile at, but I was squeezing my expression right away.

Shortly afterwards, Mel jumps back into Zach's pocket.

That's right, you know in each other's hands, you seem to know that it's easy to avoid if you let Zach distance you.

Zach smiles slightly at the move, but puts his own sword along the jumping Mel sword, giving the sword even more twisting motion. Yes, he was about to tangle her sword.

But Mel also seemed to anticipate it, holding the sword with one hand, turning the sword with only wrist flexibility, and turning it.

Zach was still calm. He immediately gave up entangling and taking the sword and, conversely, entered her nostalgia.

Mel gives a slightly surprising look as to whether he did not anticipate the move. But she also tried to pull the sword back on her feet because she felt something.

Zach had given up an attack by the sword and switched to a handless attack.

I do a lot of mock warfare with him, but he shows a lot of movement with no thumping. When it's bad, you let go of your sword, you use your elbow punch, you take your arm and you hit the throw.

Again this time with that unarmed move, grabbing Mel's arm, he punches his elbow into the dovetail, hanging more foot payments to knock him down.

Mel also desperately prevents elbow hitting with his arm grabbed, but he couldn't handle it until his subsequent foot payment.

The earthquake rises slightly with the sound of Don. The two of them had fallen to the ground so that they could stay together.

When the dirt cleared, I could clearly see the two of them. Zach was sticking a dagger out of Mel's neck for a moment when the impact left him defenseless.

"That's it!

The mock battle ended with the voice of previous generations.

Those who watched in this advanced battle can hear sighing, breathing out in unison. I seemed to hold my breath the same way, and I was exhaling for a long time.

"I didn't think you'd be prevented from hitting me in the elbow," Zach laughs as he helps Mel wake up. Speaking of Mel, he didn't even look remorseful and laughed at Nico.

Mel tried to say something, but my predecessors were voicing it first.

"Zach, Matt's next."

The predecessors ordered a mock battle with the lord without giving Zach a break.

The lord laughs with a soft look, "That's hard to do after this battle," but he already had a wooden sword.

Zach also says, "Thank you, Father," and sets up the wooden sword in the same way.

In terms of results, it was a hard victory for the lord.

The lord responded accurately to Zach's tricky move without being upset. A series of attacks that took advantage of a further difference in reach - lower than mine but with a upper back of nearly one hundred and ninety cm - sealed Zach's movements and finally bounced his wooden sword to power.

Zach bows his head "I'm here," but it seemed like Zach would have won if I meant it.

The lord is also a man of considerable strength. But Zach didn't use his trump card, Demon Martial Arts.

Perhaps if you showed your movements using demon fighting techniques, the lord would have driven you to the guard all at once.

And Zach, who took the lead, is strong.

So much so that if I suck at it, they sometimes take one.

It's about him in his father's thoughts, so I guess he kept his father, a lord in front of his squire and vigilante watching.

The lord seems to know that "I didn't expect him to be that strong in a year," he himself seems to have been at a disadvantage.

The previous generations nominated Zach for the next opponent to continue the mock fight.

It's Byron Seedorf, our new squire.

He was as giant as I am - two meters tall - and had a giant wooden sword about Zach's height - a hundred and fifty cm.

According to Zach's story, this man was the former defensive captain of the Kaum kingdom - the mountain nation of the south. Rigid as I saw it, but I heard he was going to use a more operational offense than that.

"It's a year."

Byron laughs like that, but soon he gets a serious look.

"I am also working out for my predecessors here. Let me show you where I say it wasn't me before."

Byron said that and shook up a huge wooden sword.

And my predecessors "Begin!" The signal sticks, but Byron stays on top and never shows movement.

Zach, wary of the setup, said, "" No need for two machetes ”? That's a pain in the ass," he muttered.

I'm not sure what that word means, but I somehow figured out what Byron was thinking from that setup.

Before Zach takes the lead, I guess I'm going to end up with a blow.

If they shake it down with that giant, even a wooden sword could be fatally wounded. I shrugged, "I don't know," and looked around, but there was no one there to stop me.

Yes, even Lydiane, who doesn't love Zach.

I was worried, "Are you okay? That Byron is a pretty good man," she tells Lydiane, "but she's in her usual light condition.

"It's okay. Zach always says that. Anything but instant death. I'm here today, and if I treat you to some extent, I'll heal myself later, so no problem."

I do wear protective gear, but if a wooden sword like that stick is shaken down, it's life-threatening.

I was desperate to stop this training.

And the battle began abruptly.

He showed some hesitation in Byron's killing spirit as Zach stepped out half a step ago to get ahead. Byron didn't miss that moment.

I know because I do too, but if my body is big, I have a "tame” to start with. But the man packed the distance without any spare motion so that the stiffened tree branches could play.

I kept my eyes open by accident.

The Beast Man, I don't know if he's a cat beast, but he's just a human being, and a man who looks more power focused on speed than I do. Don't be surprised, I can't.

Byron packed his distance from Zach all at once in an explosive linear motion. And he shook down the giant wooden sword on the upper level to Zach with the ripping temper of "Ha!".

Even a wooden sword is about as powerful as an oak could easily beat you to death.

I thought of Zach's head smashing like a pomegranate.

But the wooden sword only struck the ground and soiled up the dust. Yes, he wasn't under that wooden sword.

Zach was already moving when I was surprised by Byron's movements.

If I were you, I might have followed you with my eyes. But I'm not feeling the usual way today with a series of surprises.

When it came to Zach, he was jumping into Byron's nostalgia because he expected Byron to come linearly or out of time to take a fatal blow.

Make the same bold move.

After he jumped into Byron's pocket, he seemed to think of slashing and tearing his right flank with a sword and going straight through it. Byron's body doesn't look good in the shadows from mine, but I also thought this was Zach's win.

But that didn't add up to the battle.

Did Byron expect Zach to move that way, or the moment he thought he was removed, he only took his right hand off his two-handed sword and played Zack's slaughter with his sturdy caged hand, the Gauntlet?

"That's just great. Did you refer to your uncle's movements?

When Zach said so, Byron grinned at Gottsy's face,

"Yeah, I coached my predecessor. I smashed it down with the intention of smashing Master Zach's right shoulder, but it seems to have turned him into an enemy."

Exactly. Byron didn't seem to be after his head in a mock fight either. Looks like Zach put us in a slightly off track to the right.

It changes the story, but Zach is a good evader.

I thought so the first time I saw him, but if I just avoid him, I'm reaching a first-rate range. If Zach now focuses on dodging, it's even hard for me to get a blow in.

For once, I've heard how it's so good to avoid it.

He grinned and replied:

"The color of the equipment is black, but it can move at three times the normal size. He said," If you don't hit him, you don't have to hit him. "

"Can you triple the speed of a demon fight!

When I said that in surprise, he said, "It's a joke," with a haunting look.

As I looked strange, he looked a little lonely and muttered, "Don't slip if you don't know your ex after all..."

In the end, I don't know why his evasion is good, but it was unfortunately demonstrated on this occasion as well.

After exchanging words, the two began to strike abruptly.

To be precise, Byron shows a stormy attack that draws on his strength and reach, and Zach avoids it flickering like a leaf of a tree. And it feels like we're going to add an attack aimed at the steeple while avoiding it.

Five minutes or so of intense fighting ensued, but where Zach's movement was dull, scarce in stamina, a violent blow like a whistle penetrated his abdomen. It wasn't just that, lightweight he was blown up a few meters and rolled off the ground.

I was in a hurry.

Our continuing training in Doctus is also quite intense. But I haven't made a fatal blow so far.

I couldn't afford to care less about the eyes around me and flew to him.

I immediately called Lydiane.

"Are you okay? Lydiane, heal magic!

Lydiane slowly approached me in a hurry, feeling like she was about to yawn.

"It's okay. I'm just losing my mind because of the impact."

Lydiane, who was so disturbed during Ghoul, is not upset at all. On the contrary, no one around them was trying to move.

Zach opens his eyes when I try to ask Lydiane for healing magic again.

"Yes, I'm fine. I got a tough one, but compared to your uncle's blow, it's no big deal."

When he says so, he rises without even hanging the healing magic.

I said, "Are you sure you're okay?," he asked, paying dirt and dust,

"Beatrice is worrying. 'Cause this is normal at home."

I laugh when I say that, but I'm not convinced.

I was angry with Byron. Then head to him and stand directly in front of him, face close. And I stood up and complained to him.

"Suppose it's your master's son! Why don't you give it a little credit? If a kid like you takes a blow, he'll die!

Byron is making his eyes black and white on my sword screen.

He opens his mouth to say something, but I kept my mouth open first.

"I'll slap that sexual root back on you! Stay with me!

At that time, I heard a voice from behind saying, "Lord Beatrice is not worried."

When I turned around, my predecessors stood there, laughing.

"Non says it doesn't have to be taken lightly. Byron's been relieved, then. And Zach doesn't care either. Then I guess I'm not convinced."

If my predecessors say so, I'll have to back off even if I'm not convinced.

"I'll have it done later with Byron. Let's check Zach's arm first."

I doubted my ears.

I was wondering if you were still going to go on any further.

My predecessors didn't notice my thoughts at all, "Nicholas! You're not next," he nominated Lord Nicholas Garland.
