Currency change (kai) casting (chu) has always been a topical concern. Theodoram coins have never been modified or cast since they were enacted nearly a hundred years ago. There were just a few extra castings, but no changes were made to the drawings.

It is the quality of the coin that is making the problem more difficult. The starting point was that the first casting was not done in one place in the first place. The power of the Theodoram royal family was not so great at the time that it temporarily lent casting rights to some of the leading nobles to cast money in several places. For this reason, although the drawings were common, the coins of the Theodoram were subtly combined with different qualities.

With the development of the kingdom, there was a shortage of coin circulation, so additional casting was carried out, but it turns out here that the material at the time of the first casting - only the incomplete ones - remained. Though it was the gold, silver and copper content that had been alleged, because of the different techniques of metal refining at each casting site - and the deep-rooted opinion that it was caused by whether the head of the casting was a few books or a large amount of miscellaneous - the metals that became the raw materials had different qualities themselves. Furthermore, it was incredibly unclear whether weight or volume was used as the basis for calculating grade.

The Kingdom Foundry with its head decided for the time being to cast additional portions based on the quality of the current currency, taking into account the materials from the time of casting in the Kingdom. However, because the old coins were not exchanged in the casting of new coins, old and new coins will coexist in Theodoram. To put it plainly, I just applauded the degree of confusion. Worse still, most of the old coins were worn out or damaged, and the weight of individual coins, rather than the grade, was even misaligned.

In these circumstances, Theodoram coins would be alienated in the international trading arena. Even in Theodoram, coins from neighboring Illustria and Manastella are commonplace. Inevitably, exchangers were often intervened between them even in a simple trading setting, and the cumbersome nature of the business was preventing them from growing.

To solve this problem and make Theodoram's currency the cornerstone currency of international transactions, currency modification (kai) casting (chu) was essential. It had been left behind by problems of national power and so on, but the contemporary king had finally decided to embark on its implementation.

Here, treasurer Fabik gave the king a foreclosure of the casting, considering the benefits associated with the casting. Taking gold coins as an example, the gold coins currently in circulation have an eighty-seven to eighty-two percent grade, but new gold coins plan to drop this to eighty percent and reduce their size by one turn. This is not all about the benefits of casting.

Firstly, if one tries to preserve one's character by force, one cannot cast more than the current amount of circulation, apart from the costs involved in the modification (kai) casting (chu) work. In other words, the size of the economy will not increase. As a treasurer - meditating on some inflationary trends - I wanted to aim to expand the size of the economy. Secondly, it is a matter of size, but this has only been corrected to the extent that it is one turn larger than silver coins, as there were many opinions that the old gold coins were too large to be used.

In any case, gains are expected as a result of the modification of the cast, so it was the intention of the CFO to turn the portion to cover the losses.

"The original plan was to start casting next year?

"Yes, he wants to bring it forward during the year..."

"... is it possible?

"If it's already up to you to replicate the template, if you'll forgive me."

"Hmmm... it's true that the unexpected continues and that no way is the finances cramped. There's no reason to disagree if you push ahead to the point where you can't help it."

"Thank you"
