Falling Mage and the Power of Divergence

Free time until the end of maintenance

The fighting had already calmed down when the Seyyas arrived in Dakria II. With a three-day truce agreement issued by the Demon King's Army, the Revolutionary Army is committed to treating and evacuating the injured, and the medical tent built in makeshift is a waiting area for reinforcements.

"I didn't know it was so intense."

Densil leaks words in the eyes of the city's tragedy.

"It's the difference between a cloud mud and a cloud mud."

"Has Mizuchi ever been to Zone II?"

"For the wild."

Seyya visited Daklia II before to rescue Mocha-Phoenix from former Demon King Broad-Mamon. I didn't mean to be a tourist, but Seyya was one of those who admired the streets of Zone 2.

But it's the piles of debris that are a little lonely to call the city that spreads in front of you. Firehands are not the ones that are up, but smoke is still standing in from places where the fire is halfway out, and the scorching odor tickles my nose.

"It seems the Second Ward has been devastated not least since the Demon King disappeared, but if it becomes a battlefield, it won't even be shadowed"

"That's the fight"

It was Jack from the same team who spoke so that he could put it over Densil's words. I guess he also has something to think about the misery that spreads in front of him.

By the way, his other teammate, Eng, had arrived and worked his way out to remove ambient grudges. There is not much to be apprenticed about the aggressiveness of the engines participating, even though they are not particularly ordained. Though I often soften my poka more than that.

"What do you think will happen now?

"I'll start tomorrow morning."

"The rationale is"

Densil, who asked the question, asks Seyya.

"The three-day truce offered by the Demon King's Army is a kind of final warning. If we pull here, we'll miss it."

"But you think the revolutionary army will attack without pulling?

"If you want to make a sacrifice and get away with it, there's no revolution."

Seyya lied about one thing. The three-day truce offered by the Demon King's Army is only a measure to sweep the adventurers of the Demon King's Desertion together, and Seyya, the Great Demon King Lucifer, has also heard of its policy.

But the adventurers of the great desolation kings interpreted the three-day truce as their final warning, so Seyya also matched them.

"The Revolutionary Army will not keep a three-day respite and will attack on the morning of the third day"

"Jay is right. If you're going for it, the morning of the third day is the easiest to be on guard."

"That's a shame. We're moving on the fourth morning."

It was their boss, Hamas, who broke in between the Sayers. Apparently Hamas has slipped through the meetings of the branch chiefs taking place in the back.

"What do you mean, Mr. Hamas?

"You're right. The Revolutionary Army seems to spend three full days being a respite from their opponents."

"But then aren't they ready, too?

"Some people argued that, but it looks like there's something else upstairs."

It was only so far that Hamas could speak, whose thoughts had not been heard until something.

"You can rest for another day at least. I'll tell the others."

That's what Hamas says. He takes his feet to the rest of his people. Apparently Hamas came to tell us first that there is respite for the day.

"Apparently, you missed your prediction."

"Shit, I don't understand"

"What the hell are you thinking?"

When we found out there was something we weren't informed about, the Seiyas had a formal order with the thought of moaning.

That night, Seyya rolls out of the makeshift tent set aside for waiting into the city of Daklia II. But instead of playing in the city, he tried to climb into the tallest building nearby and look around.

Climbing to the roof of the tallest building, there was someone else. Probably a demon king adventurer watching if the demon king army isn't attacking. Thought they'd say something, Seyya, but the adventurer of that surveillance continues to work, especially without talking to Seyya.

Looking around, there was something besides Seyya. Apparently, other demon king adventurers are also visiting from here to take a glimpse of the streets of Daklia II.

Dakulia II, which looks out in the night breeze, is far from what Seyya knows. I can easily imagine how intense a battle was going on from there.

"Was Mizuchi here too?"

"Densil?"

Looking over the city of Dakulia II, Seiya was spoken to by Densil from behind.

"Did Mizuchi come to see the city, too?

"Well, that's the place"

"I didn't expect that city to change this far."

"Densil ever come to Zone II, too?

Seiya asks with a mouthful as if she knew the streets of the past.

It's my hometown.

"Right."

"Even so, I've been out a long time."

"Why not?

The profession of adventurer, few do not settle in one place. People often move to other districts for a good job.

"My parents were murdered by Demon King Broad-Mamon."

"To Broad?

"That's right. Broad was experimenting with the human body by extracting the people at random, which was good for mankind to develop. It's a lot to be criticized for, but that bastard never let the information leak out of the country. And the demon kings of the Empire didn't try to stop him knowing about Broad."

Hate rises in Densil's expression.

"That's why I can't forgive Broad. I can't forgive a world with a demon king like that."

"Sorry."

"Never mind."

Densil accepted Seyya's apology as an apology for questioning her sad past. But Seyya, as Lucifer, the Great Demon King, had expressed an apology for the poor management of the Demon King.

It was not until the other day that Seyya took the seat of the Great Demon King Lucifer. And Densil's story was at least a few years ago. Seiya may not feel responsible, but still Seiya wanted to express her apology.

And there's no more broads.

"I hear someone knocked you down."

"Oh. Someone over here killed me, apparently. I regret not seeing his end, but if he's dead, I'll gladly bow my head and say thank you to someone who put him in my hands."

Densil keeps staring into the void.

"I will not forgive Broad. So I've come this far with the intention of defeating the new demon king who is said to inherit Broad's will. But when you look at your rough hometown, it's still hard."

"I have no choice. No matter what happens, my hometown is a memory to man."

"Mizuchi is sweet."

"Of course not."

Even Seyya has a hometown, and she has had a hard time in that hometown. But it is also true that there are memories in my hometown that were pleasant and happy in addition to hard feelings. If Seyya saw a burning hometown, it must make her sad, just like Densil.

I guess it's the adventurers with all sorts of thoughts there.
