"Hmm? You’re starting to doubt me now?" Gaven was not about to indulge his whims.

"I wouldn’t dare."

"Then head back to Weizemay Manor and await orders; I’ll say this only once."

"Understood."

Guided by the Shadow Girl, the Slaughter Skull was enveloped in a dark light and vanished instantly.

"What about her?" Gaven looked around, and the Wind Elf girl was nowhere to be seen.

Dog Demon Andrew replied, "During the Golia climbing competition, she went out to see the excitement, and I think I saw her enter the Central Hall just now. Do you need me to bring her back?"

"That little one, her curiosity is unusually strong!" Gaven shook his head helplessly. "Leave her be; she won’t be in danger here."

He was long used to the elves’ intense curiosity and their unpredictable behavior.

This Wind Elf girl was especially outstanding, as restless as the wind, curious about everything, eager to join in whenever there’s excitement, even if it’s a perilous battle, without considering the risks.

If it weren’t for her kindness, she would have died countless times in the Bottomless Abyss.

Gaven turned to the Dog Demon and said, "I have a new task for you."

"Master, please command." The Dog Demon responded with utmost respect.

"Return to your hometown and strive to infiltrate the ruling class of Tesser Yama Mine." A dog’s leash extends as far as its strength allows.

Without the corresponding strength, extending it too far would be like releasing a tiger back to the mountains.

Now, some things can be expedited.

"Understood." The Dog Demon accepted the dangerous task without hesitation, "But I need your cooperation, Master."

"How would you like me to cooperate?"

"The rulers of Tesser Yama Mine are suspicious by nature; if I approach on my own initiative, it’s unlikely I’ll be trusted."

"You want to attract attention and be secretly recruited?"

"Yes, we can make use of the King of the Jackalweres and impersonate one of his Chosen, recruiting the remaining Jackalweres. As long as my forces grow large enough, they will notice me, and I’ll naturally gain power and influence internally."

"That’s a good idea; it achieves multiple objectives: infiltrating the enemy for intelligence and dealing a further blow to Felen Jackalwere’s forces. Those Jackalweres are terrified, scattering everywhere; the most challenging part now is how to root them out.

Raise a flag to gather them, and then deliver a devastating blow.

But if we’re going to play, we’ll play big. The Jackalwere Chosen is too low-level; directly impersonate the King of the Jackalweres."

Inspired, Gaven immediately summoned the Berserk Blue Bear who had just laid down, "I want to see the Father of Combat!"

"Huh? Oh..." The Berserk Blue Bear looked puzzled, recalling that during the intense battles in the Bottomless Abyss, he didn’t think to summon the Father of Combat.

How come now, returning home, there’s a need to summon the Father of Combat?

Despite his doubts, it didn’t stop him from taking action. The Berserk Divine Power surged skyward, forming a bridge, and a Divine Thought instantly descended upon him.

The Berserk Blue Bear’s bones crackled immediately, transforming in the blink of an eye into an exceptionally brawny man with five parts resembling the Father of Combat, while still retaining obvious bear characteristics.

The Father of Combat’s Divine Thought descended upon the Berserk Blue Bear.

Even before arriving, a hearty laugh echoed: "Congratulations, Gaven, for escaping the Bottomless Abyss. Your illustrious achievements have spread among the Gods. Many are seeking opportunities for a meeting with you, not expecting me to be the first."

Gaven responded humbly, "The credit isn’t mine but yours and the Lord of War. I merely coordinated the effort; without your great support, I’d still be struggling in the muddy depths of the Bottomless Abyss."

"My humble friend remains as modest as ever, something far beyond my reach..." The Father of Combat offered no reservation in his praises.

After all, he owed a substantial favor, having gifted him the Berserk Priesthood, opening a limitless new direction for development.

It was undeniably an act of rebirth.

"Oh?!" The Father of Combat suddenly widened his eyes, surprised, "My friend, before I could repay the previous favor, I find myself receiving another grand gesture from you. I sent the Blue Bear to protect you and didn’t anticipate such a great opportunity for him!"

Evidently, he was already aware of Gaven’s intention to elevate the Berserk Blue Bear to godhood amongst the Golia.

The Berserk Blue Bear was indeed his deity, directly holding the Berserk Priesthood, and benefiting him would ultimately rebound in favor.

"This serves mutual needs: Lord Blue Bear gains Divine Power, my allies gain formidable Strength, and naturally, the power I can mobilize grows." Gaven said nonchalantly, "But my purpose for involving you isn’t for this matter; there’s another plan I wish to discuss."

"Not for this matter?" The Father of Combat exclaimed, surprised, "Is there anything more significant?"

"Indeed." Gaven succinctly explained their recent plan, "However, for him to impersonate the King of the Jackalweres and recruit Jackalweres on a large scale, Berserk Divine Power is paramount.

Once he grows strong enough, if need be, you can initiate another Divine War, publicly defeating the King of the Jackalweres again, solidifying your faith."
