Frontier Lord Starts Out With a Population of 0
Travel to Meadows Part 2
"You... are you serious.
Do you normally involve us in that situation?
"I'm so surprised..."
Straight west on the cobblestone-paved main street, Aisa and I meet up in one of the inns of the Inn Town, one step back to Casdex territory, a fellow guild who happens to meet again... and leak those words while standing in front of his family.
Fluffy golden long hair, sluggish long length.
Long eyelashes, gray eyes, good firming skin.
The guy in the flashy outfit with a red dyed silk dress with a bunch of decorations imitating roses... is my brother's self-proclaimed fiancée.
The guy with his cheeks swollen, hips in the chair with a plump attitude, and legs together, tries to decide to stay stuck...... but is stared hard and sharp by Isa and opens his mouth as he exhales the air in his cheek with a reluctant attitude.
"... Wow, I'm not bad!
They're all bad for what I just said! Because those guys make fun of that guy...!
Like those vulgar people in the first place, this me... there's no way Ellie's opponent is going to act!!
To the attitude of the guy who says that... Ellie... me and Aisa exhale a deep deep sigh after seeing each other.
This is roughly what people at that crime scene told me about Ellie.
Ellie was soothing the fatigue of her long journey by sipping liquor in the tavern.
Several men show up there and start tangling with Ellie just when they find a good woman.
But Ellie refuses the men if she doesn't have time to deal with them.
The men get angry at such Ellie's attitude, roughing up her voice, but Ellie doesn't deal with them, and decides to ignore them... the men keep roughing up their voices even more, roughing them up... Finally, Ellie, who couldn't stand it, develops into an argument.
When Ellie came up with the name of her brother, the purpose and thinker of her journey in that argument, one of the men who heard it said she started making fun of her brother.
Then Ellie is furious with it.
He kicked the men, beat them up, threw them... and he made a huge outburst.
Ellie was captured by a vigilante who rushed for a while... and just then arrived in this town with a broken fold... and when me and Isa looked at the noise and said to the scene what the hell was going on, Ellie, who found us, didn't just come to us and started calling us names... that's how we were mistaken for Ellie's people and got into the commotion as related parties.
Fortunately, the vigilante chief was the one to talk to, and he let me go by apologizing for the inconvenience and paying some compensation, and then the three of us, Aisa and Ellie, went to this inn... and came to this inn, which is quite a distance from that inn...
To be honest, I just want to throw this guy out of my sight... but at the end of the day, he's the one who doesn't know what to do, and because stopping this guy was one of the purposes of his journey in the first place... there's no reason to throw him out here.
... and thinking about it, Ellie couldn't stand me and Isa not saying anything with a sigh,
"And by the way, how come it's just the two of you?
What's wrong with those healthy daughters?
Oh, my God, I'm telling you.
I would have written about the situation there in the letter I sent before... and while I was stunned, Aisa opened her mouth and returned the words.
"Those kids are in the king's capital now.
I'm letting Uncle Gol study social studies. "
Aisa's Uncle Gol is referring to Mr. Gordia, the guild leader who is partitioning the guild headquarters in King's Capital.
Mr. Gordia, the same age as his brother and doing things like the Alliance's Deputy Leader, was entrusted with us by his brother on his way to the battlefield... someone who spared no effort while he slept so that the Alliance could be a bigger organization so that we could all be independent.
That's how all of us got jobs and shops, and I respect Mr. Gordia, who also succeeded in expanding his guild all over the kingdom... next to his brother.
Deposit your daughters under such Mr. Gordia for social studies... it's about two years.
"... to Wangdu? Are you sure you're okay with putting those kids up there that you haven't even grown up yet?
"Those kids are solid for their age, so it's okay.
Besides, I hear the King's Capital is getting better these days - and Uncle Gol's taking care of me on his side - and don't worry about it.
... I'm more worried about someone who threw out a rumor store and came to this place because I just remodeled it. "
Ellie opens her mouth to try to return some words on a topic she waved in an attempt to change the air and that's what Isa gave her... but without words coming out, she growls all the time.
"I know how much you want to see your father, how worried he is... and how angry he feels about being ridiculed, but he's a good old man now, and I want him to be a little more calm... grown up.
... If Ellie tells me she can't calm down and she can't grow up, she's going to take me to Uncle Gol after wrapping it around with rope and leaving it with her guild branch... "
Ellie returns her words in a hurry to Isa, who says so in a light-hearted, chilled voice.
"Wow, I get it!
Because I'll do as I say! Calm down, I won't ramble on you anymore as an adult, so just give me a break!
I'm not kidding you've come all the way around the corner to be sent to King's Landing without seeing that guy!!
Saying so, he saw Ellie sneering at Isa, and Isa smiled back,
"Promise, huh?
Naturally, you see your father, you calm down, you see your father's daughter-in-law, you act like an adult, right?
Otherwise... "
And, after I say that, I start listing a number of 'Oops'.
My brother's daughter-in-law, Ellie, who looked harsh for a moment when she heard the word, but was completely frightened by the number of peeves that followed, losing their momentum and shriveling.
I didn't have to say anything to keep an eye on things... but yeah, you were right.
When Issa was under her brother in the first place, she took care of the young group, starting with Ellie... there's no way Ellie could turn against Issa, who is my mother and sister.
If Aisa was on the lookout, Ellie wouldn't be causing any problems... and I'd say she was lucky to have secured Ellie before she met her brother like this.
It would have been nice if it hadn't been for the disturbance that caused Ellie... well, let's just say I don't think I can help this much.
That's how the three of us spent the night celebrating our old stories... and early the next morning we left the inn town behind.
Horses with reluctant faces for more extra baggage named Ellie head west on the main street as they manage to do so.
The closer we got to the west, the more people were going to the main street... and by the time it was past noon, the main street was overflowing with people going out and countless carriages going out.
As we marvel at what this bustle is, we see the city as the gateway to Casdex territory at the end of our sight... and if we look at the city, we will be flabbergasted.
Casdex territory, the heart of the Western commercial zone, an economy that also contends for one or two in the Kingdom.
If it were the city of its entrance, it would be a bribe for taxes. A big fort... No, I thought it was a castle... instead of castles and fortifications, gates and walls didn't even exist there.
There are no walls, no nothing. There are square houses made of soil in the form of sandwiches across the main street that keep heading west, along with a number of spacious markets, where merchants go freely and without restrictions.
Naturally there are quite a few soldiers there, and they are blindfolded to see if there are any who work evil... but that number cannot be said to be high, and can this number protect this town...?
In addition, there are sub-people in the city - a wide variety of beasts, with bright smiles, business talks and chatter… We just kept staring at the sight of the unusual, unbelievable kingdom.
