Marcus' head of state, who approached reports that the Theodoram army had lowered its troops, had correctly read its intentions and was… intending to be there (...).

"Are you going to invite me into the dungeon..."

"If you break into a dungeon, you'll be a belly attacking our country, claiming there's an intent to invade Theodoram"

Theodoram doesn't mean that. I mean, there's no room for that.

Theodoram's intent is to encourage Marcus to break into the dungeon, which fits that far, but Marcus misread the purpose. Theodrum's purpose is to make Marcus an experimental bench to check the nature of the dungeon, and I don't even think about Marcus invasion or anything like that. It is visible that as soon as we do that, Molvania and, in some cases, Illustria declare war and force Operation Two Fronts or Operation Three Fronts. No, it is essentially equivalent to Operation Three Fronts because we need to keep certain forces on our borders for vigilance even without declaring war. If the dungeon side were to take the load on this, it would be a four-front operation at worst. It's an assumption that you're going to get nauseous just imagining.

"... but you don't have to take such a bad idea."

"Um, we need to keep an eye on that dungeon because it's a hassle if it's broken in, but there's no need for this one to break in."

"Totally, a dungeon appeared in a troublesome position."

"Now you'll laugh a lot the day that wasn't a dungeon"

We laugh more and more at what one person has said, but what will he look like when he finds out it's almost right?

"So do you want me to keep the status quo?

"No, that's not funny either. Here's one..."

The cabinet's proposal was later communicated to Marcus' Border Surveillance Unit.

"... redevelop the waterway network to make the position robust...?

"Oh, think of something great."

Near the border line where Marcus and Theodoram are staring is devastated by the battle against Theodoram, but it was originally Marcus territory farmland. At the time the Theodoram army occupied part of Marcus' territory, the occupied Theodoram was also plagued by water shortages as Marcus immediately destroyed the waterway network, thus preventing it from obtaining the agricultural production it had assumed. It was easier for Marcus to stop supplying water to the occupied territories than Marcus was gripping the upstream side of the waterway.

The order from the upper Marcus layers was to develop a new water network that prevented water from flowing to the Theodoram side in order to revive the water farm and regenerate parts of the farmland. Apparently the personnel for this are already in the arrangement.

"As things stand, there is no risk of Theodoram jamming, so with the reinforcement of our position here, we will also increase our food productivity."

"Theodrum is going to have eclampsia..."

"I'm just developing my own territory. Where do we need to be concerned about our unfamiliar neighbors?

"Marcus ran to reinforce the position. So...?

"You're in trouble."

"What do we do? Do you want to proceed with the soldiers again?

"No... there's nothing to gain from doing that. This one would be better off going into reinforcement."

"How's the dungeon thing going for a while?

"That's right. Not unless Marcus' men change their minds and break into the dungeon."

Theodoram's hope will be fulfilled in a slightly different way, not far away.
