Surprisingly, the patient’s family was not in the emergency department’s doctor office, nor in Cao Zhao’s emergency department director office, but had gone to the office of hospital leadership. It really seemed to be a very special circumstance, where avoiding ordinary offices was inadequate, and they needed to be guests personally received in the administrative building.

Climbing the stairs, they reached the VIP reception room on the third floor of the hospital leadership.
Upon hearing their footsteps, Director Li came out to open the door for them, saying, "Director Cao, come in."
Nodding slightly, Cao Zhao led the two students inside. Inside, on a sofa sat an older male doctor than Director Li, also in a white coat, presumed to be another hospital leader.
Indeed, Cao Zhao called out, "Vice President Lin."
"Ah, Director Cao, you’re here," Vice President Lin patted his leg and turned back, exchanging glances with Cao Zhao, his face wearing a warm smile akin to that of a pediatrician. His gaze then swept over the two young doctors behind, familiar with Duan Sanbao as a student from their own medical school, while his eyes lingered slightly on Student Xie’s face, seemingly wanting to recognize the face of this new student.
Director Li went back to murmur in Vice President Lin’s ear, likely introducing the name of the new student.
Facing hospital leadership, their hearts tightened a bit, expressions a tad apprehensive.
"Director Cao, these are the child’s grandparents," Director Li extended his hand, introducing the patient’s family.
In front, two people sat on a brown sofa, both in their fifties, perfectly a man and a woman.
The man leaned against the sofa, his face somewhat pallid like paper, head slightly lowered, seemingly dispirited, with one hand continuously stroking his chest. Now, hearing that this person was rumored to be the wealthy business mogul Director Hao, one couldn’t help but be surprised. It was evident rich people and ordinary ones were no different; once hit by a major blow, one could instantly be like a tree struck down by lightning.
Because of this, Mrs. Hao admitted, "My husband had a heart attack upon hearing about the incident with his child, now has medicine in his mouth, and can’t speak with you doctors."
"Has the patient’s blood pressure been measured?" Cao Zhao asked softly.
