Eternal Malediction (RE)

We all have things others don’t know about us; we all have things we want people to know but not talk about unless bought up, but there are a few things people learn about others just by spending time with them.

So here is a unique fact about our current cast:

Roy actually knows a lot of languages. As of right now he knows around 5 languages, varying from Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Portuguese and English. He learned these languages originally for fun and communication but later used them to earn a scholarship into the college he attends now.

Kieran, still to this day, has hidden fear of his own father; even though he last spoke to or saw him more than a decade ago, he still holds a substantial amount of fear against the man.

Tanaka has never genuinely taken a proper test in his entire life. Every test he ever took he always made sure to either cheat or have a 100% chance of winning as he is terrified of losing and being left behind, he feels like if he doesn’t come out the way he wants to, he sees himself as a failure.

Graham for a long time in his life has been looking for something, something dear to him. However, he has recently found this something that went missing, but sadly he can only see it from a distance and is unable to get ahold of it, and so he set out a plan to get it.

Arti is scared that Kieran will once again run away from her like he did when he was younger; she is scared that she won’t ever see him again, scared that he won’t ever contact her again. She wished she could have talked to him all that time ago, where she just watched everything but didn’t say a word. She regrets never talking back.

Mira believes that her time with Kieran is limited, even though she wants to learn more about her older brother, for example, what food he likes and dislikes, his hobbies, his friends and any past relationships. She wants to understand who her older brother is, as she was barely 4-5 years old when he ran away; she never really knew who Kieran was. She decided to use everything in her power to make full use of their time left together and even try persuading him to never leave them ever again.

Aster has sometimes wished that he were more masculine and more manly, as his figure has always led to being mistaken for someone younger, softer, or more delicate than he actually is. He hates that people assume things about him before he even speaks. Deep down, he fears that no one will ever take him seriously and that he’ll always be seen as "cute" rather than capable.

Marcus has always been terrified of being misunderstood. He puts on a calm, collected front, but inside he’s constantly second‑guessing himself every word, every expression, every reaction. He worries that people see him as cold or distant when, really, he feels too much. He wants to open up, to let people in, but he’s scared that if he does, they’ll realise he’s not nearly as strong as he pretends to be.

Victor has a habit of disappearing for hours at a time, and no one knows why. The truth is that he’s scared of being around people for too long. He worries he’ll say the wrong thing, do the wrong thing, or ruin something. So he isolates himself, even though he hates being alone.

Lise Valkera has always felt like she’s living in someone else’s shadow. No matter what she accomplishes, she feels like it’s never enough, like she’s always second place in a race she never agreed to run.

Kim John is a third‑generation Korean, and he gets made fun of for the way he speaks Korean in his own country. The teasing became so constant, so sharp, that he stopped visiting entirely. He cut off every family member who lived there, not out of hatred, but out of shame. He wishes he could go back, but he’s terrified he’ll never be accepted.

Ethan is scared that he’s not enough for Lily. He worries that one day she’ll wake up and realise she deserves someone better. Someone more confident, more stable, more certain of himself. He overthinks everything he says to her, terrified of hurting her or disappointing her. He loves her deeply, but that love comes with a quiet fear: that he’ll lose her because of his own insecurities.

Lily, on the other hand, is scared that Ethan will leave her first. She sees how gentle he is, how patient, and how kind, and she fears she’ll never match that. She worries she’s too emotional, too sensitive, and too complicated. She’s terrified that one day Ethan will get tired of reassuring her, tired of her doubts, tired of her fears. She loves him more than she knows how to express, and that love makes her afraid of losing him.

Kaelen secretly hates how quiet she becomes around people she cares about. She wants to speak up, to be present, to show she’s listening — but the words never come out the way she wants. She worries they think she doesn’t care, when really she cares too much and doesn’t know how to show it.

And now, some actual nice facts about the character.

When Roy first started training Rin, he would hide lots of snacks around where they trained for Rin to snack on while he wasn’t there.

Kieran once helped an old woman cross the road, and he got paid for helping. He thought he struck a gold mine of an idea of helping an old woman crossing the road to get paid, which lasted two hours because in the end he got hit on by said old granny.

Liam believes he is allergic to nuts even though he has never eaten nuts in his life.

Lise sometimes sneaks into her bathroom to eat her strawberry toothpaste, as it tasted out of this world for her taste buds up until she was 15 years old.

Mella likes to draw a lot, so much so that the base has a lot of doodles on the walls and even on the ceiling somehow.

Graham once mixed alcohol into the coffee machine in the staff office in the celestial watch headquarters just to see people’s reaction to their new coffee machine; he, of course, told people who don’t drink alcohol to not drink from the coffee machine.

Kaelen once drank coffee and got drunk somehow; it turns out she is a very light drinker.

Orion is a coffee addict.

The only reason that Kim John had a microwave was because he was slacking off at work and wanted to see the fight, and so he used the excuse of transporting the microwave to ditch work.

Leo once tried to hide a frog in his pocket because he thought it would be his "best friend." It escaped within minutes.

Rin tried to train himself to stay awake for 48 hours straight because he thought "real men don’t sleep." He lasted 11 hours and went to sleep at 11pm.
