And we can have a big square in front of the bureau, and we plan to make it a big square as it is in front of the main entrance to Territorial Castle, so we can have all six squares.

I plan to open stalls in each square, but it's a waste of time to move the stalls so I'm going to create a base near each square individually.

The "Northeast Area" square is directly across the road from the "Headquarters Block" so you can use the "Headquarters Block" as your base.

The stalls to be put out in the square in front of the bureau will still have free space provided for meat treatment plants, so you should create a base there.

The main entrance square of Territorial Castle is not far from the front square of the bureau, so the same base would be fine.
