The day after the decision in his home country, Marcus' border surveillance unit sent a large number of soldiers - officially reinforced by a missing persons search party - into the dungeon, raising alerts on Theodoram's side and tensions on the border at once. But Theodoram made no comment about this and continued to investigate only within the (even) dungeon.

However, in response to Marcus' enhanced investigative force, Theodoram further augmented its contingent to the border line, and Marcus also augmented its surveillance force accordingly.
