Former General Is Undead Knight

Episode 37 Re: Laughter Dogmatization ①

Six members of the second unit of the Kreutz-led Kingdom Audit Corps, The Eye of the Undead, which was to be broken up with Lambert by the collapse of the aisle, were in the process of investigating inside the underground facility apart from Lambert.

"Don't neglect your perimeter alert... we'll get ahead of you, no matter what. Fortunately, the big guy should have had that armored swordsman around... but it's not weird that there's still a vicious sorcerer left. Assuming you bump into an aging witch Tourenigou or a 'Hands of God' Halmaine Brothers Class sorcerer… the only way we can win is to attack them before they enter a combat posture"

The case brought by the Halmaine brothers was kept secret by the church, but the kingdom and the church were secretly pursuing them as class A criminals.

Criminals' crusade hazards are indicated by demonic criteria, but the Halmaine brothers were both designated third from the bottom and top of the Great Ghost (Auga) class in a five-step assessment.

One of the guidelines for the Great Ghost (Auga) class is the ability to compete with five or more first-class warriors.

It's not meant to be worn by humans.

It's called its combat ability, it's called an idea, it's closer to a monster than a human being.

Because Tourenigou had no sightings, neither the Kingdom nor Kreutz had any idea of its existence.

However, in Kreutz's view, he was stepping into the realm of a giant ghost (troll) class one above the Halmaine brothers.

I knew painfully well that I wasn't the one to fight for it and figure it out because it was Kreutz, who was outside the mosquito net in the Halmaine Brotherhood.

That's why we now move carefully, prioritizing rendezvous with the armored swordsman, whilst striking first when we find the enemy, filling the difference in strength by the difference in numbers.

That was Kreutz's policy.

"… I joined the Kingdom Soldiers to keep the likes of the Halmaine brothers out of the wild. But I didn't know there was a difference in strength between you and the Wizard of The Flute Demon."

Kreutz feels a little lonely.

The same goes for the sorcerers of "The Whistling Devil," but the presence of an armored swordsman who unilaterally slashes them down was breaking his confidence.

"... one day I, too, want to catch up with that swordsman for a bit"

"Isn't it impotent to just target that guy...?

His subordinate Hoole reacts unexpectedly to Kreutz's zero words.

"No, but... that's how I have to feel. My perception and that of the kingdom was sweet. There is not a single human being in the Kingdom Soldiers who can collide with the top magicians of 'The Whistling Devil' from the front..."

Six people, heavy air flows.

Kreutz, who realizes he has lowered his morale, coughs up small.

"... but there is no pessimism. There are no dozens of magicians like Tourenigou. Assuming that was the case, 'The Flute Demon' would have already started to drop the country. This place was home to a research facility, where brilliant magicians were gathered. Surely they were overwhelmingly mighty. I also have to revalue The Whistling Devil. But losing so many good magicians today must have been a huge pain in the ass for them."

Kreutz makes an expression and laughs at his men.

"... right, Master Kreutz"

"The institute is necessary for magicians! Killing one of them here should lead to saving a hundred, no a thousand! We too, even in lieu of our lives, are about one more......!

The look on Kreutz's face, who was smiling when he saw the faces of his men with their swords lifted with exasperation, stiffened at the next moment.

"Danger, Noel! Get away from there!

The name-called soldier, Noel, kicked the ground and flew far anyway.

Land first from your hand, roll your body forward and look back.

A giant poke poked at his running position, about the length of the adult's back.

Three eyeballs on two blades glance around.

"Yes, if it was a moment late, he was dead... that strange creature...?

"Spirit of the other world! Body's overhead!

At the tip of Kreutz's stare was Luluk Luluk, one of the 'Eight Sages', a clown costume girl wearing a crying face, who stood upside down with her feet on the ceiling.

With a short metal wand in his hand, he looks down at a row of Kreutz.

"Aha, what, to that armor guy, he's not here. Were you glad you didn't freak out so much when you went out of your way to hide and stake out? Ma, no. I'm in a hurry right now, so I guess I'll miss you. Oops. You're lucky."

Kreutz kicks the floor, kicks the wall and jumps momentously while Luluk talks, releasing a Rapier poke at her upside down forehead.

Luluk knocked his neck down to the side to dodge the spike, kicking the ceiling at the same time and landing on the floor.

"... what are you going to do? I'm in a hurry now, so I told you I'd miss you?

"It's up to us to decide whether to miss it or not. Most importantly, there is no way that The Eye of the Undead will miss an outer path like yours."

Kreutz turns his rapiers to look.

His men also line up at equal intervals to surround the look and move out of what turned to the blind spot.

"You're lost in blood, both of you!

Luluk turns around twice at high speeds and escapes their sword moves magnificently.

He bounced his sword down there with a cane pattern without even looking at him, swinging his own feet wide to the left and right floating in the universe, kicking out to one of the soldiers.

He played the sword erected to prevent it, grabbed his jaw with his fingertips and kicked it away.

"Shit! On a light, too fast!

"But now there's a gap...!

Luluk circled in space, landing with one foot on a sword blade wielded, and struck out the two temples precisely with a metal wand.

They both fainted and fell in on the spot.

"Ugh..."

Kreutz confirms the fellow who collapsed on his ass.

I was prepared that it would be superficial.

But he didn't think half of them would be powerless without a minute, only a pure white soldier's battle.

Besides, Kreutz himself couldn't see through Luluk's subtle movements at all.

"Yes, now the last three......"

Luluk stood with his wand in his garment, pulling through a giant jar, a poltercizer, protruding into the ground.

"Hahaha, the guy who fights and sells, that was bad. Hey! Miscellaneous fish would have missed you if they were like miscellaneous fish. No, I, I might have come a little putz! Hey, if I cry and bow my head now, can I just give you a second to figure out if I'm gonna miss it? Hey?"

"I'm kidding!

Kreutz takes a half-step back, aiding him and releasing a spike through Luluk's abdomen from the front.

"Stuff"

Pull the poltercizer backwards as Luluk laughs his ass off.

It looked like Kreutz simply had a look-alike poltercizer.

But Kreutz's rapier was abruptly cut from the center of the blade and fell to the floor.

"Become...!

I couldn't grasp at what time it was disconnected at all.

Perhaps a moment before Luluk appeared to set up the poltercizer, the two blades protruded were cutting Kreutz's rapiers.

It's a hell of an early start.

Instead of chasing him with his eyes, he couldn't even recognize him.

There, dah, dah, dah, and the sound of a mass of iron being beaten continuously to the ground.

A look that feels disturbing instantly takes a distance from Kreutz, lowers his posture, sets up a poltercizer, and guards his surroundings.

"You've stopped me a lot. I almost missed one."

When did you do it, behind the look leaning forward in a vigilant mood, a lambale stood with a great sword.
