Lin Qi used his Splitting Ability, sending a small cluster of cells in through the sewer pipes.

It quietly made its way to the basement of the Alliance Mansion and retrieved the item through the pipe system.

Carrying Extraordinary Items on your person was risky in the Cyber World, but it was perfectly safe to have them in the Doomsday World.

After retrieving the Extraordinary Item, it was now 1:58 AM on March 25, 2089.

As the [Door] opened, Lin Qi’s consciousness traversed endless darkness and spacetime, arriving in the Doomsday World.

The first thing Lin Qi did upon arriving in the Doomsday World was to place the kidney-shaped Extraordinary Item into the briefcase Ding Yang had given him for storing such items. He then placed the briefcase under the conference table.

’I can’t make heads or tails of it right now. I’ll study it later.’

Next, Lin Qi changed his clothes and then began to meditate.

The matter of the Moon Worshipers wasn’t something Lin Qi, or even the Mo University Camp as a whole, could solve alone. He needed the cooperation of the official authorities.

After Lin Qi finished his daily Meditation, an old acquaintance, Ding Yang, arrived at the Mo University Camp.

"Boss, Ding Yang is waiting for you in the first-floor conference room."

Wang Ziru reported to Lin Qi just as he stepped out of the conference room door.

"Got it."

Lin Qi nodded, then took the elevator to the first floor and walked to the conference room to meet Ding Yang.

As soon as Ding Yang saw Lin Qi, he expressed his thanks, "Thank you for the intelligence you sent, Lin Qi. We dispatched a team to Shui’an Mingju, located the leader of that Moon Worshiper group, and captured him. He is currently under interrogation."

Ding Yang was smart. He had guessed that the way Lin Qi made the Moon Worshipers talk stemmed from an Extraordinary method.

After all, back at Hongshan Camp, they had tried every physical method. But this Moon Worshiper was incredibly stubborn and refused to breathe a single word.

’Lin Qi hadn’t expected Ding Yang to come to him for something like an interrogation.’

Ding Yang just glanced at Lin Qi’s expression and guessed what he was about to say. He quickly added, "Procedurally, we should have escorted him to Headquarters immediately."
