They cannot be classified by traditional power levels like Spiritual Water Condensing because the power contained by each type of evil spirit is unknown. Besides classifying evil spirits by flesh, five elements, and dream realms, another method is based on whether the spirit is powerful enough to cultivate its own vessels.

These evil spirits are generally referred to as Evil Spirits.

No matter how powerful a non-Evil Spirit entity is, it remains an individual. But because they can turn other creatures into vessels, the threats posed by Evil Spirits are far greater than those of non-Spirits.

The Great Evil Gods are the highest existence among evil spirits, placed in their category; below them are the Evil Spirits who can cultivate vessels, followed by ordinary evil entities.

Zang Tu, Zang Shui, Dream-eating Ghosts are all Evil Spirit-level entities; naturally, the True Lord hosting You Su is as well.

Vessels exhibit absolute loyalty to their deity, never harboring harmful intentions. Their reward is to become one with the source, receiving strength from their deity.

Therefore, vessels can be divided into two types. One acts on behalf of the Evil Spirits, and these spiritual vessels often receive instructions and powers from them. The other type acts as a flesh vessel used by Evil Spirits to regain power, assimilating their strength into that of the Evil Spirit, sustaining it.

This Huo Yuandi is a flesh vessel completely absorbed.

"There are indeed evil spirits buried in the Spirit Void Mountain Range."

Although your junior sister is your vessel, her essence isn’t that of an evil spirit but rather a demon. Thus, she doesn’t heed your command readily. That day you could command her only because the force of Taisui within her erupted, with her evil aspect briefly taking dominance."

"Does it mean the True Lord can only command vessels who are of evil nature, but is helpless over those who aren’t?"

"Did you want her to be at your beck and call?"

"Certainly not. My junior sister is her own person." You Su harbored no such thought, adding, "I asked out of curiosity because, given that, I struggle to see the generosity of being a vessel of the True Lord."
