" We are admitted to the elite class, and from what I know, we can recommend someone to take an entrance test for the recommendation, which will take place at the opening ceremony," Amber said as she tapped her chin.

" Yes, we can do this," Victor nodded in agreement as they fell asleep again.

Next Morning

Victor, Amber, and Rina all freshened up, wore luxurious outfits, and headed out.

"Whoa, the buildings are way different from those in the Hall Duchy. They look more advanced, but it’s still not as advanced as the buildings I saw in the Silvernum City," Rina suddenly exclaimed as she looked out of the window with a curious look, like a child who had gotten a present at Christmas and couldn’t wait to open it.

As they were 10 minutes into the drive in the SUV, Amber raised an eyebrow and asked, "This is not the direction of the Academy, is it?"

"You caught on. Indeed, this is not the way to the Academy...I have something more important to do before you go to the Academy," Victor said calmly as he made a turn with the steering wheel.

"Oh, where exactly are we going?" Rina asked curiously.

"My dear wives, we are going to the Guild Association...I am going there to register a new guild," Victor said with a smile.

"You finally decided?" Amber’s eyes lit up. She had heard Victor was opening a guild here, and she wanted to aid him in raising it to the top.

"What’s a guild?" Rina asked with a frown.

"Well..." Amber then started explaining what a guild was, and after the explanation, she finally understood.

"So you want to create a faction here...but why? You already have the Silvernum City and its surrounding areas, and I am sure the two worlds will merge one day and you could dominate this space as well," Rina asked in a confused and curious tone.

"It’s because my Tier Advancement requires me to open a top-tier guild," Victor said calmly. Honestly, he would still be hesitant and maybe abandon his plan to make a guild if not for the quest.

After nearly an hour, the car finally halted in front of a large building which had a massive signboard with the words "Guild Association."

"Woah, this is one tall building." Rina’s eyes widened as she looked at the luxurious building in front of her.

"Let’s go in," Victor said calmly as he walked inside the building with his girls, and the inside of the building was just as luxurious, plus high-tech.

Victor walked towards the counter and stopped as the clerk looked at him and said with a professional smile, "Welcome, Sir. How may I help you?"

"I would like to open a new guild," Victor said, and the smile on the clerk’s face faltered for a second as she said in a very low voice, but Victor could hear it, "Another dreamer. He is the 250th already..."

"Pardon?" Victor said with an amused look as the clerk snapped out of his thoughts and quickly regained his composure with a light cough and handed him a token, instructing, "Go to room number 302."

Victor took the token and nodded his head as he headed for the room. As they walked towards the room, Victor noticed some happy faces, but most were angry, sad, and despairing, as if they had just come out of a funeral.

"There, the line," Victor said as he pointed towards the queue.

"Such a long line," Amber said with displeasure. She was a noble and had never waited in a line like a commoner, but she knew this was not her own world where she could bend the rules and obediently stood in the line.

"Excuse me, ladies, may I take you to lunch?" Suddenly, a man’s voice sounded behind them, and Rina and Amber frowned and saw a handsome man looking at them with a smile.

"Not interested," Amber and Rina said the same thing at the same time in a cold voice, which caused the man’s smile to falter.

"I am an Elite Student of the Academy," the man said with a charming smile. He was determined to take them as they were the most beautiful women he had ever seen.

"Excuse me, could you get away from my girls?" Victor stepped forward and said with a smile, and the man was about to retort but froze when he saw the smile on Victor’s face. His instincts screamed at him that something bad would happen if he pushed any further.

"Tch." The man looked at Victor and sneered. If it were not an official building and he knew he could not cause trouble here, he would have already activated his young master mode. He directly skipped the line and walked towards the gate, and the security let him pass.

"Hey, what’s up with that? Why could he cut the line?" Rina said with an outraged look at the man.

"I heard that students who have gotten the Elite Student ID can skip the line," the man said with a look of jealousy and then shouted, "Hey, where are you going?"

The man suddenly frowned as he looked at Victor walking towards the head of the line and reminded him, "It’s only for the elites. If you go without an ID, you could get kicked out."

Victor, hearing those words, paused and said with a smile as he brought out his ID, "I am, in fact, also an Elite Student."

The man’s mouth hung open upon seeing this and watched as Victor, Amber, and Rina walked towards the head of the line.

" Halt, this is for—" the Awakeners guarding the entrance who were about to say something froze when they saw the Elite IDs of Victor and Amber and had a 180-degree shift in their attitude. "Seniors, please."

Victor and Amber smiled and then said, looking at Rina, "She is with us...it’s okay if she comes in, right?"

"Yes, of course, no problem," the guards hurriedly said.

---

Inside the room, there was a group of officials of the Association who were watching an Awakener walking towards a large glass orb. He put his hand on it and started to inject mana.

Right at that time, Victor, Amber, and Rina walked inside, which caught everyone’s attention, especially the man who tried to hit on Amber and Rina, and his expression changed a bit.

They did not say anything but looked at the Awakener who was attempting the qualification test.

Buzz

The orb buzzed with blue light, and the letter "D" appeared above the orb. The Awakener’s face turned pale upon seeing this.

They didn’t have any device to measure levels, so the people created a rough method to measure the mana in a person’s body and give them a rank using a letter, with F being the lowest and S being the highest.

"No, why is it a D...? I refuse to accept this. Let me try again." The man tried desperately to reach for the orb but turned stiff as one of the officials released his pressure on him.

"Below B Rank, you failed. Please kindly leave the room," the official said in a cold tone.

The Awakener swallowed hard and, with a dejected expression full of despair, walked towards the exit.

The officials looked coldly at him, and then his expression shifted as he looked at the man and Victor’s group.

"I have been informed by the guards that you all are Elite Students. I am very pleased to meet you," the older official said with a smile and then looked at the man and said, "Mr. Ellie Scarlet, I have been informed of your arrival beforehand and hope that you will do as great as your sister."

"What? Scarlet?"

"Sister, is Miss Ruby his sister?"

’That’s right, peasants. Look at me with admiration.’ Ellie looked smug as he puffed out his chest and then sneaked a glance at Rina and Amber, but to his anger and disappointment, they did not react at all.

’Bastards, just wait. I will awe them with my results, and they will understand I am better than you and leave you for me.’ He sneered and started daydreaming as he walked towards the orb.

Buzz

As soon as he put his hand on the orb, he poured mana into it, and a letter appeared above the orb.

"B Rank, as expected. You can form your guild if you want. B is the minimum requirement for Bronze- and Silver-Grade Guilds," the official said with a smile.

Ellie walked away from the orb, pleased with himself, but did not leave the room. He crossed his arms as he waited for Victor’s turn.

"Who will go next?" The official looked at Victor’s group and asked.

"I will go," Victor said calmly.

"All the best, dear," Rina said with a smile.

Victor nodded and walked towards the orb and repeated the same process as everyone else.

Buzz

The blue light that shone was brighter, and a letter appeared above the orb, and everyone was stunned, especially Ellie, who had his eyes pop out of their sockets as he said in a trembling voice, "S-S Rank...impossible!"
