"Temper" is a skill that temporarily increases one's "Atmosphere" and "Magic" as well as all "Sub-statuses" to a small degree.

"Inspiration" is a skill that temporarily increases the "Atmosphere," "Magic (MP)," "Attack," "Defense," "Magic Attack," and "Magic Defense" of party members to a moderate level.

Intimidation is a skill that temporarily lowers the target's Health, Magic (MP), Attack, Defense, Magic Attack, and Magic Defense.
