The bright lights seemed to have stimulated the humanoid creatures within the nutrient chambers, transitioning from a sleep-like status to continuous trembling.

A few humanoid creatures first opened their eyes, their gaze distinctly not that of ordinary humans, wooden and dull.

As they awoke, the tubes linked to their bodies fell off one by one.

In less than a minute, hundreds of creatures within the nutrient chambers woke up, and the nutrient liquid inside rapidly drained.

Watching Jimmy’s figure continuously leap among the army of humanoid creatures, Zhang Beixing found himself puzzled.

Within minutes, the hundreds of humanoid creatures were almost entirely annihilated, the lab floor covered in colors of blood mixed into weird hues, along with shredded flesh and severed limbs.

They appeared one after the other in the underground base’s third-layer corridor.

The third layer, under bright and soft lights, had rooms made of chief glass spread throughout the white corridor.

Inside were some experimental equipment, further in, scattered single doors showed signs of beds and living supplies.

It seemed like this was where the researchers lived and worked daily.

Jimmy entered without pause, heading straight inward.

Jimmy, who entered first, was now detained on the ground by a ring of blue beams, occasional flashes indicating electricity.

Jimmy tried escaping but hit blue beams producing intense electric bursts, bouncing him back.
