The phone stayed on, and fully charged, as Mu Tiantian wanted to ensure that if her uncle needed to contact her, her line would be open.

Originally intending to lay her on the bed, but as he picked her up, she curled up like a kitten in his embrace, finding a supremely comfortable position; even asleep, the corner of her mouth curved subtly, forming a gentle arc.
Seeing Mu Tiantian like this, Bai Chenyao suddenly couldn’t bear to put her on the bed, and instead held her and sat down again, keeping her embraced while he began to review documents, ensuring his movements were not too large to avoid waking Mu Tiantian.

The chin was clean without a trace of stubble, making it very comforting to see.
Yet Mu Tiantian felt that even with more stubble, it would still look very sexy.
Turning slightly, Mu Tiantian saw Bai Chenyao’s exceptionally handsome profile, his features sculpted like a statue; seeing him in person was even more captivating and attractive compared to magazine photos.
Mu Tiantian’s eyes were filled with amusement, feeling like she was a small pillow for the sleeping man.
It’s rare for Bai Chenyao to be resting when she’s awake; such a scene was too scarce, so she ought to take a good look.

He didn’t seem like the aloof, untouchable Mr. Bai but merely a married man.

Quietly observing the sleeping Bai Chenyao, Mu Tiantian intended to reach out and touch his face, but feared waking him, she withdrew her hand awkwardly.
