Together with Mr. Torcone, we completed the purchase process, the contract, etc. at the bureau and the Merchant's Guild.

When I went to the Merchant Guild, they showed me that there were some other digging properties... but I didn't intend to buy them in particular, so I just listened.

There was only one place I was wondering and I asked... I was going to buy the land there in the stream.

That's somewhere, right next to the land Saya has.

The adjacent land on the east side was pretty rough when I was shown Saya's premises earlier.

From that next section, houses and so on were built, but they remained half-way rough.

Anyway, I thought we should make it Saya's property, including all that.

Actually, I'm going to let it be my field.

I really want to try and grow a lot of things.

If you're going to plant fruit trees, you're going to need a lot of space.

It seemed like a totally unpopular place, a place that hadn't sold for decades and had been abandoned.

I can also snort that Saya used to buy it cheap.

I bought it in Saya's name.

With the purchase of an additional 25,000 square metres (2.5 hectares), the area owned by Saya totalled 75,000 square metres (7.5 hectares).

By the way, the land purchased this time, in terms of area, is more than ten times the lodgings bought by Mr. Torcone, but the amount was five million Gol for half the price.

It just seemed like it would go at least 10 million golls if it was meant to be, but nobody bought it and sold it for cheap because it stayed in the wasteland for decades.

Having successfully completed the process, we were returning to Mr. Torcone's inn.

We all decided to have tea.

Mr. Nekol made me a delicious cup of tea.

With honey service......

Add honey to the tea and it tastes sweet and amazing.

It seems that Mr. Nekol and the others can only add honey on special occasions.

I made one suggestion to the Torcone family.

Yeah, that was my idea I came up with the other day.

“Beekeeping" using Lone's rare skill "Bug Man".

They don't have beekeepers around here, and they pick up honey in the neighboring woods, woods, etc.

Therefore, honey does not always seem to be lubricated.

Would it be useful if honey could be removed on a regular basis, and would it sell quite a bit?

Best of all, it's sweet and delicious.

So that's what I suggested.

"Oh, that's good! I'm sure it'll sell."

Mr. Torcone seems to have been stimulated by the merchant's sensibilities.

"Well, if honey is lubricated, it can be used a lot for cooking, so it's wider!

"Yeah, it sounds like fun to work with Mr. Bee!

Mr. Nekol, Rone seems to like it too.

Even when it comes to beekeeping, there's not much to do.

I'll build you a hive box, and then the bees will just work for you.

When I asked Mr. Torcone, he said there was board material, so I decided to try and build a nesting box.

I made it an easy 'heavy box nesting box' to make.

Simply put, it's a mechanism to build wooden frames and lay them over each other.

At first, we put it in two steps, put it in a few places, and if the bees live well, the way we do it is we increase it to about five steps.

A square wooden frame and a bottom plate, and a simple top plate.

The wooden frame shall be fitted with a thin rod on the cross to prevent falling of the nest.

I finished it in less than an hour, teaching Mr. Torcone how to make it.

The kids looked interesting around, so they decided to hold a nesting class.

There was plenty of board material.

"Leave the nailing to Lily! I'm good at hammers!

"Chappie, don't try to cut the board."

"I'll do my best, too."

"Lily, don't break the box with too much slapping."

"Adding and subtracting force matters"

"It's okay. Lili can do it right."

Archie and Yucky are following Lily, Chappie and Wacky who stick out.

Rone seems to be calling and collecting bees early.

It keeps coming together.

Really amazing ability.

Ordinary beekeeping puts a bunk of nesting boxes in several places and adds about five more places where the bees have been lucky enough to live.

But with Lone's skills, I set it up in five steps from the start because I'm sure the bees will settle in.

Thanks to what we all made as an event, four five-step "heavy box nesting boxes" were completed.

Set this up over the edge of the stables, and later, if Lone leads the bees, it's over.

"Mr. Bees, live in this hive! Please! Make it full of delicious honey."

When Lone spoke to the bees like that, they were all in the nest box at the same time.

Normal bees make new nests in the spring minutes bee time.

In the spring, a new queen bee is born.

The mother queen bee then leaves the nest with about half of the working bees and builds a nest in a new place.

Leave my child a comfortable nest, and he leaves.

It can be called gentle behavior, or a rational way to survive as a species.

It's still spring, so are you beeping for me for a minute, or are you dumping your current nest and moving over here... the details are unknown... but thank goodness in any case.

Thank you, bees!

You must be able to pick some delicious honey.

I am very excited about the future.

Maybe Lone will be the best earner......

In the evening we came back to Saya's house.

I talked to everyone about how to use Saya's premises, including the new land I added today.

My thoughts...

The land that Saya originally had, making the south side a field that she hadn't used.

And keep squid chickens protected from bandits in an unused spot on the wall just behind the house grounds.

That way the squid chicken eats the grass, so I don't need to prune the weed.

Two birds a stone because they can eat delicious eggs.

And on the wall side of the eastern wasteland, which I purchased additionally today, I keep a goat protected from bandits.

Goats also eat weed in a flourishing way, so it will be weed control.

Sometimes a walk through an empty spot on the property makes for a good meal for the goats without having to mow the grass.

Of course I can drink fresh goat's milk. This is another stone and two birds.

By the way, both squid chicken manure and goat manure are actually three birds a stone because they make a good fertilizer for the field.

Create a circular cultivation environment, a living environment. That's my plan.

Well, actually... it's mainly a plan to satisfy my appetite, but wouldn't it be good inside...

I think Milky's sisters and brothers alone can take care of it if we don't have a lot of whale chickens and goats.

If we start with a small number, it'll be okay for us to go somewhere.

Of course we have to build a fence to protect the squid chickens and goats.

We plan to bring back the Slimes around Leader Slime, so along with security throughout this city, we should also have security around this mansion.

That way, I don't think it's going to be stolen or attacked.

I made such a proposal... but it was unanimously accepted.

I'm quick, I hope it hasn't gotten dark yet, and I quickly created a space for the oocyte chickens and a space fence for the goats.

As usual, I asked Renton to process the material, and everyone else helped me build the fence.

Wacky mowed me with his inherently skilled 'Fast Mowing Nails'.

There was a lot of pretty tall grass, but it was quickly mowed down.

It feels like a mower I used to use in the original world and it's a very handy skill.

The adult girls of Saya, Milky and Nana are helping me with dinner.

Even tomorrow morning, I'm going to bring the squid chickens and goats.

Ten squid chickens and five goats would be good.

In the living room, which is a big hall, we all ate...

Somehow we were all supposed to sleep there.

There were five rooms in Saya's house, which were appreciated by the Milkies...

It means we're all good together, and we've fallen asleep in the big hall.

I may have to think of something in this regard as well, as it can't be a miscellaneous fish sleep forever......
