In an instant, the sharp blade was smashed and bent as the terrifying Giant Hammer slammed into Heluya’s chest.

Heluya was sent flying, crashing heavily onto the ground.

Hopka stomped hard on the ground again, leaping into the air like a descending god. Gripping the Giant Hammer with both hands, he brought it smashing down on Heluya.

"Thunderous Assault!"

Sensing death, Heluya frantically raised its AT Barrier.

Hopka’s hammer smashed into the AT Barrier.

CRACK!

The entire AT Barrier instantly shattered like a spiderweb.

Then, the Giant Hammer smashed directly onto Heluya’s head.

SPLAT!

Instantly, Heluya’s head burst open like a watermelon.

While Hopka was focused on his all-out attack, Long Ming, who was already running for the opposite side, saw Heluya get killed. Shocked by Hopka’s ferocity, he couldn’t help but speed up.

BEEP BEEP~

Just then, Hopka’s scanner locked onto Long Ming.

Hopka whipped his head around to face Long Ming and spoke viciously.

"Trying to run? You really think you can get away?"

He aimed his Shoulder Cannon, locked onto Long Ming, and fired a dazzling beam of light.

’Crap!’

Long Ming dodged at top speed, leaping violently into the air.

BOOM!

The massive explosion sent Long Ming flying.

He slammed heavily into the ground, his entire body wracked with intense pain.

But Long Ming immediately gritted his teeth, scrambled to his feet, and bolted toward the central passage on the other side.

Hopka was taken aback.

It was the first time he’d seen a monster so adept at escaping. He immediately piloted the Jail Smasher in a straight line to cut Long Ming off.

Seeing Hopka block his path, Long Ming abandoned the central passage. He fell back and veered right, trying to use his agility to get around him.

𝙧𝙚𝙚𝔀𝒆𝓫𝓷𝙤𝓿𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝙤𝓶

But Long Ming had still underestimated Hopka.

He skillfully maneuvered the Jail Smasher, turned his Shoulder Cannon, and fired at Long Ming again.

Long Ming’s expression turned grim as he immediately dodged.

BOOM!

Long Ming was once again sent flying by the explosion.

By the time he got to his feet, Hopka was already upon him.

Seeing no escape, Long Ming went for broke and charged ferociously at Hopka.

"You’re courting death!"

Hopka swung his Giant Hammer in a savage sweep toward Long Ming.

Long Ming dodged Hopka’s Giant Hammer by a hair’s breadth and swung his Blood Blade in a vicious slash.

Just then, Hopka reached out with his left hand and caught the Blood Blade.

Long Ming froze.

Hopka gave a violent jerk with the Jail Smasher’s arm.

Long Ming went flying, smashing into a distant metal wall.

Hopka opened a launch port on the mech’s abdomen and fired two mechanical spikes.

THUNK!

The two mechanical spikes embedded themselves in the metal wall on either side of Long Ming. Arcs of electricity flashed between them, forming an electromagnetic lock that pinned him in place!

No matter how much Long Ming struggled, he couldn’t break free. A powerful electric current coursed through his body, making him grimace in pain.

Hopka lowered his Shoulder Cannon, locked onto Long Ming, and began to charge it rapidly.

Seeing this, Long Ming felt a wave of despair.

’This is it. I’m really done for.’

"Die!"

Hopka instantly fired a terrifying particle beam at Long Ming.

KABOOM!

The massive explosion instantly engulfed Long Ming.

"Hmph! A waste of my time."

Hopka snorted coldly.

As the smoke from the explosion gradually cleared, Long Ming’s body was nowhere to be seen.

"This..."

Hopka was shocked. He instinctively felt something was wrong and immediately scanned his surroundings.

Then he saw him. Long Ming had appeared next to the corpse of the Level 4 Alien, Heluya. He raised his left claw and plunged it into the corpse, frantically absorbing its body.

Long Ming’s eyes turned red, and the blood in his veins began to boil. The Red Demon armor started to mutate. His entire left claw grew exceptionally sharp, while his right arm and the Blood Blade morphed into a single, razor-edged blade. A long, slender bone spike sprouted from his back. A berserk Power erupted from him, emitting a terrifying, blood-red aura.

"How is that possible? The monster actually evolved!"

Hopka was speechless at Long Ming’s transformation. ’It’s one thing for this little boss to be good at running,’ he thought, ’but it can even evolve?’

In truth, Long Ming himself was shocked by his sudden transformation.

"Absolutely useless!" Hilic’s furious voice berated Long Ming. "Weren’t you so fierce when you killed me? And now you’re letting some punk push you around."

Long Ming replied with a hint of exasperation.

"He has me completely out-geared, okay? Why don’t you give it a try?"

"Fine!" Hilic’s frenzied voice rang out. "I will give you one more chance. I will lend you my Power. Now, finish him for me!"

"Deal!"

Long Ming replied in a low voice.

Just then, Hopka re-aimed his Shoulder Cannon, locked onto Long Ming, and began to charge it quickly.

Long Ming instinctively raised his left claw, gathering a frenzied Power.

VMMMM!

A gray beam and a red beam of light collided.

Instantly, the red beam overpowered the gray one.

Hopka was instantly shocked. ’Not good!’

KABOOM!

The beam was instantly forced back, erupting in a massive explosion.

The Jail Smasher was sent flying.

He immediately activated its booster wings to forcibly stabilize the mech’s body.

Just then, Long Ming charged forward with incredible speed, swinging his sharp blade at the Jail Smasher.

Hopka raised the Giant Hammer to block!

CLANG!

The two collided, and a massive shockwave swept outward.

The entire Jail Smasher was forced back step by step.

Hopka looked as if he’d seen a ghost. This thing’s Power was even more terrifying than the Level 4 Alien’s.

Long Ming raised his sharp left claw and swiped at Hopka.

Hopka immediately fell back to dodge but failed to evade it completely.

SCRAPE!

Deep claw marks were gouged into the Jail Smasher’s chest.

Long Ming spun abruptly, whipping his long bone spike around.

Startled, Hopka raised his left arm to block.

The bone spike instantly wrapped around the mech’s left arm.

"Foolish!"

Hopka grabbed the bone spike, intending to pull Long Ming off balance.

But Long Ming frantically channeled Hilic’s Power, and a berserk strength surged through him.

Hopka gave a powerful tug but, to his astonishment, couldn’t budge him.

He was completely stunned. ’This monster isn’t even that big, so how can its Power be so astonishing?’

With a violent whip of his tail, Long Ming sent Hopka flying.

Hopka flew through the air and crashed heavily to the ground.

He scrambled up, looking disheveled.

Just then, Long Ming charged toward Hopka at extreme speed.

Hopka cursed as he watched the approaching Long Ming.

"Fuck, you really think I’m a pushover?!"

The moment Long Ming closed in, he raised his sharp blade and slashed down viciously.

"Instant Flash!"

With a burst of mental energy, the entire Jail Smasher vanished.

CRACK!

Long Ming’s slash hit nothing but the ground, leaving him stunned.

Immediately after, he sensed extreme danger. Relying on his beast-like intuition, he snapped his head upward.

He saw Hopka materialize out of thin air, swinging the Giant Hammer down brutally on him.

"Die! Thunderous Blow!"

Long Ming let out a monstrous roar as countless streams of red aura gathered to form a Blood Barrier.

BAM!

Hopka’s brutal hammer blow smashed into the Blood Barrier, sending arcs of lightning scattering everywhere.

"Break!"

Hopka’s Power erupted, and the entire Blood Barrier shattered violently.

Seeing his barrier shatter, Long Ming was horrified.
