"Forget it. We’ve come far enough; we can use Spatial Transmission from here. Mu Chen, relax your mind. I’ll take you the rest of the way." As he spoke, Dilaka swiped his Sword Point, and a Spatial Rift over a hundred meters long suddenly tore open.

"Er..." Seeing Mu Chen’s bewildered gaze, Dilaka gave an awkward laugh. "Ahem, I didn’t quite control my strength, so the Spatial Rift is a little large."

Mu Chen broke into a sweat. ’A Holy Domain Ninth Ring expert, unable to control his strength?’ He secretly shook his head. He knew Dilaka must still be thinking about his Spiritual Power, which was why he hadn’t controlled himself at all when creating the Spatial Rift, leading to this mistake.

But rather than calling it a mistake, it was more terrifying. To create such a massive Spatial Rift with just a casual wave of a finger... One could only imagine the heights the power of the Holy Domain could reach! ’And by that logic, what kind of existence was a former Emperor Realm Strong Person?!’

"Let’s go. We have to set foot on the Eternal Saint Peak to reach the Inner Mountain. Once inside, you’ll have many things to handle. If we’re too late, it will cut into your rest time."

Levitating Liu Feiyuan, Ta Shan, and the others, Dilaka was the first to step into the Spatial Rift. Mu Chen followed closely. He was about to arrive at the Eternal Saint Peak, and his heart pounded with excitement. He couldn’t wait to see what kind of growth and enjoyment this academy, with its eternal system, would bring him.

The two figures vanished deep into the rift. In the blink of an eye, the Spatial Rift, over a hundred meters long, sealed itself, restoring space to its original state.

"Heh... The terrifying little fellow has finally set foot here. Let this old man see just how far you can grow." Nameless’s figure stepped out of the void, silent and traceless. His keen eyes, full of anticipation, gazed at the spot where Mu Chen had vanished.

CRACKLE...

At the foot of the Eternal Saint Peak, where the wood and water elements met, tiny bolts of lightning sparked in the air. A moment later, a rift more than ten meters long tore open, and two figures levitating another fourteen people stepped out.

"So this is the Eternal Saint Peak..."

He calmly gazed at the Five-Colored Giant Peak before him, its breadth and height impossible to discern. It would be a lie to say he wasn’t amazed. Before the Spatial Transmission, the Eternal Saint Peak had seemed immense, but he could still make out its edges and summit. Only now, standing right before it, did he understand the idiom "viewing the sky from the bottom of a well." However, he had experienced so many staggering sights since entering Holy Tomb Mountain that he had already grown accustomed to the feeling of awe.

After scanning his surroundings, Mu Chen suddenly noticed something. Though the Eternal Saint Peak was massive and majestic, the solidified forms of Primordial Power were too regular. The Fire Flame, water currents, sand, light, and forests were all in their own distinct zones. It was beautiful, to be sure, but there didn’t seem to be anywhere habitable.

"Teacher Dilaka, is the Inner Mountain located on this Eternal Saint Peak?"

"Hm? Haha..." Dilaka couldn’t help but laugh. "Of course not. While the Eternal Saint Peak is beautiful, it’s ultimately uninhabitable. The so-called Inner and Outer Mountains of the Holy Tomb aren’t in the Outer Realm—they’re inside the Eternal Saint Peak."

"Inside the Eternal Saint Peak?" Mu Chen’s eyes widened in realization, then in shock. "There’s an Independent Space inside the Eternal Saint Peak? Holy Tomb Mountain is truly a magical place."

"No, no, no. You’re mistaken."

Dilaka corrected him. "This Independent Space wasn’t formed spontaneously by Holy Tomb Mountain. It was created by the first Dean."

"Speaking of the first Dean, I must tell you the story of his connection to Holy Tomb Mountain. Though it’s all recorded in the Inner Mountain Book Tower, it’s not as clear as hearing it firsthand."

"Back then, when the first Dean discovered Holy Tomb Mountain, it was merely a prototype. Although it was just five small mountain ranges, it was a wonder that transcended nature. The first Dean was astounded, considering it a celestial phenomenon, so he stayed behind to see if he could comprehend some of the Laws of the Martial Dao. He meditated on it for several hundred years, and while he made no progress in his own comprehension, the environment of Holy Tomb Mountain itself changed dramatically."

"The greatest change was to the five small, colored mountain ranges. In just a few hundred years, their size and scale had exploded to more than three times what they were. Not only that, but during the centuries the first Dean spent in seclusion, the five ranges began to resonate with one another, spontaneously creating a fusion of the Five Elements. This energy eventually converged at a central point to form something even more miraculous. And that miraculous thing is the Eternal Saint Peak right in front of you."

At this point, Dilaka couldn’t help but recall his own reaction when he first saw Holy Tomb Mountain—it had been far more dramatic than Mu Chen’s. He gave a sheepish grin and continued, "Back then, the Eternal Saint Peak couldn’t even be called a peak; it was more like a small hill. It wasn’t as spectacular as it is today, but listen—a spontaneous fusion of the Five Elements? Why, even an *intentional* Five Elements fusion had never happened before in the history of the Extreme Martial Continent. So, what do you think the first Dean did?"

"He claimed it for himself, of course! Haha..."

Stroking his beard, Dilaka answered his own question, his storytelling animated and vivid.

"It’s because of the first Dean that Holy Tomb Mountain received its proper name and quickly made a reputation for itself across the continent. As time went on, he gradually unearthed its potential and secrets, which led to the discovery of the Five Elements Sacred Domain."

"And it’s precisely because of the Five Elements Sacred Domain that the first Dean chose to transform Holy Tomb Mountain into an academy. After all, he couldn’t use all of its resources by himself, and besides, his Martial Arts Cultivation had long since reached a stage where normal Cultivation methods were no longer effective."

"To establish an academy, the first thing needed is infrastructure—dormitories, classroom buildings, and the basic facilities for a large student body to practice their Cultivation, battle, and improve. But not a single spot on Holy Tomb Mountain was habitable. This gave the first Dean pause. In the end, to avoid damaging Holy Tomb Mountain’s eternal system, he created an Independent Space inside the Eternal Saint Peak itself. That’s the origin of the Inner and Outer Mountains. Pretty amazing, isn’t it?"

Seeing the proud look on Dilaka’s face, Mu Chen smiled faintly. He could tell that Dilaka was a man with a strong sense of honor and belonging. ’Perhaps it’s because he has devoted his entire being to Holy Tomb Mountain that the position of Grand Elder belongs to him and no one else.’

"Heh... I seem to have talked a bit too much today."

"Not at all. I actually find you more approachable this way, Teacher Dilaka. It will make it easier for me to speak with you naturally next time."

"Eh? Is that so? Well, that’s good. That’s good. Enough talk, it’s time I took you inside. Follow me."

With that, Dilaka waved to Mu Chen and flew up toward the top of the Eternal Saint Peak. In the time it took for Dilaka’s story and the Spatial Transmission, Mu Chen had recovered a fair amount of his Spiritual Power, enough to fly without any issue. With a push of his feet, an invisible stream of Spiritual Power emanated from between his eyebrows, enveloping him and the three unconscious people he was carrying, and he followed Dilaka upward.

It was true; each layer of the Eternal Saint Peak gave Mu Chen a different sensation. It was cold, then hot, then cool—like experiencing all four seasons in the span of a few breaths.

Time ticked by. Mu Chen didn’t keep track of how long they had been flying, but by the time Dilaka stopped, it was late at night in the Outer Realm. Mu Chen’s recently recovered Spiritual Power was once again on the verge of depletion. He now finally understood just how agonizing it felt to have both his Primordial Power and Spiritual Power exhausted.

"We’re here." Seeing Mu Chen arrive, Dilaka stretched his hands forward. As Primordial Power surged from him, a giant Array Map materialized on the surface of the Eternal Saint Peak. Countless Runes shimmered and flashed. At Dilaka’s prompting, the Array Map began to rapidly activate.

A moment later, with a series of grinding cracks, an arched window appeared in the center of the Array Map. Peering through the opening, one could see a five-colored, hazy light swirling within. It was an utterly mystical sight.

"The gate to the Inner Mountain is open. Activating this Array Map is too much of a hassle. After you register, the Inner Mountain will issue you a Jade Token to verify your identity. With that token, getting in and out of the Eternal Saint Peak will be much easier." After speaking, Dilaka glanced back at the unconscious crowd and sighed. "Judging by the severity of the spiritual backlash these little ones suffered, they won’t wake up for another three to five days. Looks like we’ll be busy for a while after we get inside."

The mention of them being unconscious prompted Mu Chen to quicken his pace, stepping through the portal ahead of Dilaka. He knew that people knocked out by a spiritual attack needed to lie down and recuperate immediately. Constant jostling could disrupt the flow of energy in their bodies, and it would be a problem if that led to other complications.

Seeing Mu Chen enter, Dilaka followed right behind him. He withdrew his hands, and with a flicker, his figure vanished from the Outer Realm of the Eternal Saint Peak.

Thus, Little Tiger, Mo Qing, Ye Shuangshuang, and the others entered the Inner Mountain completely unaware, missing out on countless spectacular sights. One could only wonder if they would be filled with regret when they finally woke up.

...

This time, the spatial transit didn’t affect Mu Chen’s vision at all. The moment he entered, his eyes fell upon a four-tiered island floating in the center of the space. To call them islands wasn’t quite right; "landmasses" felt more appropriate, given their immense size.

From a distance, he could see the area of the four landmasses shrinking with each ascending tier. The first level was the size of a large city! The second was the size of a medium-sized city, and the third was the size of a small town. As for the fourth level, Mu Chen estimated it was at least as large as Luofeng City.

These four massive landmasses were connected only by a single, perfectly cylindrical pillar of light, giving the entire structure a precarious look. Yet upon them stood countless buildings of all shapes and sizes—tall, short, wide, and narrow—interspersed with alleyways.

"This is the Inner Holy Tomb Mountain—the Suspended City! What do you think? Pretty incredible, huh!"

Dilaka appeared at Mu Chen’s side, his face wreathed in a broad smile...
