Former General Is Undead Knight

Episode Two: The Woe of the Immortal King

A man wrapped in the black glow of black demon steel (Dalwright) was moving through a cave in the back of the woods away from the city.

(viii) One of the wise men, "The Knight of Blood Mist".

As he touched the wall behind the cave, his hand went straight through the wall.

"The Blood Mist Knight" went straight through the wall and into it.

It was a magic wall.

The penetrating back was followed by a polished stone passage.

On both sides there is a line of stone statues imitating demons.

Behind the aisle, one man sat quietly in a chair.

He had blue and black hair and had a crown wrapped around a silver glow on his head.

He had a simple eye-mouth painted mask on his face.

He was leaning over, but found out that the 'Blood Mist Knight' had arrived and raised his head.

"It's the Immortal King. Doma and Percilis have been killed. Perciris'" The Giant of Demonic Silver "and the undead soldier he had Doma split up with is safe."

"Well, is Delbeug doomed?"

The masked man spoke lightly.

Delbeug was the family name of Perciris' ancestors when they were now in the late Kingdom of Lauraul.

"Also, it is Lambert. How much power did one guy ruin... Eight wise men have finally become only the 'Immortal King' and I… 'Princess and Knight'"

As I recall, add a third person.

"Well, maybe we don't even have to call each other by their provisional names. My right arm… Baltia, the immortal knight of the Kingdom of Lauraul"

"... no, you shouldn't even talk about it now. To some clap, if it leaks somewhere, it'll be a hassle. And two hundred years ago... when you split your blood, I threw away the name of Knight Baltia. You're not going to honor the king of the diaspora at the earliest."

"Right, right. The rest... Now I don't want to rebuild the Kingdom of Lauraul. The people have already forgotten that their fathers once lived in the land of Lauraul. Many of the technologies that Lauraul has built up in history also decayed in the vortex of the scourge of war, at last. It is no longer necessary to refer to it as the Kingdom of Lauraul. However, for the rest, I will fulfill my mission. That's all."

The man held the masked forehead by his hand so as to ascertain his words.

"We're ready. Some nobles finished hanging powder. The adventurers of the city of Barilla, the heretical Inquisition of the Holy City of Heinstier and the dangerous forces of the Kingdom region have already been crude to the private armies of the leading aristocrats everywhere." The Giant of Demonic Silver "is also complete. You'll just give them more time."

"Right. Again, I'm not going to cross generations any more. Let's settle one last time with the Kingdom of Legions. Turn Haylesk, the king's capital, into a sea of flames. The royal family of the Kingdom of Legions turns everything into an intelligent undead as a show."

That's all I said, 'The Immortal King' put his arms together.

"But I'm just a little nervous about the rest of it. The Kingdoms are not just incompetent. With a cluttered few favored undead soldiers, can't you control them? Even so, Doma's research facility is collapsing and the number of undead soldiers is decreasing. Besides, the decent magicians of" The Whistling Devil "have also considerably reduced their numbers due to the disturbances so far"

Originally, "The Immortal King" considered the Eight Wise Men of "The Flute Demon" as pawns in the King's capital Haylesk attack.

(viii) There were many wise men who could deal with the great city alone.

But five of the eight wise men had already been killed by only one Lambert.

And neither "The Blood Mist Knight" nor "The Princess and the Knight" are otherwise specializing in large numbers.

"And one of those four demon generals, Lambert, hasn't even cleaned up yet, has he? One more thing, I want power."

"I'll take care of Lambert. Be sure to tailor and show it to me. Whether it's Heinstier, Dredda, or him, we're going to take a back. I want to use my body to take him down. Lambert Dracroix is not a man who can do this from the safe zone."

"No." The Blood Mist Knight, "you stay by the other side. Your presence is the biggest insurance policy for the rest of us. You can't cut it as a bill of attack. If that's what you have to do, it's better to extend the fight to the next generation."

"... Yes, I'm sorry. But then, what are you going to do about him..."

"It's the Blood Mist Knight. Bring one of the first eight sages, 'Malicious Malice' Zeke, here. It's been over a hundred years since I've been locked up in a dungeon, but I'm not dying anyway. Sieg can handle a big city on his own. You should also be able to cross with Lambert properly. It makes up for our lack of strength."

"Sieg, is it...... But that man lacks too much reason and character. Besides, I can't read at all what you're thinking. I was wondering if stripping us of our fangs could be enough."

"Originally, he's the man who kept him alive that he should be of some use. There is no place more. Besides, if it even kills General Lambert of the Four Demons, he'll also get a change for his previous oddities. It would be best if he and Lambert went off against each other."

"... If that's what you think, I understand. Keep Zeke out."

"I asked for it. It would have been best if I could have hit" The Princess and the Knight "on Lambert, but he's also having trouble reading behavior in a different way than Sieg. Anyway, it's weird. Even the least of the stories make sense, there are suspicions. He's powerful, but you shouldn't expect too much from him as a force."

The conversation between the two ends.

"The Blood Mist Knight" bows his head deeply to "The Immortal King," turning himself over and walking down the aisle.

'The Blood Mist Knight' whined one person as he walked through the wall and back to just a cave.

"... It's been a long time. Two hundred years over the humiliation of defeat, it was never a short year. But the time has finally come for the Lord and my grief to be fulfilled. I will never let you interrupt me, Lambert...!
