Former General Is Undead Knight

Episode XII: Count Mondo, Lord —

Later, Lambert visited Count Monde's residence with seven of the main members of the guild, The Dancing Sword.

The breakdown of the seven is Yunos, the guild master, and four who were members of the unicorn crusade, and two other adventurers whose faces Lambert did not see in the woods.

Count Mondo's mansion was a magnificent building of beautiful red bricks.

The surroundings of the hall are surrounded by tidy gardens where you can admire the goodness of the Lord's hobby.

Though slightly inferior to Count Obock's Hall, it was nevertheless large enough.

The big difference with the Orbok Mansion would be that it was built for the outside enemy when it came to things.

The Ovok mansion was high in fences and thick.

There were also many guard soldiers, in the form of immediate notices no matter where they broke in from.

Although its vigilance is justified because it was in contact with the anti-state organization "The Flute Blowing Devil".

Yunos walked in the lead and bowed his head in a polite motion to the two gatekeepers standing at the entrance to the fence.

"I recently received an invitation from Count Mondo, my name is Yunos, master of the guild Dancing Sword"

The opposing gatekeeper narrows his eyes and looks suspiciously at Yunos.

Lambert was somewhat surprised to see the sight from behind.

(Naturally, those who serve Count Mondo would know that the face of the 'Dancing Sword' will come to the Hall today...)

When Lambert is in doubt, a crack in the gatekeeper takes his eyes off Yunos and calls out to his neighboring colleagues.

"... hey, call the guide"

Those who are commanded, and when they snort silently, they rush toward the hall without meeting Yunos and the others.

Obviously there's something wrong with the response.

Beyond is a soldier serving nobility, and 'Dancing Sword' is an adventurer, albeit a first-rate guild.

Nonetheless, they are too disrespectful.

"Hey, I'm getting invited over here. What are you..."

The fund moved and tried to cram into the remaining gatekeepers.

Yunos controls it with his arms.

"I'm sorry. He's a little bloody."

The fund seemed unconvinced, but withdrew awfully.

Seeing as that, the gatekeeper laughs with his nose.

"Sure looks like it. Are they the wildlings, the uprooters?"

Yunos returned nothing to the gatekeeper's words.

Like earlier, I'm just grinning with no grasp.

He didn't even seem to care, such as the sarcasm of the gatekeeper.

While doing so, the gatekeeper who had rushed to the hall earlier came back with the big man.

The big man's arm is as thick as a whole tooth. He looked as if his nose and cheeks were swelling up, and the expression of a rock-skinned pig appeared firmer.

Obviously not the pattern of a guide.

…………

I felt a swordswallowing atmosphere and the face of the 'dancing sword' outside Yunos revealed my vigilance.

(I didn't know even servants needed workouts in this peaceful time...... brilliant)

Only Lambert, I was thinking something completely irrelevant.

Power is everything in Lambert's living days.

Often noble halls are raided. For this reason, even the samurai whose guide was obvious did not feel so uncomfortable.

"I see, you brought back the horns of Yuji Korn," The Dancing Sword "? Unlike us, I hear it's true that you're good at chasing Kosovos and demons! Ha! You want me to use anything?"

The big man laughed out.

When I heard that, Lambert finally got to the point.

(... The corner of the unicorn said no one could take it because of the big horse with no neck, even though it was urgently needed. In short, are these the private soldiers whose faces were crushed)

The feeling of Lambert, who had expectations for the pig man, was withering at once.

"I'm Lady Glasco! He is the head of a private army serving Count Mondo. But you're disappointed. I came to get the horn of a unicorn. I've been putting out to worship the faces of both adventurers as soon as possible, but isn't he just a little guy! I clapped it out."

(Is this the top soldier in Count Mondo's arms? It seems true that power is an adventurer's favor. The adventurer is a pawn that can only be freely handled when he wants to use it, if it comes from the lord, but therefore less responsible. When the city Barilla actually becomes a battlefield, how many percent will struggle to defend the land......)

Lambert watched Glasco, the head of the Private Corps, and was heartbroken.

Wasn't the name of the adventurer's capital, Barilla, Dade, but couldn't he do something about his direct men a little more?

"Big guy. Doesn't sound like a yes! Ha! Which, before I meet the Count, I'll play with this one a little bit, huh? If you guys were weak, you wouldn't have our faces to blackmail your jobs. You know what I mean? It's annoying, to earn credit from the Count, I don't know about those guild guys that move with spice!

When Glasco glanced at him, the keeper man who was going to call Glasco rolled the two simulated swords in his hand onto the spot.

"I don't give a shit how much credit you guys get. Come out alone, fight me with this mock sword, and I'll let you through if you can shower me with a machete before you do."

"... these things are troubling. I wonder if Count Mondo would be angry if he found out?

"Ahem?

Yunos was just as wolfish.

I have much to think about, such as blowing fights without permission against the benefactor invited by the Lord.

Yunos didn't think it would be hard to win against Glasco, but he wanted to avoid making a bad move and later things like tail pulling.

It is troublesome to be called to falsehoods that the "Dancing Sword" came first with difficulty.

The majority of Count Mondo's private army consists of members of the Count's relatives.

I have learned that from previous generations, and there are many in-depth family lines with which I associate.

Count Mondo can't hang up underneath either.

Its interior, unlike meritocratic adventurers, is authoritarian.

Quite well trained, but the private soldiers with the back shield of their parents and Count Mondo did not have the same sense of crisis as the Adventurer Guild, and the dangerous job was the idea of throwing at adventurers, so growth was slow and positioned at best to the extent of second-class adventurers.

Even if Count Mondo occasionally scouts the powerful in separate frames, it is common for the Glasco clan to snore and kick them out for fear of losing their position.

Nor did Glasco seriously think he could push it back.

I just couldn't stand the adventurer walking around the hall in terms of 'taking on a job that the private army couldn't do'.

The idea is that if you tap it first, you won't be able to have a big face here.

"I'll go."

Lambert came forward.

It was an act of knowing that Yunos and the others were afraid that the name of the Alliance would be scratched.

If I were you, I would have nothing to do with the 'dancing sword', nor would I be staying in this land longer than I need to.

The adventurer of "The Dancing Sword" also loosened his expression as relieved and thanked Lambert for his driving.

"You don't have to come!

Glasco laughed and received a simulated sword from the gatekeeper.

(hehe, you stupid bastard! The simulated sword I give him is sharpening and brittle the blade area. Once we meet, it will definitely break......)

Where Lambert placed the great sword and received the simulated sword, Glasco erected the simulated sword.

"Ready? Anywhere in your body, you win if you hit first with a simulated sword blade!

Glasco storms, if you say so.

But the aim is the guard of Lambert's sword.

He was definitely going to break the sword by preventing it and defeat his unarmed opponent as it was.

"Hmm."

Suddenly, Lambert broke his simulated sword in two and dropped it to the ground.

He pulled himself back to avoid Glasco's simulated sword, slapped the back of Glasco's hand, waved it wide open, let him drop his simulated sword, stuffed the intermission, and gently released a binta on his face.

"Bubeh!?

Glasco rolled vigorously down the ground and hit his head against the fence.

You can't count on Lambert's lightness.

Seven or eight of Glasco's teeth fell on the ground, and blood remained after rolling.

All the teeth on the side of the slapped cheek crushed off.

But I was fortunate that this was all I had to do.

If he had been beaten seriously, his neck would have been broken at least for sure.

"Hih, hih! Come on, come on...! What... to me, what..."

When Glasco raised his face, it caught his eye that Lambert was waving up Glasco's simulated sword.

"If you don't hit me with a simulated sword, the battle won't end."

Glasco faded all at once and shivered with rattles as he retreated to the wall.

When Lambert's body moved pickly, he thought it was a sign of execution, bouncing his body into great terror, then letting go of consciousness and stopping moving.

They incontinence at the same time as fainting, and the water spread from between the strands of Glasco.

"... what a pity. If you are a soldier, why do you imitate the face of the Lord with mud?"

Lambert slowly lowered the simulated sword he shook up and carefully returned it to the gatekeeper from the pattern.

"Yes... sorry..."

The gatekeeper, who had such a bad attitude, also felt himself told, poked his knee and received a simulated sword with both hands.

The gatekeeper was also thinking about going into a stop if Lambert had the advantage, or complaining about the settlement and letting him re-compartmentalize it, but there wasn't a minute left to do that.

(I was half-hearted that you drove Robin Hood back... was that it?)

Yunos had broken his expression and was staring at Lambert's back.

Lambert also noticed Yunos' gaze, but dared not look back.
